My husband has declared this a very good bacon sandwich. So good we went both days of our stay for takeaway. The staff were friendly.

On our way to the races we popped in for a cuppa and a sandwich. The two ladies who served us were really friendly and welcoming. The service was quick and efficient. It's lovely to meet people who enjoy their work and who make everyone feel welcome with a smile. If we are over this way again we will definitely call in again. Oh, and the tea was great too - not wishy washy like you get in some places! And my husband really enjoyed his sausage sandwich saying it was the best sausages he's had for a long time.

Lady with glasses brown reddish hair was very rude and unfriendly to my daughter as we went in looking to see if they were hiring However very friendly when she thought we came in to buy something but quickly changed when we asked about hiring would not come for food or anything again with her customer service

Awful customer service. Whoever was service me was rude, passive-aggressive and shouldn't be the front-of-house brand for this cafe. Will not be returning or recommending. Left feeling disgusted with the whole unpleasant experience.

Went to cafe viaduct after park run this morning Saturday 8/6/24. I had the best cappuccino and sausage sandwich I have ever tasted. What an amazing cafe and the staff were so friendly and polite. The lady who served was called Anne and she was so welcoming and friendly. I will definitely be going back and if you find yourself in Worcester you have to visit this place.

This used to be a wonderful little cafe with great service and menu. Looks like it’s under new management now. Employees today were flustered even with only a handful of orders, made mistakes and the menu is extremely limited and pricey now. Hope these are only teething problems and that the new owners will be able to make it the great little place it used to be again. I’ll revise this review accordingly next time I’m here.

Sitting outside on the patio in the sun just now. Lovely place to sit by the river with a coffee and a snack/ lunch, watching the swans and rowers glide by. Service is always very friendly and efficient and I’ll often have a gluten free cake or sandwich with my coffee. Highly recommended.

I visited here today and had a spot of lunch for my partner. We opted for toasties. I had cheese and ham. And my partner chose plain cheese. - this wasn’t a plain boring toastie it was a flavoursome cheese toastie. The slow roasted ham was lovely and the best toastie I’ve had in years! The hot drinks served in a lovely china cup. After seeing some of the freshly baked goods coming out of the oven. I had to try one of the cakes before we left. Just amazing. Good quality coffee and amazing food. Def worth another visit.

Lovely little cafe by the river. Great view and great cake and coffee. Good selection for gluten free and knowledgable staff about it too. Exceptionally busy when we visited on a Sunday but we just waited and enjoyed our refreshments when they arrived; we were on a leisurely walk so being patient wasn’t an issue. Will definitely return.

Asked for a one shot latte. Blonde girl behind counter forgot and ended up pouring most of coffee away and adding milk. You couldn’t even taste the coffee. When we mentioned it she said ‘that’s how it is’. Well we won’t be frequenting this place again and that’s how it is.

Had been out walking our dog and called in for a late breakfast. Nice seating in an enclosed patio outside overlooking the river. Lovely friendly staff who take your order and then bring it out to you when ready. Lady even offered my dog a treat. Ordered vegan sausage sandwiches which were excellent and coffee was great too. Will definitely call in here again

Visited while on a bike ride, it was exactly what we wanted. Sausage sandwich and coffee. After visiting some very pretentious establishments in the Cotswolds, this cafe was a breath of fresh air, simple, cheap, does what it says on the tin. £6.50 for a generous sausage sandwich and mug of tea. Tables inside and outside, public loo next door. Spot on.

We come here regularly after waking our dogs. The service is helpful and friendly and the quality of food is excellent. Great bakery bread for sandwiches and toasties and the beat tea cakes we’ve ever had.

this is a lovely cafe by the river. The food is always tasty and the cakes delicious, all homemade I think. Its good to have a walk by the river and stop here for refreshments or icecream etc. The staff are always pleasant and its good value. Even if its raining the huge weeping willow trees by the cafe with benches under neath them keep you dry and you can enjoy your food al fresco.

Absolutely agree with previous review for excellent picnic.I would just add that we required a vegetarian and gluten free picnic in addition to the 'standard' and the whole party were very impressed with the quality, quantity and lovely presentation. Will be treating more friends soon!

I’m rarely compelled to write reviews but just had to share the excellent picnic we ordered from Cafe Viaduct. The food was absolutely delicious, amazingly packed and presented and the selection of cakes included was a genuine treat and more than generous. In addition, this was great value for money and set in lovely surroundings. Could not recommend this enough.

What a great little cafe situated on the riverside. Beautiful coffee and the most delicious home baked cakes and cookies. This business is a small independent and deserves to do well so please go and support them. You won’t be disappointed. It’s my new favourite walking destination with friends.

Tiny cafe on the river front so great location. Very friendly lady that served us, no fuss, just good honest coffee and lovely slice of home made carrot cake. The decor is rather dated and muddled, but it has character which so many places these days lack.
