Coffee shop is nicely located has a small outside seating. I live close by and every time I come in it’s always messy inside and the table outside are with dirty cups. Service is sometimes okay and most of the time below average. One guy make a nice coffee when he is in shift but when he is not the milk is always boiled and you can’t drink the coffee once you sit down. Place has lots of potential and improve on small things that can a make a difference.

I placed two different orders for coffee and food, both of which were then cancelled because they “didn’t have the food items in stock”. Well why are they even displayed on the Uber eats page. And why couldn’t my coffee be delivered? The first order was accepted and even said it was being picked up before I found out it was cancelled. The second was accepted and then cancelled. I received a voicemail saying they didn’t have the food in stock. Bearing in mind both were placed after 1530 on a Sunday when they close at 1600 as per Uber eats- I don’t suppose it has anything to do with lazy staff just not being bothered to fulfil an order close to closing time? And funnily enough, I now can’t get hold of them on their phone number to make a complaint- how very convenient that they’re so quick to cancel an order but so averse to answering the phone. Trampy customer service.

Visited House of Fraser for a quick coffee on Saturday afternoon 25/11. When it came to my turn in the queue I looked up and saw the most miserable face glaring at me. Slim dark haired girl with ponytail. She just seemed so cross. Normally you will get a smile and 'can I help you. I stared back and she asked me what I wanted. Don't know why but she really annoyed me, I just said....it's ok I changed my mind. I went to Costas in Next!! Please please Cafe Nero, this member of staff needs training. Normally the girls are lovely!!

The staff here are lovely, but don't visit if you are in a rush - there are often long queues. The layout doesn't lend itself well to a relaxing lounger about type of coffee experience. The staff make up for it though, and Cafe Nero coffee is always the best out of the chains!

Went for a quick work lunch... the mushroom toastie was lovely plus much prefer the coffee here as apposed to rival coffee shops as it's not too strong and tastes smoother... fast efficient service... Will be back next week!@

Wifey and I ordered different milk shake frappes which, whilst cool and refreshing, weren’t what we expected but tasty nonetheless. The two ladies behind the counter were hard to follow as one of them seemed to be training the other and had a very heavy Eastern Europe accent. But she was very friendly and helpful.

Tucked at the back of House of Fraser, Caffe Nero serves great Tea and Coffee as well as light snacks. The freshly toasted Panini's are quickly heated and served by friendly staff who are happy to help. Tasty range of drinks and snacks

Coffee and snack stop. Coffee ok, but delay on food with empty restaurant. Very limited selection of food and Panatone toasted with wrapper on :( Recommend nearby M&S instead

Its always busy but the staff are on the ball and know what they are doing, extremely good at multitasking. There is a good selection of cakes and sandwiches. We love the hot chocolate as its not a milky as the other coffee shops. Downside- the seating is getting a little shabby, and its not nice to view the long queue for the toilet, which all of Wycombe use.

I love their hot chocolate, but I feel that their prices are a bit too expensive. I feel that the staff could be a bit more professional as I didn't like it when the european male barista said 'And for you?' to me when it was my turn to give my order (I was alone). Also, a few months ago, the female barista who served me did not give me my receipt, but I decided to leave it. However, since she was by the till and served me, it was her responsibility and her job to give me my receipt. Despite this, their service is fast and my hot drink has never been served cold!

Really enjoyed my hot pannini and the coffee was its usual good quality. Shame the toilet wasnt as clean and there was no toilet roll, despite having a chart to say it had been checked recently.

Come here regularly and most of the staff know my order by heart. They are always very friendly and helpful. If there is a problem they have no hesitation in putting it right.

Best coffee and good selection of food hence the big queues. Maybe because they are always so busy the cleanliness of the restaurant isan't always up to scratch, but it's not put me off!

Seems unfair that lactose intollerant/vegans are charged extra for Soya when Costa don't charge for it. Staff are rude and unhelpful, lay out isn't great, overpriced.

This is not the cheapest or the best place to have coffee in Wycombe. The service is slow, the price is high, and the coffee mediocre. A last resort for a shopping pit stop.

This must be the nicest place for a coffee in town. The staff are always friendly, courteous and polite. We have been taking our 4 year old in since he was a baby and the staff are always extra friendly to him, even when busy they always have time to say hello. If you can't see the staff's name badges, it's because our son likes to give them all stickers whenever we are in there. Lol!

Having been let down by an online hamper order as a Christmas gift for our lovely neighbours, we had no choice but to try to recreate the Italian delicacies hamper ourselves. We searched online and saw that Waitrose had exactly all the things we were looking for. We've never shopped at Waitrose before but now on Christmas Eve, we expected the place to be a zoo with people pushing and shoving and grabbing everything off the shelves in a last-minute panic before Christmas. This was not the case. Yes, the store was very busy but everyone was so helpful. All of the staff we approached were very kind and even smiled, despite the fact that they were very busy trying to keep shelves stocked. We even mistook a delivery driver for an actual store employee and even he tried to help us find what we were looking for. One woman even gave us a box and suggested how we might decorate and fill it as a gift hamper. All in all, this was a very pleasant experience for us, considering the panic we were in, trying to put together a food gift on Christmas Eve. We were very impressed by the quality of goods on offer at Waitrose and our neighbours were thrilled by the gift. We will defintely shop at this store again!

I get the impression that the owners are winding the Taps down. The bar staff are excellent, beer is good but often the selection can be poor. Food is no longer available, but you can take food in. The bar is looking tired, the loos are very retro, if 1970s public toilets are your thing. Its a real shame.

Just stopped in for a drink after a good walk from the pub carpark. Was a poor pint of Guinness, a good couple of ales on tap.
