Cafe Rumi in Birmingham

I'm a regular customer here and mainly come here for the board game evenings on Monday evenings with a local social group. Customer service and food are the best, looking forward to returning here again on Monday evening as usual!!

The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing . The staff are quite friendly and attentive . The food depends on what you order . The Turkish omlet was good , but Falafel had smell of a bad , poor quality oil . Presentation and the added fresh herbs are very appetizing . However the utensils used which is in black colour or copper which has turned red inside , put you off and they may be quite unhealthy .

Great food - really original, but no internet!!! They have suddenly stopped providing internet access.

Outstanding quality of food and service. Great atmosphere. Persian omelette and fattoush salad for breakfast highly recommended.

This little cafe-cum-restaurant really is the whole package. Featuring an excellent menu which will suit any mood or meal. I’m a little funny about the kind of food I eat at certain times of the day. I can’t have a burger and chips for breakfast. That must be breakfast orientated cuisine. This little gem certainly did not disappoint. The menu is bountiful and no matter what food mood I was in it was catered for. The food itself was divine; wonderful flavours and incredibly fresh. You can’t fresher than ordering a carrot juice and it being made in front of you. This little eatery is spanking clean and very sympathetically decorated with lovely finishing touches. Each time I have been the atmosphere has been great with a genuine friendly vibe. Staff are friendly and attentive but not in your face or ever rushing you. Hand on heart I rarely give such glowing reviews, this place certainly deserves it. I’m just sad my visit to Birmingham is almost over - purely because I won’t get to go back tomorrow! I do have another conference here soon though. Now I have found this amazing place I shall certainly be visiting again. Thank you for the great experience. See you again soon!
