It's quite expensive and they have changed the hours i don't really find it all that great cheaper than some other places but I have gone there for just over 3 years and it's hasn't helped me with mental health or anxiety

In the city of Canterbury there is a volunteer organization called Canterbury Umbrella. They help people on various issues. Ukrainians living in Canterbury can come every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. For example, here we received a free travel card for a month, we received a free Vodafone starter pack, and sometimes we can have lunch for free. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for your attention and help.

This place is so inexpensive. It's a great resource for Canterbury. It's a great place for adults with learning difficulties and disadvantaged adults to come with their carers and families. They do workshops and activities. Drop in for a coffee or cup of tea. They deserve to be supported. The premises are clean and tidy if a little basic.

Canterbury Umbrella is a brilliant hub that supports a large number of people in the wider community. It is a 'drop in' centre from which a number of services are based. A friendly restaurant run by staff and volunteers that provides great home cooking at a very good price.

I first visited the Umbrella in 2016, when I had recently moved to the area and didn't know very many people. Straight away, I was made to feel very welcome and I always am

Good atmosphere, tasty food, nice little beer garden and a good quiz on Monday. The open mic night is also worth dropping in for as the standard is usually pretty good
