Do not under any circumstances get the loaded fries, total rip off. Literally just regular fries but soggy with cheap bbq sauce and a couple bits of chicken popcorn. Total waste of money. Everything else is decent but over priced. Can get basically the same thing from Dixy’s for way cheaper and peri salt.

I ordered a wicked variety chicken bucket 10 pieces, and my girlfriend ordered the original ranch rice bowl when the delivery from uber came we got the chicken but not the rice really disappointed with them for not sending another rice bowl out for delivery after them forgetting to put it with the order especially as it was the first one on the receipt to see really disappointed especially that my gf isn't well and was really looking forward to her meal will not be ordering from kfc again

I felt very bad after tasting just one bite of the chicken, and when I told the staff that the food wasn’t good, they were unhelpful and treated me poorly.

Twice within three times visit i got short changed by a pound. Second time was when I checked my money there and then, rather than later, I was given a pound without a word of apology! I thought nothing of it still. I always went there for their Megabox. Last time I went, 4 or 5 days ago, my main piece of chicken, normally the biggest piece, was like a pigeons drum stick! I called the guy who was opening the door for customers, but he said they won't change that. I insisted that I'm a regular and they will. He picked the chicken up with his bare hand, put it in a bag, and took it to the back. Again he came back with the same piece, saying they won't change it, as to a bigger one. I said ok, but you've touched it, they should give me a fresh one. He said they won't! I insisted, so he went to the back, and came back with the same piece, saying they won't change it!! I was shocked! I said he can throw it in the bin, i wasnt going to eat a chicken someone else has touched. I walked out, and told him I'll never go back!

Never had a KFC store so consistently not included items in my order that I’ve paid for. Additional tenders and wings always missing. Check your bag before you leave.

Poor quality - no boxes, no napkins, small portions, incorrect drinks, discount not applied.

The food was dry, cold and stale. It seemed like old chicken that hasn’t been sold passed on to us. It was a weekend we thought we would order from a restaurant but inside no one ate it and we had to cook still. What a waste of time, money and mood.

Absolutely disgusting security man .. asking what my husbands disability was as we had a radar key, and he was using the toilet. I said he has a disability and he said what is it, I said I don't need to tell you and he said yes I do so I told him my husband has prostate cancer. Two girls entered the shop needing the toilet he didn't ask them what their disability was .. when I asked why he smirked .. absolutely awful way to treat people with hidden disabilities. The kfc took ages to cook, and it was disgusting and greasy. Staff were touching the inside of their ears, touching their hair no hygiene at all .. the worst KFC in the country

Delivery adress was 21 princess street, M27 5UU it clearly states it on my app driver repeatedly told me I have wrong adress, how hard is it to put the adress or postcode into the sat nav??? 20 minutes to get 8 chicken fillets. Not because the fillets weren't ready to go, but because the manager on shift was clearing every order off of the console and using callback instead, I assume to make their performance look better. Multiple customers angry that their order had been seemingly forgotten. I'll personally be flagging this with customer service as it's a complete joke.

They've taken out of my money instantly and not received the food (theft). Called their useless customer service and asked me to email KFC which i did and not heard anything. I am pretty sure this classed as theft if anyone did this in a store.

Store was cool, the service was good with but no rest room to refresh yourself. They had self check out but I always prefer to to meet the staff over purchase, and the atmosphere was nice but I believe kfc can produce better. As there were self checkout services, I would have 3expected better cleaning standards. My table was not as tidy as I would have liked, my food was more cooked than hot, and the chicken burger or fillet was very dry. The chicken I bought was not great either.

The child was probably allergic to the cake he received instead of the drink that was included in the set, but unfortunately they ran out.

You kept changing the delivery time it took over 1 and half hours utter rubbish services

Added gravy for £2.50 and it was missing. It was included on the receipt, and there was no option on the list of possible missing items about the gravy. Very disappointed.

The food in this branch was cooked fine .staff can do with being a bit more friendly & happier . but the service was quick. you order on a digital signage menu board & pay for it there & then and you just go up to the counter and collect your food .this restaurant is not the biggest I've seen can do with some stools for people to sit down on for 10 mins or so way you eat your food before your night out after all it does have long breakfast tablets . In a good location to all the busy pubs & bars along deansgate

Food was cold when it arrived and the map to track the driver kept losing signal and then kept saying an estimated time of 33 minutes when the initial time was supposed to be 22 minutes. Waited over an hour from time of order til food was delivered
