Caffe Nero in Epsom and Ewell

While the selection of food and drinks are of a good quality and variety, the place is never clean, with very dirty floors and tables. It could so do with being painted as it looks very run down.

I dropped in while waiting for my car to be serviced. Comfy sofas as with all Neros, and nice coffee, but please …is it possible to have a few phone charging points ( the bain of my life in the UK - why are there never enough?). Also, needs a deep clean - I’m sitting facing a coffee splattered wall and it’s clearly not recent…

I have to say there is one Barista who works there who is one the most amazingly friendly, positive and uplifting people I’ve ever met. I’ve been twice in 2 weeks and I’ve only ever heard people inside commenting on how lovely she is and always smiling. I don’t know her name. I wish I did but huge shout out to her and I hope Caffè Nero know what an asset she is to their company!

My wife and I ate here for a bite to eat at lunchtime. We both like Caffe Nero's pole & line tuna melt panini. Whilst the staff here were friendly, we sat at a table, which could have been cleaner. Also, at the back of the seats, it was really really dusty. Therefore, we unfortunately won't be eating here again.

One of best Coffee shop in Epsom, the menu is very reasonable price, furniture is looking very modern style! The staff is very friendly and helpful, if you would like to come and enjoy one of best Coffee or a cake. For me I would say this Cafe Nero is top class coffee shop, especially lovely mini town centre.

Cafe Nero is normally not very busy and has a nice seating area where people would normally work on laptops while drinking their AMAZING coffee/teas. The coffee is top quality and they have nice snacks as well, but they are a bit pricey.

I rate this as the best coffee house in Epsom although yhe pastries are a bit pricey.There is outside seating but be prepared to wait to be served as it is usually quite busy.

One of the better coffee venues in the area. Coffee is top quality and there is a decent range of cakes etc although little for diabetics. It is well patronised which says much and you often have to queue. There is also some seating outside when the weather allows

It was a Sunday when I went to Epsom on a shopping trip but the shops didn’t open till 10.30am. I stopped at this cafe and had a latte and a pain au raisin. They were very nice. The staff went out of their way to be friendly. I found out that the cafe opened at 8am which for a Sunday I will definitely go back

I found that the service was very quick I ordered an English breakfast tea The mug it came in was delightful I loved the seating arrangement and I thought the atmosphere was great It was very quiet and a very good working environment Would definitely go back One star off as there was some weird stuff in my milk

Been coming here for months now, the cups are dirty and so are the spoons, the floor always seems grubby and the tables are never clean at lunchtime. The staff are moody too. Shame there is not another clean coffee shop in Epsom

Bit hit and miss. The quality of the coffee depends on who serves you. It can be great. It can be awful. Can also get very crowded. Convenient location and great on a good day. Just not consistent.

Usual great coffee from this chain, staff usually friendly and helpful, but service can sometimes be a little on the slow side.

Have been coming here quite regularly since meeting my girlfriend. It has great coffee, very friendly and attentive staff with a warm, cosy and inviting atmosphere. I never go for the food in any of the coffee chains as I think it is over priced for what you get but the coffee is worth multiple visits, silky smooth lattes!

This is a good place to stop for coffee while shopping. It was very busy the day we went, but only one barista on duty, & she had such an impressive turn of speed, efficient & brilliant at remembering the queue of orders, at least 4 or 5. My tea was served in a large mug which was great

The Caffe Nero serves very good food, the filled rolls are toasted if required. Good selection of tea and coffee. the staff are friendly and helpful staff the one who served me offered to catty my tray to the table.

This is a chain which makes average coffee in a cosy setting. Nothing to write home about, but decent enough you want to have a coffee and a chat with friends. However, if you have a sweet tooth like me and like good quality desserts/pastries/cakes, then you may want to look somewhere else.

I always have my morning coffee from here, love it, great atmosphere and very spacious, the staff are lovely and always willing to help the elderly people to carry items to their table.

Went to Neros in Epsom on Tuesday this week and the coffee tasted burnt! Not sure if its this branch but it wasnt a great experience! Service was brilliant

Lovely first thing opens at 7am weekdays . Can get busy later. Outside seating available . Accessible wc. In cafe. Closes at 6.30 pm which is a little early in summer.

Popped in to meet a friend. Coffee and tea lovely - would recommend their chocolate cake too. A nice coffee shop in the centre of town.

