Caffe Nero in Birmingham

Paseando por esta parte de la ciudad fue agradable ver a Caffe Nero abierto de nuevo, mi hermano gemelo Stephen y yo visitamos este establecimiento y lo pasamos muy bien. Me encanta el aspecto de este Caffe Nero, el interior luminoso y aireado, la decoración y los muebles encantadores que incluyen muchas opciones de asientos repartidos por todo este café. Estuvimos aquí un martes por la mañana, recibidos calurosamente por un miembro muy agradable del personal, dimos nuestros detalles de nombre y número de teléfono para ayudar con el sistema de seguimiento y localización del gobierno, pedimos un café con leche plano, estos se sirvieron muy calientes , simplemente nos relajamos y planeamos el día que tenemos por delante mientras tomamos nuestro café. Desde el primer sorbo hasta la última cena, se puede decir que usan ingredientes de calidad en su café y se enorgullecen del café que sirven, fue agradable poder disfrutar de un café en un café tan fino. Realmente disfrutamos nuestro café aquí antes de continuar y por primera vez en este Caffe Nero en particular lo pasamos muy bien. Este Caffe Nero es fácil de localizar a lo largo de Lower Temple Street. Vale la pena una visita si estás en la zona.

Gran servicio, buena música y ambiente muy relajado. Tara fue especialmente muy servicial y acogedora.

I came here on 24/12/19 and the 2 trainees were extremely rude. They ignored me and other customers and instead preferred to chat and laugh obnoxiously behind the counter. Saying oi mate what can i get you to someone which is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. Half the coffee was cream and very poorly made.

La cafetería favorita de mi hijo. Me gustan las bebidas calientes aquí, pero solo como un regalo raro. Para ser justos, el café sabe mejor que maccies o Wetherspoons, pero el precio lo refleja. 2) 75 por un café con leche, mientras que puedes obtener café ilimitado por 1. 20 ish en Wetherspoons. McDonald's Flat White es muy bueno y alrededor de 1. 50 En el lado positivo, ocasionalmente es bueno aparecer aquí y darse un capricho si es una recompensa o una ocasión especial  Algunos excelentes dulces y café frío etíope de alta calidad en una lata

Vine el jueves por la mañana por 2 cafés. No había nadie en la fila ya que era temprano, alrededor de las 8 de la mañana. Una joven que sonaba de Europa del Este estaba sirviendo. Ella literalmente no podría haber sido más grosera. Dudé sobre mi orden y ella resopló y puso los ojos en blanco. Entonces ordené y ella se volvió y me miró y dijo: '¿Estás seguro de eso? '. Realmente fue de lo más extraordinario. Podría haber dejado que me enojara, pero solo sonreí y dije: definitivamente estoy seguro. Luego me entregó mis cafés y se dio la vuelta. No puedo entender por qué se comportó de esta manera hacia mí, ya que la había saludado amablemente. No iré allí en el futuro.

El barista dejó el café expreso para sentarse en una taza durante un buen minuto antes de verter la leche. El sabor era horrible. Para el futuro: el espresso vive 10 segundos antes de volverse amargo. Necesita ser mezclado con leche dentro de este tiempo. También sería útil ofrecer una manga para una bebida caliente regañosa.

I’m a regular customer at this store. Staff are friendly and it is less busy relative to other chain coffee shops in the city centre. Waiting times can be slightly long at weekends / lunch time; but I do feel baristas here do not rush and make sure they get the taste and presentation of the coffee right (if you are having coffee in store at least)

The coffee here is lovely especially as they offer a wide range of drinks. I like the atmosphere here too although it can get busy. It’s a little pricey but expected in a city centre

This is the one I usually go to before/after work or whenever I have some free time to relax as the downstairs is cosy and spacious The service is mostly friendly and the ambience is always calm and mellow The quality of drinks/food is always high and a very convenient location Would recommend

Stopped into the new street Nero with my sister for breakfast. Having just started drinking coffee, I’m not into super strong blends yet, so I asked the server what he recommended cold coffee wise. He looked at me like I was stupid and just told me to pick one. Very very rude. The coffee and panini I got were okay but I won’t be going to Nero again in a hurry.

This is a very busy caffe nero due to its proximity to the train station but it's worth it. Good coffee, lovely staff and my goodness the new Christmas cakes are good. As a sode note my regular drink is a chai latte which I find this nero does the best in the region. Pop in.

A bit of a tatty environment plus the door wouldn’t close so it was very cold in there. Unusual as Caffè Nero are our coffee shop of choice but we won’t be choosing this one Staff n coffee as good as always however.

