Caffe Nero in Birmingham

Left straight after check in, its a dump

This location is good for both of use. Despite going at 11.30 there were only a few tables available and a bit later they were calling for people not to order unless they already had a table as they were full. My friend had the pancakes with fruit. She ate the fruit but said the pancakes had a very strange flavour. I have the cheese omelette, not realising that it came in a bun. Only ate half the bun and the omelette was very tasteless and rubbery. Will go back to toasties or jacket potato if we go back in the future.

Ordered a ferrero, never again. It was the worst milkshake ive ever had. It was like the ice cream was out of date thats been.used. no ferrero taste.

Awful, awful staff. I cannot believe they are allowed to get away with having such bad attitudes. I have been there twice now and I’ve never experienced such terrible service from people who simply do not give a crap about their job or the customers. One man called Jon was especially rude. Usually I am pleased with the Costa chain. The coffee is good and the staff are normally very pleasant- but this particular store is the bad apple. I won’t bother going here again unless they have an overhaul of their staff and service.

Use this cafe regularly, never dull cakes always fresh. Food excellent. Some is a little overpriced but if you were in London it would be double the price. And staff in London are not pleasant!! so eat it or stop moaning ! No one forces you too have it. Staff are fantastic and never rude.if they were, then maybe that person deserves it.They ain't there for abuse. Well done, Steve,Ann ,Julie, Karen, charlotte. Great team hard workers.
