Caffe Nero - Sheffield, Ecclesall Road in Sheffield

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience in this cafe. The service was not up to the required level and the welcome was not good at the reception. I hope you will re-emerge the worker you have there. Thank you.

Regular cafe Nero coffee, I have no issues with the quality. My main issue is that at 8:00am in the morning in the center of Sheffield it shouldn't take over 20 mins to serve a takeaway coffee to one customer. There was one person in front of me, already served with a coffee. The barista stood just chatting away while I waited in line. I have catch a bus to work and have a limited amount of time before it comes to get to work. They just ignored me and chatted for 10 mins, then continued chatting being really slow while making the drink. I'd like to say it's was one time too but anytime I go in the morning it's always incredibly slow and sluggish. It's prime rush hour in the city center, a coffee shop should be busy and quick, it's the prime time for business? I know why it's always dead quiet in the morning.

This is my fave cafe Nero in Sheffield, the staff are great and never make a bad coffee. I'm currently addicted to the caramelized almond brittle latte with cream.

My brother and I go here a lot. I always have the large cappuccino with a pastry while my brother has the large latte.

Went here and were pleasantly surprised at how much food+drink was on offer. Food was nice sweet and savoury and the drinks are quite good. Prices were average for both food and drink. Hot food is served quickly. The cafe chain allows dogs to come inside. There was plenty of seats but tables were small and was fairly busy. Toilets are clean and free wifi (the cloud) is availaible.

I've given this review average to day as we had a bacon, sausage and egg sandwich and we were both disappointed - it was tasteless. The cafe itself is always clean and the staff always pleasant but we would suggest you avoid the bacon sandwich and try something else.

Of the big coffee chains, Caffe Nero is my favourite, and this one in Ecclesall Road is the best branch that I have visited - the staff are fast, friendly and efficient.

So good to find a cafe with unobtrusive classical music! Drinks were fine, staff were great, was lovely and quiet! Ladies loo basic could do with a good scrub but I was happy to overlook that for the lovely music...

Number one for friendliness of staff, quality of the coffee and the food and snacks. Caffe Nero beats all the other well known coffee shops hands down. Almost every shop I've been to, the staff are extra attentive. Well done guys!

My daughter had a milk shake today which tasted a bit off ! I informed the staff who happily made a fresh one for her with no fuss. The staff also came over to ask if the second milk shake was ok. Very impressed with the service today. Thanks

Asked for a weaker coffee and got a full blown eye popper too strong for me - they did calm it down a bit so service was very good but the coffee i found a little bitter not a lot of choice in relation to blends available

A great place to switch off with a mug of coffee and the morning papers. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional and as regulars they remember what your favourite drink is.

Like most cafes in the Cafe Nero chain this is a good cafe. The staff are efficient although sometimes too slow to clear the tables. It is fairly popular but at the end of the day it is a good quality chain cafe.

What can you say its cafe Nero, you know what you get. Clean an welcoming. Good food too, and welcoming staff. Sat morning visit and not too crouded

I use this Caffe Nero on a frequent basis to meet up with friends. Coffee and eats as you would expect. Friendly,helpful staff who keep the queue moving along. Gets very busy at lunch times and at week end - a testament to its popularity.
