Excellent coffee, good food. Some alcoholic drinks, friendly service, and occasional live music. Great vibe.

Well, that was the best flat white I can ever remember having.

I had not been for years....it's still the same: fabulous coffee...incredible Italian club sandwich...but above all: THE STAFF! The girls were very efficient, helpful and simply nice...nothing is too much to make the customer relaxed and wanting to come back. BRAVO...

Delicious ciabatta rolls with so many fillings that we were spoiled for choice we had a bacon and brie and a brie and rocket served with the best coffee imaginable. Then to round it off a chocolate cheese cake served with a smile.

This is probably my favorite coffee house in Gloucester. Great location at the Docks, Italians do coffee the best, and been some decent live music here too. Nice place to be. Malteser cheesecake put a smile on my face too.

Love this place. A real cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Slick operation! Great service, great staff, immaculately clean , good selection of panini, piadine and ,of course, fabulous coffee. Buzzy atmosphere and music some evenings. Plus they found my Dongle which I had dropped and handed it bag next day! 10/10 x

I love this place. The staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. I can’t resist the cake. It’s my go to coffee stop when I’m in the Quays shopping. I always feel like I’m on holiday when I have a coffee stop at this place.

Breakfast panini and a chai latte whats not to love.

It's always busy and I can see why now. It feels genuinely Italian here and the coffee and food are of an extremely high quality. There is indoor and outdoor seating and there are plug sockets for customers to use which makes it quite suitable for laptop working if you are lucky to find a space. Some of the seating areas hadn't been cleaned up after customers.

Went to the Docks today for Tall Ships festival with a couple of friends. 2 of us were in mobility scooter/ powerchair. The lady clearing the tables on both visits (so good we went back there before going home) was so helpful, rushing around moving chairs and tables so we could sit outside, cleaning the table and bringing our orders out to us. The staff, service, prices, food and drinks were all excellent and we shall definetely be back!! Cannot recommend highly enough!!

I went here with a couple of friends today when Tall Ships festival was on. 2 of us were in mobiliyscooter/wheelchair and I cannot recommend the staff, service, food, drinks and prices enough!! I wish I had taken the name of the lady who had been clearing the tables - nothing was too much for her - rearranged tables and chairs so we could get under the sun shelters outside and bringing our orders out for us. Lovely lovely place and we will definetely return there!!

We often call in here for coffee when in Gloucester. In the past, the coffee has always been good, but on our last few visits the coffee has been so weak that it tastes like warm milk! In my experience, flat whites should be stronger than this. Would have complained in the cafe, but didn't want to rejoin the queue to do so. Will go elsewhere in future.

Cortado and flat white to die for - here the Barista really knows his stuff Add on a cheese and ham panini and a croissant and what more do you need!! Bravo!!!

Miserable service- hardly spoke! Plenty of coffee shops around won’t bother again. In the past was brilliant- last few visits gone downhill. Today last straw- how hard can it be to be polite.

Nice little cafe. The coffee is good as is the ambience. There is sufficient seating, but not a lot and can get crowded sometimes. A good place to hang out with friends.

Great coffee..immaculately clean. Great range of sandwiches..v Italian feel and these guys understand good service. Not sure what/where the Italian connection is but they DO offer a great experience. Very busy .. always and great Staff.

Can't comment on the food but what I've seen looks tasty. I love their white hot chocolate. Its pleasant on a sunny day to sit out and people watch.

Spent a good few sunny summer afternoons sat outside this lovely little cafe bar having a couple of beers, a nice spot on the quays to sit and watch the world go by.

Placed my order but staff too busy to get the drinks right. Food nice!

A nice cafe with lots if different toasted sandwiches / Panniers / flatbreads on offer. Good service for either in door or the small outside seating over looking the square and dock

This was my first time coming and the shop was like i pictured even being super peaceful and a great place to relax especially if its raining. Staff was super top notch and will definitely be coming back again.

I asked for a cafe' corretto but it did not come in the necessary espresso. The espresso was extraordinary weak.

Visited on Gloucester food fayre day very busy service excellent even though they were very busy have a much better system than the normal chain coffee shops, Starbucks being the worst!

