this is the 4 order in a row that it’s been delivered over half an hour late and cold.

First and last time ordering!! Food took an 30 minutes past when I received the notification it was ready; they hadn’t even started the order at this point.

This 4th order with them, no such improvement seen in spite of saying what we actually wanted. No cheese on the pizzas and the base was not baked well. Thus was our last order with them Unfortunately. Cheese less pizza! We couldn't even eat.

It’s been many times now they are not improving the quality . I ordered again today but it compelled me to write. Review. There was no signs of cheese in the pizza and crust was totally raw that I can still taste it in my mouth. Had to waste the food because it was not worth eating and will give you stomach ach eating like this I’m for sure never ever gonna order again from their Carterton branch

As usual, this order was delicious. I’m not a huge fan of pizza so I tend to get a selection of sides - stuffed jalapeños excellent, mozzarella sticks excellent, curly fries delicious, chicken strips quite yummy - I just wouldn’t recommend the bbq cheese bites or the garlic cheese bread, sorry!

Food was 10 minutes early, rife with flavour. Had the meat lovers pizza, fiery beef loaded chips, and the peri peri wrap. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

chicken wings were tasteless, chicken salad was awful with chicken extremely dry tomatoes mushy and cucumber soft, wrap more like meatballs than Donner from how broken up it was. threw the whole lot in the bin. not ordering again

the base was under cooked and soft. obviously a busy night and wanted everything out quickly or that is how it seemed. not the usual high standard I have come to expect.

pizza could have been cooked for longer edable buy not great 😕 even the curly fries could have done better. cookies look like they been in a car accident.

Disappointed! No salad in wrap and curly fries that came with kids meal were spicy. Child unable to eat them. Rest of meal was good. Shame really.

Very good pizzas from here, but unfortunately, my partners vegan pizza needed a little longer in the oven, as the dough was not fully cooked, my pepperoni was very good and well cooked.

We use to order none stop delivery to our house .In a process of a move and have a notorhome now-were bot closed but said soon as they had to deliver to a pub where are with permission parked in the parking lot. They refused to deliver- called all stars and they delivered no problem-spend tons of money with caprinos before ! Now forget it. “All stars is getting our business” I have an insulin issue and need sometimes something sweet fast Buy caprinos you have lost all our business

Order was 30 mins late but unable to select for some reason. Food was great still and we’ll worth it. The delivery driver was always very polite and really apologetic. Overall a great service regardless, really made up for everything.

Delivery driver was excellent. However kids meals and adults fries portions were terrible portions. When explained about kids portions had very tiny portion. Staff on phone had ignored us and basically said it’s kids meals and tiny portions was acceptable. Shame as this was once best pizza place in Carterton and best on just eat. However lost me as customer now. Rude staff at restaurant. Driver again excellent

Chips were rock hard and stale tasking, the mozarella dippers were cold as if they’d been pre cooked, the pizza was okay but did taste the greatest, shame really as I thought I’d try this company but won’t be again

Vegan pizza would be nice if it wasn't salty and the vegan dough freshly made

Rang to request a 30 min collection extension i overran (due to work) arrived 40 minutes late the food was still hot and the service was very friendly and the food was very reasonably priced too as I’d ordered on line…..highly recommend

Would never buy pizza from chain again, tasteless pizza, and when you order deep pan.. you get thin base, which hardly feels like you've eaten anything.

Food was cold. Drinks were warm.

They accidentally only gave me half my chicken and once I rang the store they immediately amended this and the driver was back within 5 minutes with the chicken and a free cake and sauce. Brilliant service very thankful.

Delivery driver was amazing however the company forgot to send out half my order.

Pizza was ok, don't bother with extras as you won't see them, cookies stuck to paper undercooked
