We went to the cafe 4 days in a row while on holiday in the area. Very welcoming, especially to dogs.

After a hike this is the perfect place to have a wholesome meal I had mushroom burger my fav!

The new manager is fantastic. What a breath of fresh air brought to the cafe. The staff are very friendly and always welcoming, making you feel like they actually want a chat rather than for the sake of it. The prices are average and as you would expect from a cafe. Yet to sample any food however the cakes are delicious. Can't wait to become a regular.

They only got a 3 for food hygiene. Coffe has improved with new supervisor/staff but lacking customer service and don't handle criticism well. No atmosphere anymore. Was a good coffee house. I hope they improve.

Says you’re open today ( Monday 22nd jan ) drive 15 miles to find a masking tape “ closed “ sign !! Hungry and disappointed

Decent enough food, reasonably priced and tasty. We had great service. Would love to try their full english but it finished at noon! Coffee was ok.

We called in for a coffee at a particularly busy time. The young girl serving was rushed off her feet but still pleasant. Coffee was okay and the shop had a lovely atmosphere. Dog friendly which is always a bonus. The toilet was looking a little tired and in need of a good deep clean (dog hair around the floor).

Told a 25 minute wait for food due to take outs. So ordered tea and cake. Both were very disappointing. The tea was tasteless and both cakes dry and far too sweet. The loo needed a good clean.

Unexpected and very pleasant indeed.

Very popular. If a group it pays to reserve a table.

On bikes so called in great coffee and had a good toasties too

I had the vegan burger meal and a coffee Burger was good but thin on salad and the bread bun was really poor quality white "mothers pride" type. The meal cost more than £15. Overpriced for what it was.

What a little gem of a place, we would highly recommend this little cafe. We had a late lunch/early supper after finishing a walk in the local area. We both choose the chicken salad, it was delicious. The coffee was also very good. Staff/owners were really friendly even though it was late afternoon and they were probably tired, great service. If we are in that area again we would definitely pop in.

It's a nice cafe and we have visited a few times on our bikes. I wanted a bacon sandwich but it was just after midday so they couldn't do one as lunch didn't start until 12.15. The waitress kindly made me a tea cake instead but the only.other choice would have been cake. All a little confusing but they do lovely coffee and have a good selection of non dairy milk. Toilets are clean and its a friendly and busy little place.

Great little find, welcomed in by friendly owner. Treated myself to a full English with some extras, was spot on. Great coffee to with a selection of cakes to choose from. Do visit if you’re in the area. Seating inside and out.

Recommended on Tripadvisor but even those expectations were exceeded. What amazing food. Best Pizza I’ve had in years ! My wife’s chicken wedge salad was sublime. Exactly the sort of place you want to visit for light well made lunch.

Wow a lovely little Pitt stop..I had been driving for ages and needed a break. I happen to fall upon this little place. Lovely terrace and even better wonderful welcome even through covid restrictions. I had tea and beautiful basket of chicken wings. I sat there listening to the locals and thought wow what a lovely little place for locals to come for refreshments. Nothing was too much for them. Highly recommended

Struggling to decide what to have to eat on a Sat night. What happend to pop up on Facebook was Cafe Morso's takeaway menu. The menu looked amazing and went for a BBQ burger and a Black and blue burger. Ordered through Facebook messenger and specified a collection time. I had an instant response, arrived at my collection time to be warmly greeted, food ready and waiting. The food was packaged exceptionally and piping hot. It was absolutely delicious and plenty in the box, highly recommend this to anybody to drop In and sample their menu. Covid secure and very safe for collection. In these current times please support local businesses, they will greatly appreciate sure. This will now be our new Saturday ritual. Cant wait to go back again !!

I had a takeaway from there today we got the bbq wings, sweet potato fries and the loaded chilli and cheese fries honestly the wings and sweet potato fries were amazing so was the loaded fries just very very spicy, the staff there are super lovely and always have a smile on their face and reassure you that the human race isn’t all bad I would definitely recommend the drinks especially the hot chocolate are amazing

Very good place to eat and nice quick service. Could do with an extra toilet in there but anyway the food is extraordinary good. Definitely a great place to eat if your in a rush.

Met some friends for brunch. I had the veggie breakfast which was beautifully cooked, full of flavour and really good value.

Called in for a vegan breakfast, after googling Breakfast near me. I was well taken care of and got the best vegan breakfast since recently moving this way.

Stopped here from walking up the Malverns lovely cafe in the village of Colwall although wasn't keen on the chocolate cake. But apart from that its a lovely cafe.

We visited a couple of times whilst camping nearby. We had the vegan breakfast which was outstanding (loved how the aubergine was cooked) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if you are in Colwall!

Lovely little cafe that we stumbled upon. Excellent food, great customer service, extremely clean and modern.

Our favourite place to relax! We are always made to feel welcome and the coffee is exceptional. Difficult times have been met with smiles and patience and we appreciate Jay, Neil and the teams efforts to bring some normality back to life with good food and coffee that makes you want to stay for cake! The peaceful surroundings perfectly compliment this little treasure and our fur family is made to feel just as special as the humans. We're regulars for good reason!

Came to Colwall today for a walk. Stopped at cafe sitting outside for lunch. Notice clearly said orders taken at table do not approach bar. We were given menu and then a group of cyclists arrived went straight to bar and orders, whilst we sat at table still waiting for order to be taken. Decided after lengthy wait and reminding owner we were waiting that obviously the notice was meant to be ignored so we left. Won't be returning but el be passing this on to our friends.

