I wasn’t aware of CafeMonde before a friend suggested we meet up there for lunch. It’s hidden away down a little road and very rural and very pretty with great views and, if you love horses, you are in for a treat! It was a beautiful sunny day and we sat outside under the shade of a parasol. I was pleasantly surprised to see several vegan options on the menu and the food was well presented and appetising. I had the vegan hummus platter which was delicious. We all enjoyed our food. There was a good selection of drinks and some nice looking cakes (which we resisted!) Staff lovely and friendly and I will definitely return soon.

Our little granddaughter is mad on horses so this was a great place to go, so friendly and informal with horses everywhere. We all had breakfast type food but totally different - porridge, sausages, bacon, all done beautifully. The coffee was good, the welcome was so helpful and friendly. Top tip - do book a table as it's surprisingly busy on a weekday morning.

Tracey and her team are wonderful. Friendly and attentive to their customers. I have now been here several times for coffee or lunch and my observation is that they treat ALL their customers as well. The food is amazing particularly the Mondeli baguette. They deserve their success. I will be back ( several times🙂).

I stumbled across the hidden gem whilst walking in Northamptonshire. Quite simply the best food and coffee I have ever tasted at any Cafe. The Chicken Club Baguette was off the scale. Beautifully presented, fresh and delicious 😋 Welcoming, friendly staff, attentive table service, relaxed and calm atmosphere, with views of the riding school and rolling countryside. Very reasonable prices. I fully recommend you give it a try - I know I will be returning very soon. You will not be disappointed 🙂

First visit yesterday, based on other reviews. Also first lunch out for nearly a year, and a simple celebration of a big birthday. Good selection of options including vegetarian and very helpful staff. Very tasty. Iced latte wonderful change. Then indulged with a scone with clotted cream! Very good. Sat on the terrace in the sun (no umbrellas - you need your hat and sun screen!) watching the pony classes with the children on holiday. It's not very large, so worth booking as we did.

Cafe Monde is a regular favourite of ours. Tracy and co. are always so helpful and serve excellent coffee in a relaxed setting. My husband usually has a bacon sandwich which always meets his high standards with well-cooked bacon and plenty of it. Appropriate Covid procedures are in place to ensure a safe experience. Can highly recommend.

Tucked away in the lovely village of Chapel Brampton , this hidden gem combines excellent food and drinks, a welcoming staff and lovely views over the riding enclosures and open countryside. Been three times since they opened last week and finding it hard to express what a lovely experience it is. Tracy and her staff are so uplifting and attentive, it makes me realise where some of the hospitality industry are getting it wrong.

Very disappointed to be given an alternative dish to the one I ordered, served up knowingly without even asking beforehand if I was happy with the alternative. To then be charged for it having pointed out that the practice was unacceptable adds insult to injury. Need to learn appropriate customer service behaviour.

This tea room and outdoor patio is in a gorgeous setting, overlooking rolling Northamptonshire countryside, adjacent to the stables. The service is friendly, smart and helpful, particularly during this time of corona virus. The tea is in attractive pots and cups, and the cakes were all freshly made and delicious. There was a good selection of food, including crumpets scones and toasted tea cakes. All very tasty.

I would have loved to have tried a cup of your coffee, and most probably would have loved it.........but I couldn't. Why? Because of your antiquated spending limit on cards/contactless requiring a minimum £5 spend. I only wanted a coffee, not coffee and cake. Even Poundland take sums under £5 these days, we are moving to a cashless society, I didn't have cash with me today, just Apple pay. Please keep up with the times and I may yet get to try your coffee. We both missed out today.

My parents introduced me to this charming cafe. There are 3 seating areas to choose from, a delightful courtyard, inside and a decked area overlooking the menage. We had hot drinks and enjoyed the stunning views over the fields, went off for a lovely walk around the Bramptons and then went back for lunch. I would definitely recommend the mozzarella salad with olives and flat bread, it was a delicious, refreshing meal. The paninis and baguettes also looked great. I will definitely go back, it's so peaceful there it truly felt like I escaped the world for a couple of hours. Very friendly staff too.

Cycling in the area and made a special detour to visit this place. Just a tea and cake visit. Very tasty. Good selection of cakes and the food menu looked good. Only a small place, but on a sunny day, they open the doors and let the outside in. They also have a small patio overlooking the horses training. If you’re into horses then you’ll love this place. If you don’t, you’ll still enjoy the visit. Very friendly staff. Both chatty and helpful.

I went to Cafemonde today (Good Friday) to have lunch and a catch up with a friend. It turned into a 3 hour stay! (Don’t worry, we made sure we weren’t table blocking!). After delicious paninis and salad, we were there so long we had a cream tea too! Really yummy. The staff can’t do enough for you and are so friendly. It’s lovely because it’s quite small and cosy, with a very relaxed atmosphere. We sat in the window and watched the horses out in the rain. Thank you and we’ll very definitely be back for another catch up soon!

What a lovely find in a beautiful setting.I was somewhat fortunate to have been recommended to this lovey ‘Cafemonde’ barn conversion with seating for approx 25 covers inside as well as outside seating areas to the front and back. It was somewhat of v cold snowy day, so I enjoyed the views over the paddock and countryside from a very comfy Nd warm window seat. The welcome was very warming in its self. Service very good and staff could not have been more pleasant and polite.Highly recommend a visit and I hope to have the opportunity to visit again soon.Thank you

I was really happy to have discovered this cafe, we were in need of some communal areas around Brampton to relax or meet up with people. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff are polite and friendly, the coffee is really good. Right next to the stable so prepare to stay for a little longer than you expected. The horses have distractingly velvety ears....

This is a 4.5 rating, a 5 if it had been fractionally cheaper. The manager told us that we could look around the stables and see the horses, which we did and they are beautiful.

Out of the way but worth looking for. Fantastic views and in a lovely setting. Typically English countryside. Reasonably priced, good menu choice and good service. Other reviewers have said that it could perhaps be a little cleaner for those expecting ultra high modernity but given that it is in a horse riding school yard you need to think "rustic". I would like those that complained about the tidyness to try and keep the floor clean whilst riding boots and wellies. And it will give my wife an excuse to wear her hunters next time she goes for coffee.

We called in here for morning coffee, an excellent latte served with a smile by the staff. The view over the fields in the spring sunshine was superb, though the horses needed their coats on.There was a good choice of cakes and snacks available that seemed tailored to the teenage market that I'm sure frequent the riding stables. There were also savoury snacks on the menu. There are tables outside for the warmer weather, though they were in use by some of the hardy riders, even in February. It must be a delightful spot on a warm sunny day so we intend to return in a few months! One point to note, we have eaten at some farm-based tea rooms in the past where there has been, shall we say, a distinctly agricultural aroma? I'm glad to report that this is not an issue here. (Though we may need to double-check this in the warmer weather.)

There was plenty of butter and jam to accompany it.We could have chosen soup or baked potatoes or paninis, but we were both happy with our choices. Lovely gem of a place, just a few mins from M1 (why suffer motorway services?!). The chips are EPIC and the atmosphere is nice and cozy. Staff had lots to do when we were there, but they managed to sort us a walk-in table, in amongst the "Reserved" signs - clearly others already knowledgeable of this great place. Music speaker right by the till makes it a little hard to hear when you're ordering/paying, but that's the worst 'niggle' I can think of! Kids meal pricing worthy of note too - exceptional value.
