The service by Inis was amazing such a friendly guy but the atmosphere wasnt good tbh but he made me happy by his service.

Absolutely disgusting security man .. asking what my husbands disability was as we had a radar key, and he was using the toilet. I said he has a disability and he said what is it, I said I don't need to tell you and he said yes I do so I told him my husband has prostate cancer. Two girls entered the shop needing the toilet he didn't ask them what their disability was .. when I asked why he smirked .. absolutely awful way to treat people with hidden disabilities. The kfc took ages to cook, and it was disgusting and greasy. Staff were touching the inside of their ears, touching their hair no hygiene at all .. the worst KFC in the country

Was served by Tianna and quite frankly say she is the rudest person in the entire world. Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had in a KFC. Not even allowed to stand in and eat the food or use the order kiosk without being shouted out by this lady. Horrendous

Delivery adress was 21 princess street, M27 5UU it clearly states it on my app driver repeatedly told me I have wrong adress, how hard is it to put the adress or postcode into the sat nav??? Then he put the phone down on me and clicked that my food was delivered … it was never delivered

20 minutes to get 8 chicken fillets. Not because the fillets weren't ready to go, but because the manager on shift was clearing every order off of the console and using callback instead, I assume to make their performance look better. Multiple customers angry that their order had been seemingly forgotten. I'll personally be flagging this with customer service as it's a complete joke.

They've taken out of my money instantly and not received the food (theft). Called their useless customer service and asked me to email KFC which i did and not heard anything. I am pretty sure this classed as theft if anyone did this in a store.

Extremely rude, borderline arrogant staff

Store was cool, the service was good with but no rest room to refresh yourself. They had self check out but I always prefer to to meet the staff over purchase, and the atmosphere was nice but I believe kfc can produce better. As there were self checkout services, I would have 3expected better cleaning standards. My table was not as tidy as I would have liked, my food was more cooked than hot, and the chicken burger or fillet was very dry. The chicken I bought was not great either.

The child was probably allergic to the cake he received instead of the drink that was included in the set, but unfortunately they ran out.

Added gravy for £2.50 and it was missing. It was included on the receipt, and there was no option on the list of possible missing items about the gravy. Very disappointed.

You kept changing the delivery time it took over 1 and half hours utter rubbish services

The delivery time kept getting delayed and I received nothing of what I ordered.... This is usually an OK place to order food but this was absolutely abysmal, so disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.

My food came on time but it was cold, the mighty bucket was shocking one of the “original recipe” pieces was smaller than the supercharger dip I ordered, and the fillets were pale and soggy

The food in this branch was cooked fine .staff can do with being a bit more friendly & happier . but the service was quick. you order on a digital signage menu board & pay for it there & then and you just go up to the counter and collect your food .this restaurant is not the biggest I've seen can do with some stools for people to sit down on for 10 mins or so way you eat your food before your night out after all it does have long breakfast tablets . In a good location to all the busy pubs & bars along deansgate

They included the wrong item from what I ordered, and didn’t include the drink I ordered aswell. Chicken in my burger was poor quality, with a small section of it being undercooked.

The delivery people need better heat boxes to keep the food warm. I am currently waiting for my oven to warm up so I can reheat the cold food that has been delivered by a car driver so no real reason for my food to be delivered cold. Very unsatisfied customer.

The people that work there are very disrespectful, especially one guy with glasses (I think it’s the manager) that started shouting to my mother without any reason I think he has some mental health issues. I’m never going to come back. Just be careful of this guy.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited 15minutes whilst others came and went. The lady on the counter was rude and uncommunicative. I queried where my food had gone and was at first ignored then told it would be another 10 minutes. I had only ordered a standard meal of chicken and chips. I asked for a refund as my lunch break was almost finished by this point and the man behind the till threw a £5 note at me with no word or apology. Completly ridiculous the service here. I wouldnt return if they gave out free food. The staff need to be taught basic manners. Not the first time I've had issues here but will the last. Avoid!

Really poor service by the driver! I’m very angry. He rang saying he’s outside when the app map showed he was still waiting to be given the order at KFC He lied, he was not here. Then rang asking where I am when he’s gone to the wrong road and entrance to the complex. There are 4 gates. That’s why drivers should read the address and use it properly. I stood for 7min in the rain getting soaked. Has the nerve to then argue with me when I’ve stood getting wet at 54 bury st which he did not come to intially.

I appreciate it’s a Friday night and there will be a lot of orders, to wait this long was unacceptable. I hate to microwave my food to make it hot as was completely cold upon delivery. Uber eats has always been more punctual.

Not sure if the chips have changed but me and my children don’t like the spice they have on them. Is this a new thing? If so we won’t be ordering kfc again as the chips ruined it for all of us

Over 60 minutes late. Food came cold and couldn’t eat it tried to chase the restaurant but they were closed. Came in a soggy bag. Food all over the bottom of the bag, fallen out of the container. JUST EAT refusing to refund absolute joke

We ordered a 6 pieces bucket and requested for thighs and drumsticks but we didn’t get any thigh or drumstick pieces. Only got wings and breast pieces. We ordered via the KFC app. They could have provided us with at least one piece of drumstick and one piece of thigh.

Order was not complete. Drink was missing. I also paid for 2 garlic mayo but received just one. Very disappointing.
