Café Luke in Gloucester

Excellent value for money. Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Deffo come again. My hubby and I enjoyed the breakfast pancakes.

They serve one of the best tomato and basil soup I’ve ever had. We ordered the salad and that was good too. The beef stew was so so. Every menu comes with a toast. The portion was huge and very filling with a good price. The shop is a bit of self service but that was fine.

Lovely, friendly café. A real gem close to the Cathedral and opposite the Beatrix Potter museum. The afternoon tea was delicious with the option of a good choice of fruit teas. We're looking forward to our next visits to work our way through the menu.

Dreadful place: food terrible, overpriced, zero service. Place full of the owner's mates shouting and being obnoxious. More like a transport cafe ☹️

I have been here twice, first time just had coffee which was so nice, second time was for lunch, I had a sandwich which was delicious, the bread was so fresh, as was the homemade coleslaw & potato salad that came with it. Friendly service so looking forward to another visit .

Stopped by for a lunch break from shopping. Lovely panini with fresh salad a new potato salad and coleslaw. Fresh and plenty of it. Staff friendly and helpful. Good pot of tea for one and a latte filled to (almost) overflowing!! We will definitely return.

So glad to see this place back open and serving food. All the staff are amazing and super friendly. The food is great. If your in the area I'd definitely recommend coming here for afternoon tea.

Popped in for coffe and cake, and what beautiful cake it was too, also really impressed by how child friendly the cafe is, childrens cutlery, plates and the little baby change area was soo cute 🥰 also the water on hand for you to help yourself to is a fab addition too, I shall definitely visit again, I hope this place goes from strength to strength as it really is well thought out and lovely