I made cashier repeat the same sentence for four times and she never complain about it. Very good service, very friendly staff.

Called in here after getting off the train , really friendly staff , very clean and tidy . Lovely coffee

Popped in for double espresso and carrot cake. I love the coffee here and can’t help but indulge in some naughty cake to help it service is also very good and the staff lovely and friendly. Definitely one of my favourite coffe pe chains.

best hot chocolate in the UK, and also a sort of cofees fresh made, where you can take a time to enjoy the flavors and the cosy place

Con la buena dama necesitaba un descanso del Hubhub de la Ciudad. Llamé al Café Nero y disfruté de un delicioso Americano con (esposa) un tomate / mozzarella tostado y tuve champiñones y mascarpone; absolutamente delicioso si no es la opción de salud! ! ! Ambiente increíblemente relajante a la vista de su ubicación. Totalmente reenergizado nosotros dos TOG

Pernoctamos en el AC Marriot nos topamos a Caffe Nero para nuestro mañana plana arreglar blanco. El café era el mejor que había experimentado en el REINO UNIDO hasta la fecha, y no fue hasta nos aventuramos más allá de Birmingham Caffe Nero nos dimos cuenta de que es omnipresente en el REINO UNIDO.

Stopped off after a morning of shopping, welcomed a macchiato and a comfy seat! Quick service, relaxed vibe, delicious coffee.

Seating leaves something to be desired with one person taking up sofa area suitable for about 4 people. Air conditioning too cold and the place just feels draughty. Coffee as expected but not a place to linger.

Lovely coffee. Nice location with comfortable Seats. Pleasant and helpful staff. Well worth a visit.

Llegamos temprano en Birmingham para una reunión y se sentía un poco frío en la explanada de la estación, así que fuimos fuera y encontramos este café.

Paramos aquí en nuestro camino de regreso a la estación de New Street después de visitar el centro comercial. Gran café, ya se pueden encontrar en cualquier Caffe Nero pero los asientos que cambiarlos - nos sentamos en una mesa justo dentro de la puerta en lo que parecía asientos confortables y encontramos hundirme hasta el suelo ir por un taburete o silla de comedor la próxima vez!

Café y pastel hasta normal estándar para Café Nero y agradable - Casi vomito cuando visité los baños. Aunque era temprano en el Día de los aseos eran gruesas con suciedad y polvo y odio para pensar en lo que era por el váter y lavabo. Herramientas de limpieza almacenados detrás de wc. Estado en que se encontraba la única solución sería llevar un jet presión para toda la cabina.

Viajo en trenes mucho por trabajo y a menudo comer en Caffè Nero. Me gusta su café que es fiable, independientemente de la rama en que se visite. Y la tarta de chocolate fudge es delicioso. Hay cafeterías en la estación de New Street, pero este lugar es afuera y tiene vistas mucho mejor. Es agradable estar fuera de la estación, viendo el mundo pasar. Aunque si lo prefiere hay un área mucho más tranquila con tapones de abajo cargar tu teléfono o portátil. Es bueno que hay un aseo en ambas plantas. Nero en oferta habitual y me gusta que siempre tienen las jarras de agua. No una pequeña cafetería, pero si te gusta Nero no te decepcionará.

Nada destaca por este café, que ofrece lo que te esperas de Caffe Nero, buen café y postres bien. Muchos asientos y hay más abajo. Ten cuidado con las escaleras en el camino, hay un par de extras y nos dimos cuenta de un par de gente que pensaba que era sólo un paso cuando hay dos. Un caballero terminó con sus bebidas calientes todo él y el suelo.

I have stopped here on various occasions and have not been disappointed. The coffee is great - very good flavour and just the right strength. I also recently enjoyed a berry burst muffin with an Americano. The cafe is airy and has plenty of seating including high stools and regular seats. Service is friendly and efficient. It is in a good location if you are coming to or from the station and has the joy of trams going by for added interest. Prices are average for a well known coffee house.

Utiliza este lugar muchas veces y el café siempre es buena. El personal es amable y trabaja duro. Algunos asientos en la parte delantera. Lugar popular especialmente para reuniones de negocios.

Sentarse y observar el mundo correr por un tren mientras el barrido de los tranvías. Variedad de cómodos asientos, personal que me saludan como un mate incluso cuando no he ido por semanas, y recuerdo mi café favorito incluso cuando es demasiado temprano en la mañana para mí para recordar qué café!