Went there yesterday and the wife ordered something with nuts which was her fault . The staff swapped it for something else at no charge and we’re so friendly . Food and coffee was so tasty too We are deffo gonna be visiting a lot more 100% recomend

Very busy on Saturday. Stayed for 2 hours but weren't hurried by waiters. Very good service....checking if more drinks required.

I ordered a cappuccino and a cake - see photo. Cake was too sweet for me. I won’t visit the shop again even the coffee was nice because the staff were not as friendly as some previous comments. Didn’t feel welcoming at all.

Proper Italian coffee! I always stop here for a coffee or if later on, a beer, nice to sit outside or inside. Staff are always helpful and lovely. Definitely recommend!

Nice place for a Coffee but service was slow.

We visited this place for a quick breakfast. The service was good and they had a good selection of breakfast sandwiches to choose from. My only issue is with the coffee. I ordered a cappuccino which was massive and too big/milky for me to finish. I prefer Italian style shorter coffees, so be warned that you have to specifically ask for that. I would definitely come back.

Great spot to enjoy coffee and cake. Very impressive organisation, and equally good wait staff. Sitting in the sunshine, and watching the world on a shopping mission, my wife enjoyed the hot chocolate with all extras (including marshmallows), and I appreciated the excellent lemon tea and croissant. Great place for a swift break from the shops.

After a longish trip it was nice to get a coffee. This was very busy, which is always a good sign. It turned out to be justified. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The food and drink was great and reasonably priced. So pleased we stopped

Always seems to be busy with good atmosphere by the docks. Good selection of cakes to go with our coffee. I was a bit hesitant when I asked for a glass of water next to my coffee. As I found this very uncommon in the UK. But I know from experience, in Italy, they serve you a glass of water to accompany your coffee for free without even asking. Because that's how it should be! I was so pleased that the guy behind the counter didn't show a funny face when I asked him for water. Cafe owners in the UK has a lot to learn from Italian cafes.

This place came recommended by a friend. Sadly we will not be returning!!! The lunch was ok but the service was awful. Not a smile not a civil word. Cleaner brushing the floor around us along with and my feet!!! Felt like we were in the way!!! Tried to take my food off me, while i wad still eating.

Cozy café at the heart of Gloucester Docks. Quick serving staff and comfy seats. It can get busy though at times but at least the desserts and beverages on offer tasted delicious.

It was a 20 min wait to get in but we were glad to be out of the street. The coffee was delicious, as were the arancini and pastries. Totally recommended if you're schlepping around Cambridge.

We were visiting Gloucester for the first time this weekend and I was determined to have coffee at this place, having seen the reviews. It was so worth it! Fabulous selection of rolls and cakes. The coffee is superb and that is hard to find these days. Staff are lovely and service is fast. Totally recommend! Just wished we lived nearer.

Great breakfast panni with coffee on my way into town. Only grumble I had was knife wasn't much cop at cutting so I gave up with that quite quickly. Seems plenty of food to choose from and coffee was really nice. Staff were friendly. Quite happily use again.

Recently moved to Gloucester and this place has become our go to coffee shop. The coffee is the best I have ever tasted, the food is amazing and great value and the staff are friendly and very efficient. One tip people do tend to smoke at the outside tables so for a smoke free experience sit inside.

Quirky Italian coffee bar, friendly staff and good variety of drinks.

The coffee is one of the best, but I feel like corretto has gone down hill over the past few months. We always go the same time on the same day every week and there used to be a fairly wide yummy range of savory food to choose from but in recent months there has been barely any food in the cabinets and because the food is not made on site no more food is added. Once it's gone it's gone. On many occasions we have been forced to seek other establishments which is such a shame because it was always so good.

We usually go in about 2 o clock but for the last couple of months there is hardly any food left forcing us to go elsewhere

Staff are a bit surly. Food was large portions and very nice. Only problem is sitting outside you need to watch the seagulls. They like to watch you eating looking for their chance of a free meal.

This is a typical cafe,with the usual snacks and drinks on offer and typical prices of a cafe in this area.The great thing about this place is it's great location.It is nicely situated,with a good,large outside seating area,great for people watching and enjoying a coffee on a nice day.

Visited this little gem for some refreshments whilst in Gloucester. We chose the flat white & deluxe hot chocolate, which were nice. And for the snack we tried the cannelloni dessert, should be more crispy but either way it was good.