So lovely to sit in the sun with a superb chilled coffee, delicious coffee & walnut cake and extremely tasty tortilla chips. Service was excellent :)

Good food, happy staff. Menu good range. Nice area not far from home for us. Hope they continue to make a good living. Hope to go again on route from shopping or whatever.

Called in for lunch for two whilst walking - absolutely excellent food, tasty, fresh & well-prepared. Delicious coffee. Hosts were charming and friendly to all the customers. Delighted to recommend such a fantastic local café and will definitely visit again.

Its a great place to meet - pensioners.dogwalkers,cyclists,yummy mummies after dropping their kids at school.However it is going the same way as "the Stores" at the bottom end of Colwall where people stopped goiing because of the hygeine.The tables are sticky, a look behind the counter is not exactly sparkling. The blender often seems to be broken. The coffee is not the best.A high turnover of staff does not bode well.With Coronavirus coming, the grumbles about the hygeine could become very noisy indeed.Its a great place to meet so please get it sorted out or lose customers.

Friendly staff, fun decor and a fabulous coconut latte! There are gluten free options on the menu and a variety of non-dairy milks on offer also gluten/vegan cakes. Pretty impressive for a village café.

Called in for breakfast lovely place good food 10/10 for a great big tasty breakfast and even better i had 27 more baked beens than my mate. Will be definitely will returning again

Cycling Ledbury loop, rather than stop at base camp we chose to proceed to a sit down cafe with cups and saucers! Excellent coffee, friendly owner. The cafe was busy, seating outside weather permitting. Just had a coffee but food looked good. So glad we stumbled across it.

I know this is personal taste, but I think this is the best vegan option I have had eating out locally.Fantastic baked potato with hummus and a lovely salad with coleslaw. I could have eaten it twice.Really friendly staff too.Going to be visiting again soon.

We were regular customers but unfortunately the quality of the food has gone down and also the service .The cafe closes at 4pm the staff started to sweep and cleaning at 3.25pm whilst we were still drinking our coffees and eating our cakes. Not pleasant to have dust flying around and staff around you sweeping whilst trying to drink your coffee.

Breakfast served exactly how it should be! A wide range of what I’d call ‘proper’ breakfast items which would be a nice treat if I wasn’t watching my figure - so I went for the berry bowl, served cold which was different but wow it was to die for!

We where back in the area this weekend and the only thing I could fault the team at Cafe Morso for was not being able to change the weather! We came in on what appeared to be a quieter Saturday morning but once again the coffee was spot on and the menu now had different feel to it with a lot more healthy options which was music to my wife’s ears!

We popped in for a cuppa after visiting the magnificent Picton Garden, home of the National Collection of Michaelmas Daisies. The garden excelled by comparison with this rather scruffy seeming establishment. We expected builders tea to be served on the tables that seemed to be constructed from scaffold poles! When it arrived, it was OK, though and with a passable slice of cake. But no sign of the toasted tea-cake I had ordered, which followed 5 minutes later dried up and charred around the edges! The Saturday staff seemed unconcerned or unapologetic about this - maybe they were hoping we wouldn’t come back? Well we won’t be.

Mum and I used to love coming here but recently it just seems that the prices have rocketed and the quality has dropped. Visited a few months ago and the staff seemed off-hand and disinterested in serving customers - maybe an off day so we decided to give it another go. Unfortunately, no better on the second visit, my coffee was colder than drinking temperature! I appreciate a lot of the chain coffee shops serve drinks at a drinking temperature so that they can keep custom flowing all day - but surely somewhere like here would want to boost regular visitors? Sadly, I don't think we'll be visiting again. Maybe we'll reconsider a visit in a couple of months to see if things have improved again.

Looks a nice place and pleasant enough staff. Baked potato actually microwaved lukewarm plus filling . Not surprised at it being so quiet at 230 on a Saturday. Great shame as used to be good but now very overpriced and poor quality . Sandwiches run up to £8!

We received a very warm welcome as we made our choice from the tasty menu. This is NOT a soggy pie and chips joint, but had a great range of rice bowls, potatoes and panni type things. I went for the duck rice bowl which was delicious. It was followed up by earl grey sponge cake, which had a strong aroma of earl grey. It probably wasn't the best choice with a latte. Much better with tea I image.

Not the cheapest, but still good value for quality/money. Would definitely come here again. Nice atmosphere and very clean but rustic.

Food was amazing and well priced and the staff loved our husky Luna. We arrived too late for lunch in our hotel so Cafe Morso were happy to accommodate. Service was lovely and they had a nice range on their menu. We went back the next day!

Went today for breakfast but had to wait 20 minutes for coffee to arrive and 50 minutes for food to arrive eggs Benedict served on bread with a tiny drizzle of hollandaise sauce full breakfast asked to come with scrambled eggs appeared with fried and told chef is slammed and you’ll have to wait for scrambled egg !!! Sent breakfast back then finally after 55 minutes breakfast with scrambled dry egg arrived but no cutlery asked twice and hooray !!! We were able to eat food an hour after ordering not overly busy and everyone else was waiting a long time too,food average at best but the front of house staff ignored me both times I went to counter and no apology or customer service very poor and sad because a little training and customer focus would have improved the visit.
