Caffe Nero in Wandsworth

Amazing staff. This review needs to be at least 100 characters long, which is why I have written this extra waffle for readers to digest.

This place has an amazing vibe the food here is great and it has a very chill atmosphere, the staff is very friendly.

Esta es una cafetería muy decente, con un buen café y un buen ambiente. La cafetería tiene una mezcla de mesas de estilo restaurante y mesas de café con sillones. Puede estar ocupado, aunque incluso cuando está ocupado, rara vez es ruidoso. El personal es amable y suele servir bastante rápido. El único inconveniente es que a veces podría ser más limpio.

Me visita Cafe Nero en un centro comercial del sur dos veces por semana para mi Grande y un bollo con mantequilla. Cappachino Es un café relajante, el personal era muy amable.

Ambos tuvimos un capuchino en el centro comercial en Southfield Earlfield que eran muy buenas. La señora que nos servía era amable, agradable y eficiente. Acceso a internet wi-fi disponible. El restaurante era bastante concurrido. Una buena experiencia.

Nice little caffe based in the Southside Shopping centre. Can get busy but staff are quite speedy. Clearing tables can be slow at times but I always believed in clearing my own mess anyways. The tables could benefit from more regular wiping but not a major issue. The coffee itself is, if not my favourite, then one of the best amongst the coffee chains I've visited and love their shortbread biscuits with my americano. Toilet facilities are limited to a single multi use affair but the shopping centre as additional facilities. All in all I frequently stop in for a coffee before my cinema visit or shopping day and the ability to collect 9 stamps to get free coffee is nice - and don't to forget to go large with your freebie.

What I need in the morning is a nice cup of coffee and a smile! Always get that here! Thank you for making my days better!

Been in regularly over the years and this particular branch feels tired, the decor needs attention, it is grubby and overcrowded with bulky furniture. The toilet and back part of the room always smell awful, like bad drains. These days there is much more choice of cafes in the same area, and I choose to go elsewhere. The only time I go in is to get a milkshake for my daughter in the summer, which we take away.

Best place for coffee where ever you are. quality is always good whichever Neros you visit and staff are always friendly

Service comically disorganised, and they're very slow to clear up tables. It's also not the cleanest. But it's okay for the purpose it serves. Had a nice cup of tea and relaxed for half an hour between appointments.

No qualms here. Got a couple of delicious coffee with a panini for the road! It's not too far from home so useful for those lazy Sunday's.

A pleasant enough stop off in this cafe. Cool amidst the heat outside so a welcome stop. Iced latte was perfectly nice. What more to say! They are all very similar, safe with a consistent offer.

Ordered a small soya latte and asked for an extra half shot as I had done in many Caffe Nero's in the past. Never before had it been a problem but the girl that served me was rudely started telling me what I should have ordered and that I should have had a large latte, loudly at full volume in front of all the other customers. They charge for an extra shot, whether or not you have the whole shot or not, that's fine, so in that case I should choose what and how I want my coffee. As it is they charge for the Soya milk, something many other coffee shops do not do, still not sure why they prejudice dairy intolerable customers, I have emailed the company before on this matter and they do not say why. Anyway, I paid and sat down in shock in the café but thought about it and, as I had come in for a bit of quiet and a relax with a coffee, I returned to the counter and demanded a refund as I said I hadn't come in to be abused. It must have been the manager that refunded my money but she didn't ask me what the problem had been so I can only assume she endorsed the rude manner of the staff.