Me gusta mi gran café con leche sin espuma y el asesoramiento letrado hizo perfectamente para mí y fue muy agradable. No llena y rápido

Convenient place to meet up in pleasant surroundings- clean with comfortable chairs. Don't use chain coffee places much (I do like my coffee), but the stuff here is OK. Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.

I went to grab a coffee before going to work like usual. 2 people from the staff were chatting, the girl who was supposed to serve me (coloured, tall, full figured) looked annoyed of seeing me coming. She didn't stop chatting to her colleague and did not pay any attention to what I was saying. I asked clearly for a "medium latte to take away", while still chatting with her colleague she asked me again "what size?", chat continues, "drink in or take away?", chat continues. While serving me she was dropped takeaway cups on the floor, picked them up and put back in place.. When paying she smashed the card machine on a tray in front of me. Obviously she didn't say "thank you" or "have a good day" because was to busy to carry on with her chat. DISGUSTED!!! The event happened the 10th of May at 3.05pm.

If really tired I grab a Caffe Nero as it always has the strongest coffee. Really disappointed with the barista at this location as she mixed up my order! I commented to her that she mixed up my order and she stated she had not! I took it and sure enough it was wrong. Horrible coffee. Ruined my morning. Won't go to this location again.

My wife and I decided to pop into Caffe Nero on the way to meeting friends at The Mailbox on Sunday 17th and was disappointed to their normal standard. The establishment seemed rather tired (ripped wallpaper , dirty toilet door and floor needed cleaning). The coffe was good but would give this branch a miss.

Extremely rude staff. I went there with my friend to have coffee on Sunday noon(10/04/16).The staff working on the till was horrible.She had a terrible attitude and even when I paid her she didn't say thank you just stared at us!we were shocked!I wonder why famous cafes like Nero would hire such rude staff?!To lose their customers or what?!

A quick coffee with friends prior to our reunion, nice ambience with comfy sofas too. Good coffee too.

Although there are not enough plugs, the coffee is good and there are usually available sits. Open till late and just outside new street station! I like this place

Although it is on a busy street just outside the main train station the level of service and cleanliness is very good, with a fairly relaxed atmosphere too. Usual excellent quality of coffee and service from Nero...

Just located outside New Street Station, so ideal if you find the other establishments in the station a bit busy.There is also a lower floor to the cafe if the ground floor is full.Usual standard of coffee and selection of cakes, sandwiches etc.Nice seating area but due to the location in the city, it was busy during our visit.Pleasant staff and clean premises.

It's located opposite to New Street Station and most of the times is busy. The best time to enjoy is late after 7 pm up to 10 pm. The space is good to chat with friends or business. It's good for coffee or tea.

Very nice locale for this particular venue. Had a very nice hot chocolate with a voucher. Nice and comfortable inside.

Stopped here for drinks on the way through. The food looked and smelt amazing, will definitely be returning for food soon.

A typical coffee house convienantly placed next to Birmingham New Street Station.It is on two floors so if the ground floor is full, as it is a small area, you need to carry your food and drinks down a flight of stairs. This can be a bit difficult.The food and drinks are OK but no cheaper than other places.It's main advantage is it location with close vicinity of the station.

Comfy sofas and laid back atmosphere go a long way to create a relaxing coffee break. Staff friendly and welcoming. Cakes and biscuits also very nice. Menus boards could be clearer for the novice coffee connesaur with a little more explanation as can be difficult if there is a queue and you are unsure what things mean. Lovely though.

Called in at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon. The place was nearly full and I cleared a table to ensure we had somewhere to sit (3 adults and a 1 year old). We only stayed for 30 minutes as my daughter had a hair appointment next door.Loads of detritus and even saw two or three gums squashed and stuck to the wooden floor. The two female staff were working their socks off and remained pleasant and efficient. Not sure whether Nero is directly managed or franchised but whoever controls it needs to think seriously about staff levels. This cafe is in a prime spot opposite the new (unfinished) main entrance to New Street Station. It will make loads of money but it may not attract returners.Management clear up your act....and your cafe. BTW the drinks were fine.

This is a conveniently located shop for Birmingham New Street Station. It was very hot on entry and there was a large queue on a Saturday afternoon. It appeared to be one trained member of staff with two trainees, however at one point just the trainees were left to serve. I queued for 15 minutes and whilst the coffees were fine, standard Caffe NEro, I felt the wait was too long. They had also run out of plates to serve the cakes on. Unless they get more staff I would not return, as mentioned earlier it was also oppressively hot throughout.