Ha sido un ordinario de Nero para la mejor parte del año. Tiendas de café están por sentado, sin embargo si realmente observar cómo el personal están dedicados a darle el mejor servicio, podrá ver el nivel que está, en mi opinión, con mucha anticipación de otros locales cafetería en Epsom.

Tenía un cappuccino y un sandwich de huevo bacon y salchichas. El huevo es encantador por dentro como una tortilla en textura no todos perritos como Costa Coffee.

Amor café temprano en la mañana aquí en el fin de semana.

Es lo que dice, no es demasiado caro, las bebidas estaban bien, por desgracia la comida no tardan en llegar, y no estaba tan lleno. Pero el mismo merece una visita.

Siempre me pop en un café con leche de soja en un fin de semana excelente! Personal amable y un restaurante limpio. Personal ocupado, pero siempre dan un buen servicio.

This is a large and comfortable Caffe Nero venue well located in the centre of Epsom. I've always had great service in here.

Caffe Nero is my coffee shop of choice but as a wheelchair user visiting Epsom recently I was disappointed to see a step at the entrance - despite the possibility of step free entrances blocked by tables. There was perhaps a ramp available, but as a solo traveller I could not enter the shop to request! And decided that with the many other options available, I chose not to bother!

This nero is very big. It has nice staff and it is located next to the tower clock and ashley center shopping.

We have been a few times and have always been impressed by the customer service - friendly, accommodating and attentive staff. Better early/late in the day when it's quieter - very busy during the day. Standard coffee chain expensive prices, but a nice view of the market place and great to see the world go by. Pleasant atmosphere and never had any complaints.

Nero roast their own coffee somewhere near Waterloo, you can see it from the passing train into Waterloo station....Coffees are the usual choices, eats all pre-packed. Smokers can -outside, that's about it!

I visit here nearly every weekend. I love this place as it allows me to bring the dog along. Coffee is great, staff are excellent and it has a very relaxed and wide open seating area. More than likely I will be back tomorrow!

Pleasant place to sit with a cuppa, some cake and a newspaper or watch the world pass by. Taken my children in here too which is fine. Can be slow to get served some times but you have to accept that in any coffee chain.

This is my favourite place to have coffee. The location is perfect for people watching as it is located on the pedestrian area of the high street. It is also very large. We are here at least every weekend and take the dog. Staff are very friendly and provide a very fast service and most importantly provide a great coffee. If you are ordering tea ask for two teabags.

Like any other Nero, coffee is OK, but no more than that.They have good space for families and a good spot in Epsom, but probably my number 2 choice in town

Fantastic place to have a coffee and watch the bustling Epsom community go by. The coffee isnt cheap but with good service and great outside seating, its probably the best coffee place in Epsom. Avoid the canopy next door, coffee very stale

I think this is expensive and over rated for coffee much better places and cheaper. The food is all so very expensive poor value for money overall.

Very busy most times of the day, expect children's screaming and crying every day after school drop-off and around lunchtime when mums with babies are meeting. The tables are not cleaned up promptly unfortunately; therefore the environment sometimes doesn't look great. The coffee is great and take away is available.

I'm loyal to Caffe Nero in Epsom based on the fact that they do the best coffee around and it's always served up with an extra shot of good service. Get's popular in here but doesn't matter if it's pension day, Saturday shoppers taking a breather or late evening wind down, the atmosphere's always chilled. Ok, sometimes it's overrun by new mums and their babies being initiated into cafe society but that shows some of Nero's hidden strengths - abundant napkins, tough crockery and efficient cleaning up! Occasional Halloween or Easter events are a nice touch, they really try in here and I love them for it.

Nero's in Epsom has at least a couple of Baristas that know what they're doing and want to make good coffee (which is unusual for a chain). All the staff are friendly and the place is pretty comfortable with sofas and arm chairs. Occasionally a little chilly inside.

Good range of drinks, nice selection of paninis and other food, and a nice atmosphere in the shop. Sometimes the service can be slow because it is quite popular. I would definitely say this is the best coffee shop in Epsom though, much better than Starbucks and Costa. I could say Nero is overpriced, but they all are.

I have always had a good welcome here. This is important - there are may coffee shops around and service is often the factor that influences where you go.Good coffee and plenty of room inside (as well as outside) to sit and enjoy it.
