Caffè Nero in Bromley

Still no toilet facilities so I've stopped using this branch

I visit Nero Coffee Shop in Bromley south every Friday with some friends, and it’s always a highlight of our week! We absolutely love their coffee – it's consistently excellent. But what really sets this place apart is the amazing staff. The girls are fantastic, always friendly, welcoming, and make the experience even more special. I honestly wish every coffee shop could be like this! Highly recommend it for both the coffee and the wonderful atmosphere.

Nice place to go after work or for drink when your thirsty infact any time the right time.

Hi AVOID never again Disgraceful Disabled autistic Smashed carrot cake , squashed , broken , messy ? Anyone want it ? I will leave it outside the store on the floor , walking past ! Who ever done this is childish and amateur . Do not get too comfortable with this store . Every time you get a drink it’s poured You get cake that’s smashed in the box Who puts two cakes on one box I’m coming in the store To get a full refund + the cakes that I never got … That’s wicked to children as well aa adults

Have been coming for the past few weeks and at first I didnt notice but every time I leave, I end up smelling like smoke. Please can someone check the ventilation of the establIshment.

Popped in with a friend. Greeted warmly by Victoria and Brenda, served my cappuccino and her latte. Great. Friend remarked that it all seemed lovely.,was that because they knew me. I told her, the whole team under Caterina was the same, HAPPY and Smiling, whilst serving great coffee.

They close at 7pm, turned up just after 6:35pm. I ordered a sausage roll, cake & strawberry milkshake. Was told the cake was frozen so I couldn't have it, & that sausage roll & drink would be given to me "to go". Ok fine, just meeting a friend & didn't intend to be there long anyway. Blonde woman abrupt & rude. Made it obvious customers were a bit of a nuisance & standing in the way of her going home. The place itself was dingy & in need of a refurb. If I could give no stars for service I would. Won't be going back.

Code on my app wasn’t working on the drink I selected. I asked if it was because of the drink I selected but they were confident that it is an issue with the app. I asked to try on different drink and they very reluctantly tried (giving looks and sarcastic smile). It worked on another drink. Not very nice people

I thoroughly recommend this lovely Caffè Nero in Bromley High Street. The atmosphere is cosy, welcoming and spotlessly clean. The food and coffee is great. I was served today by Ryan and Tatiana who are both incredibly friendly and nice. Good place to put your feet up after a shopping trip to Bromley.

Went to Càfe Nero for lunch and was not disappointed by the taste and quality of the food however the price was a different matter. Would recommend 3.5

Popped in here for a quick catchup with a friend in the last hour before they closed. Tiramusu was good and the lady who served us was super nice. My friend said the toilet was in an awful state though (I won't go into the details), so I waited til I got home to use the loo.

I tried to relax before my meeting and I use too my cake gift for my birthday. They were busy but with 4 of them went fast, very cheerful members of staff that wished me happy belated birthday too.

Staff not friendly, especially whn I asked about loyalty cards they wouldn’t even try to help you how to use it. And cafe nero app is not user friendly, quite confusing.

Had a single macchiato and tried a ginger biscuit of theirs. Generally speaking it is a quite clean place - if not busy- with a nice and relaxed atmosphere and the staff quite nice too. Regarding my macchiato, I consider Café Nero’s coffee to be lower quality in comparison with other chains but it was decent. Unfortunately, the staff gave me a dirty spoon. I noticed that this happened also in another Café Nero! The biscuit was decent, perfect for a quick bite.

Visiting this Nero coffee shop every weekend with my son. I usually have double espresso, and I think espresso at Nero is better than other coffee shop chains. We also buy the ground coffee packs from them for home Bialetti coffee maker and never disappointed. There is no parking at this place, since it's on the High Street, but you can park at Waitrose across the road, free of charge for 90 min, and we always do that.

Lovely staff, great atmosphere and of course the perfect location, directly opposite Bromley South station. I used to live above a Caffè Nero and have always loved their coffee, food and cakes and the staff always seem to be friendly and helpful. This branch is no exception; the coffee was delicious, the cakes divine and the staff were fantastic, with polite conversation, perfect customer service and happy to be there. I'll definitely be returning!

Very friendly staff and perfect speed of service. Store very clean and comfortable, perfect for a breakfast o just for enjoy a very good coffee. Located in the heart of Bromley South, just in front of the station. My advice is even if you're late don't miss the opportunity to enjoy a good cup of coffe or tea..

It's the first time I've ever had someone say to me, "The usual?" Felt so ridiculously cool and yet made me question if I was drinking too much coffee... nah, just cool! Love this place!

Decent coffee shop, open earlyish. Bacon sandwiches are quite tasty. Hot drinks and snacks are also nice but typically pricey for this type of high street coffee shop. Staff are quite cheery, even early in the morning.

Great choice of seating. However you need a code to access the toilet which is just such an inconvenience, you have to re queue to show your receipt to get the code to open the toilet door. It was also ten minutes to closing time and my friend and I were asked to leave as they were closing. Not good customer service. That being said, Drinks are nice here.

What an amazing experience! Tried the 3 course prix fixe and was floored from the getgo--the chef provided a pre-first course "muse" that was delicious and yet hearty--more like a mix of bites of charcuterie and an amazingly flavored biscuit.

I am regular here. Though a couple of time they rushed me with a skim milk latte where as I always order coconut or oats milk latte.

This is Cafe Nero no2 in Bromley(another at entrance to glades).My fave 'branded' coffee outlet.This branch is a ground floor shop with long road frontage,spacious inside,busy and welcoming friendly staff.there are approx 5 bistro tables outside also overlooking Bromley south station.A nice spot if you like watching the hustle and bustle.

Excellent coffee and do their paninis on a grill unlike Costa making them crisper on outside and not soggy as Costa's. Good venue as good size and can usually get a seat

Looks cute but that's it. A bit dirty. The coffee wasn't anything special.

I was disappointed that I didn't get £0:25p off my mocha after providing my own take away cup, instead I got double stamp, big deal, really. Why bother bringing your own cup. I prefer Costa Coffee as they give you £0:25p off no problem and their Mocha taste better.

Very cosy & spacious which seems like a contradiction I know. However the new look decor has a warm cosy feel about it which I do like when sitting down with friends for coffee... it has a very comfortable vibe.

Lovely cafe with very nice staff

The Cafe itself is a very nice, cosy, modern place but the staff can't manage the lunch time rush. They take too long to make the hot drinks and I ended up waiting 10 minutes to finally get to the till and have my toastie.

Whilst it’s just another Nero the staff here are really good. When a big queue forms they are fantastic at churning out the orders, and are always friendly.
