Café Luca in City of London, Westminster

Four friends, who travel into Liverpool Street, meet regularly and we decided to go back to Cafe Luca, for the fourth time. Never disappoints! Great welcome by the manager (?), who sat with us and suggested some dishes. We started off with the rip and dip and then followed with quite a feast; wweet potato, calamari fritti, chicken shawarma, aubergine, T-bone, Zucchini Fritti, Heritage tomato salad and finished off sharing two Coconut semi-freddo. Everything was absolutely fab! Mind you it has been the last few times we visited. Such a pretty restaurant and superb service. Our server (Nicke - sorry if I mis-spelt) was an absolutely delight - very professional and charming to speak to - really enjoyed chatting with her. Toilets are on the same level - if anyone is worried about mobility issues. Seating is comfortable - not too noisy, no loud music - everything just perfect. And, so close to Liverpool Street Station. Can't understand the 'moaners' - they probably only ever write negative reviews - never praising the super restaurants! Anyway, can't wait to go back - thoroughly enjoyed yet another super array of delicious dishes. Thank you.

Walking around the Liverpool Street area came across this little gem away from the Hubbub! Lovely food - served by a Gem of a Waitress who chatted to me as I was on my own ! Great little restaurant - nice decor and atmosphere - worth a visit - rather than the chains around the area .

We had dinner with work colleagues on a summer Tuesday night. The cocktails were original and very nice. The food was amazing: the tomato salad, quinoa salad, the pasta, the pea risotto, the roasted aubergine.

I visited this restaurant for a work lunch outing. The establishment is visually impressive, and the concise menu is exceptionally well-crafted. The team provided excellent service, despite the bustling atmosphere during our visit with a group of six. I chose the Chicken Shawarma, which was outstanding and quite satisfying. I also ordered a side of chips, but in hindsight, they were unnecessary. Overall, it's a fantastic venue that I look forward to visiting again.

What a wonderful place! Homecooked meals including the desserts, many unique cocktails on the menu. I visited Cafe Luca on Wednesday for a lunch with my husband. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. I would like to especially highlight the service! We were looked after from start to finish. Every single staff members were so friendly and professional. I would highly paying a visit to this hidden gem!

We had a lovely meal here on a Friday evening. The dips in the rip & dip to share then we both had mackerel for main and baklava for dessert - all delicious. The drinks, decor and friendly service were great too.

Nous nous y sommes rendues en groupe, et le service fut d’une lenteur incroyable, avec un service moins que basique. Les plats sont arrivés pour la plupart froids. Décor charmant sinon cet bins produits.
