Caffè Nero in Crawley

As usual, very good coffee, nice food and friendly staff. What let this visit down was the amount of dogs either yapping away or giving off the delightful wet dog smell. Even overpowered the normal enjoyable coffee smell this venue always has. No issue with guide dogs or similar, but not in this case. Nero's has always been a coffee and reading haven, but this is being spoilt by unfeeling owners thinking their poor dogs enjoy a very busy high street and shops. A real shame.

I just got back from there, wanted for few minutes to be serve, which is fine, but not an eye contact nothing.. talking to each other, kept waiting, then 2 more people came , and they started to serve them. When I said I was waiting before them, they guy didn't even say sorry, just like ok what can I get you, I just turned my back and said just leave ot. Maybe If my skin was not too dark I would have been served.

I have been to this cafe a few times now. The staff are always polite and friendly. The cafe is always clean and tidy. The coffee is really nice and the cookies are probably the best chocolate chip cookies I have had in a very long time. I would return and most definitely recommend it.

Although the staff are excellent, both of our beverages were bitter. I had a green tea which was probably the worst I had ever tasted (also my mug was chipped) My partner had a coffee which was undrinkable. However, worse that that is the cleanliness (of which this is seriously lacking) and the furniture which should have been thrown out long ago! The photographs were taken just where we were seated but wherever you look it’s pretty bad. They only had one person serving and although she was efficient she had no time to also clear tables of which there were many.

First time, after one or two weeks, I coming whit my girlfriend at nero, I never see in any another business tables dirty, many articles out of stock service was really slow and was not busy after we come start to come in 4 more people plus one deliveroo, the lady was serve me was really really slow I eating my breakfast cold and de fruit booster whit peach and strawberry have a milk inside, call me idiot but I dont think have any milk inside one fruit booster, company business its amazing I hope somebody check this small details to make a difference.

We were a mixed bag of visitors who met up. Some had snacks and drinks and others had their lunch. Service was excellent, everyone finished their drinks and food so presume they enjoyed it. I had a caramel latte with cream. Excellent. Table chosen was the largest in the cafe which was at the back. There were other seats which were suitable for tete to tete or couples or solo visitors.

I visited this branch on 19th March for coffee with a friend as I often do and I unfortunately had my purse stolen whilst in the cafe. It was taken from my bag. We went straight to the bank to stop my cards and reported the theft to the police. Neros however were very unhelpful with providing the cctv. We knew exactly the time. But it seemed like it was too much trouble for them. The staff were quite rude when I went back in and also the next day on the phone. The case is now closed and the culprits got away with it. HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO PROVIDE CCTV. Could job no one was injured. I certainly won’t be using that establishment again. I’m applauded by their lack of sympathy and unwillingness to help.

We frequantly visit Nero, as our dog is welcome, and they make a decent coffee. Once you have 9 stamps, you get a free drink. This can be any size !

Lovely coffee and lovely service. The place was clean too, which some well known competitors are not. They do a good loyalty card, which usually I'm not fused about, but its a good deal

I came to this establishment with my family, we asked for a iced tea in which the barrista said we don't do them in this weather, in which we replied every other caffe Nero we have gone to they still do the iced tea, so how is this establishment different to any other

Always visit here when in Crawley such a lovely coffee shop great customer service the lady who served us today was lovey and chatty we had salted caramel latte recommend it it’s lovely also we had Belgian truffle hot choc and blueberry muffin and Belgian choc muffin

my fave coffee shop, now has an app to collect rewards. you can buy their coffee flavours and reusable coffee cups. i defo recommend a frappe latte with extra shot and red milk. to die for!

Nice strong and smooth flat white coffee, which was well priced and served quickly. I dont normally choose a chain coffee shop over an independent one, but when I do Caffè Nero is the go to.

Just what I've come to expect from this chain: friendly service, a good coffee, comfortable seating and free wifi. Perfect.

I love Caffe Nero’s. The coffee is really good and it’s usually quite first thing in the mornings (compared to Costa’s or Starbucks). The service is also pretty fast and the staff are super friendly.

They do try to be helpful and and will go a little further for the customer than most branch coffee shops.This branch is quite deep and often gets busy/ I wouldnt rate it as my favourite coffee but its ok now and then.
