Ot disabled friendly, the heavy door opens out by a pull handle, having a walking aid and to try to pull a geavy door outwards with fubromyalgia was impossible. I was supposed to meet somoe and they sat upsatirs, no lift so i couldnt get upstairs. I didnt stay to have a drink

Not a great visit, barista nice and friendly, but ladies toilets very dismal. Sanitary bin overflowing and more and pretty vile. No handsoap in the dispenser.

We are from Weymouth and Nero was previously our favourite coffee shop. However, our visit on 18/8/23 changed that completely. The man serving us was visibly annoyed at something and made repeated mistakes, dropping a cake on the floor, forgot a drink completely and (after a drink) forgetting a syrup. One drink was also cold but we didn't feel we could say anything after highlighting all the previous mistakes to the visibly irritated employee. While he repeatedly apologised it didn't feel completely sincere. The other issue was the state of the place. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a month with thick dust, sticky tables and dead flies. All the tables had dirty cups, trays etc. The whole room smelled of dogs urine. Such a disappointment.

Been 3 times in the last 3 days and without doubt one of the best neros. Staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming which makes the visit. And then they know how to make a good coffee. Will definitely be going again.

We mostly use Costa but on the day this was closer than the Costa on the road running parallel and glad we went in, nice staff 19th July, we had a bit of a laugh, I must say the cakes/pastries where far better than Costa, as are the frappes and the Passion Fruit martini chouxnut was out of this world

Very nice staff and excellent coffee. Both indoor and outdoor seating. A very welcome break for us both. Have never had a bad experience in a Caffe Nero and this was no exception.

We take coffee everyday when we stayed in Weymouth. Always busy, to many customers, but what a disgusting place, some furniture broken,an armchair with broken seat long time need to try away, wooden floor looks horrible. This coffee bosses not respect customers. Tables no clean, In toilet no light, floor dirty, especially wooden floor with stains and looks so horrible.

There were no customers waiting when I arrived. The three people behind the counter were having a private conversation which is totally fine in my book. I got served straight away but whilst my drinks were being prepared the conversation continued and it wasn’t pleasant. The girl serving me was obviously in a bad mood. It took 15 mins to prepare 1 tea and 3 lattes and all along I was subjected to hearing why she was in a bad mood. Then another employee arrived who was on a day off and she told him to leave her alone because she wasn’t “in the mood for it”. Not very good behaviour in front of a customer. Then she wiped my coffee mug with the dirty cloth that was on her machine. Gross!!!!

A large Caffe Nero's with indoor seating upstairs & down as well as outside, which is perfect for people who have a dog or who like a smoke with their beverage. They sell a good variety of coffees as well as teas, hot chocolate plus cold drinks like fruit boosters, milkshakes, frappes, a good choice of cakes, pastries, sandwiches, Ciabatta & Panini's, soups & salads, plus the staff are friendly who serve you as i had a large cappuccino with an extra shot, nice taste but not as warm as I could of hoped for as it was freezing outside.

Called in for a cappuccino and tea and cake for my other half. we were served quickly by the pleasant and polite staff. The drinks were excellent and the cake was really good if a tad expensive. Plenty of room inside and a few tables outside and all kept clean and tidy. Will definitely be back.

IT was a baking hot day so sitting inside was not really desired at all but to be honest, the road works taking place mere feet away ( you could touch the barriers) from the outermost tables outside the venue were noisy, dusty, smelly...you get the picture. It looked like resurfacing going on and it was not pleasant. That said, the Caffe inside was clean, the drinks were great, the staff friendly and overall a nice visit, shame about the (council?) enterprises nearby!

We had done a lot of walking so popped in Caffe Nero , so pleased we did excellent tasting coffee. the title said it all. The only thing is they allow dogs which in my opinion is not good only guide dogs should be allowed. But on saying this a lot of Restaurant, pubs etc do. Its different if there is seating outside.

I arrived tired from shopping, looking forward to a short relax. The coffee was good and the girl serving me very friendly and competent. However, it was 5.30 pm, closing time was 6 pm, and I had hardly sat down when the other employee started throwing away some of the baked goods on the racks, stacking the chairs and tables outside and dragging them in, and generally working on the closing-up chores. Not very cozy and relaxing - I felt like I better drink my coffee quickly and go. Which is what I did. Not very relaxing, even though the general ambience is nice. Seems to me that when a cafe advertises certain opening times, there should not be any closing activity until that time.

Popped in this morning for a coffee and a cake pit stop, this shop is always clean and the staff are always friendly , I had a flat white and an apricot croissant , both were delicious , the only thing that ruined my visit was all the smokers out side , I wanted to enjoy the fresh air and not all the smoke .. I know this isn't the coffee shops fault , but I think it's discussing , I took a deep breath and nearly choked on the smoke ... I left and it ruined my visit x

I always like Nero coffee, I think it is the most consistent of all the major high street brands. This branch is always welcoming and busy in the summer, Love a takeaway while watching the sea anytime of year.

We visited today on our weekend visit to weymouth. The cafe was very busy but it was pouring with rain which probably accounted for it being so . We found a table .my partner went to order there was a small queue and only one member of staff that I could see.my caramel and banana shake was lovely.my partner had an expresso which he said was good. I felt more staff would have made service a little smoother but overall a pleasant visit

Once inside a Nero's, you could be anywhere in the UK. At best, the youngish staff might be slightly friendly, at worst they can be curt and disengaged. The furnishings all have that brown, battered, "bought in a general household sale" look and most provincial branches seem to attract a disproportionate numbers of pushchairs and shopping bags. Having said that, the coffee is far and away the best available on the high street. Strong, robust and richly flavoured and streets ahead of the competition. The food also, generally tastes better than it looks. This branch was no exception. It has a slightly run down feel and was not the friendliest place in the world, but the coffee was great.

For quick service and lovely food, can certainly say Muffins ticks all those boxes. Food is served hot and at perfect proportions; would happily come again. Enough seating for a family of 1-4 even if you’re just wanting a quick coffee or sandwich. All the staff are lovely and a big thank you to the woman with braces! Was very helpful and kind! 10/10

Really lovely little coffee shop, fantastic cakes and superior quality coffee. We had an American, breakfast tea, diet coke, white tiffin with cranberries, normal white tiffin and a coffee and walnut cake, latter was scrumptious! Pleasant service, outdoor toilet was basic but very clean.

Really wanted to love this place but was disappointed from the start. Large sign with a list at entrance to a car park but when we drove in there didn’t seem to be parking for the cafe. We were able to park on the road outside. Interior was a bit bland with 4 tables that were very close to each other. No food menu - an underwhelming selection of cakes and one savoury croissant and one sausage roll on the counter. When asked the waitress listed a choice of savoury items - just focaccia with a few different fillings. Very little choice of cold drinks especially for children. No snacks (e.g. cookies ) for children either. Had gone hoping for breakfast type items (e.g. pastries/teacakes) but ended up having cakes . They were ok but nothing special. Won’t visit again which is a shame as we are local.
