All I can say is the experience was average. Nothing wowed me, the coffee was mediocre and the service was not at all personal.

Best coffee in Lymington. Range of cakes etc. Some other hot options, tea cake etc. Service very good. Quiet area. Fantastic after (or before) battling Tesco. Far better than Costa etc, especially auto Costa in Tesco...YUCK.

Often stop by for an early mor big coffee to watch the world pass by, often see the ice cream which looks amazing but never try any at this un-godly hour, however passed with the children yesterday and the ice cream is amazing as is the coffee. Never know they did sandwiches before so that will be breakfast sorted on the next visit. A must try if in Lymington.

Just off the high street you'll find this cafe, if you're like us and hunt out the independent cafes. The coffee is great and the chocolate brownie was fantastic . Recommended.

We popped in here after some Christmas Shopping around the town. Not somewhere we come to regularly. We found a table by the window, it was nice and warm inside the cafe. I went up to the till to order and was told to wait as the waiter was making some coffee's for some elderly ladies on the next table. This was fine, but 25 mins for our 3x hot chocolates to arrive, he only had to serve 4 coffee's to the other table. When the drinks did arrive they were only just warm (Christmas specials not great) and at £2.75 each. Yes we should have complained at the time, but the waiter was flustered and already surround by new customers who were also raising the subject about warm rather than hot drinks. We gave the waiter the correct money and make a quick exit. Sorry to say wouldn't drop in here again.

A lovely, relaxed cafe. You can just use the Wifi, choose to sit quietly- chat if you prefer or just people watch. A refreshing change from the big chain-cafes. Delightful! Peace is hard to come by these days!

Lovely coffee but felt as if I was an inconvenience. Great for meeting up with people and the service was quicker than Neros or Costas.

What a lovely cosy coffee shop. We stumbled on this by chance but well worth anyone seeking it out. It is through the back Tescos by the car park. The service was superb as was the pannini and coffee we had. My husband was even tempted to have an ice cream which he said was great. We will certainly go back when we return to Lymington. Now open 7 days a week. Wheelchair friendly.

Wow! I can confirm this is the best coffee you'll try in Lymington! You need to look for this lovely little café which is well worth it. Keith was very kind to host a Clandestine Cake Club gathering and so stayed on after hours which we very much appreciated. And I so enjoyed the coffee and atmosphere. Well worth finding. Dogs welcome too.

You now have a choice of 4 delicious coffees all roasted locally by Coffee Mongers of Lymington. There is no extra charge for any of these blends ( Costa please note). Tasting notes are available if you are not sure which one to try. Prices remain unchanged & still are the cheapest for properly made coffee in Lymington. Coffee morning just got a whole lot better!!!!

Called in here for coffee after having a walk into Lymington, we had found this place on trip advisor, coffee came hot with the choice of hot or cold milk and a little biscuit on the side, the owner was very pleasant and had time for a chat, will definately call again when we are next in lymington.

So easy to walk by this store without even noticing, it's just outside the back entrance of Tesco. Really glad I went in. Fast friendly service and had a delicious snack to go. Will be back to try the ice cream with my partner. If your looking for a comfortable satisfying break don't miss out on this little gem. Rivals any of the high street cafes if your just looking for a quick bite to eat and coffee without any hassle, really recommend also accepts Apple Pay which was convenient.

The service was absolutely rubbish, the person serving spent most of his time chatting to some old lady and really did not have any interest in speaking to anyone else. Food to highly priced for what it actually is.

I've called in here once or twice before, some time ago. I would use it more often, but it's not on a path that I usually use, being as it is at the rear of Tesco, a store I assiduously avoid. But that's just me. Anyway, today it being a very sunny and rather nice warm day we ventured to the usual cafes that have nice outdoor seating, but they were all pretty busy, so we wandered on to find Cafe Grand. Nice seating outside clean and attractive, but quiet. Such a pity. We had summer drinks and a small bite to eat and it really was very pleasant. One isn't greeted with enormous enthusiasm, but it's none the worse for that, and we enjoyed siting in the sun and taking our time over our refreshments. I shall really make a point of going again.

By far the best coffee in town & great value for money. Shame its not on the High Street so that more people can experience the great coffee & gelato ice cream to die for. As we live locally this is now a regular haunt of ours!!!

We found this great new cafe in Lymington today (just at the back of Tesco). They served wonderful cappuccino and hot chocolate and tasty toasted tea cakes and coffee & walnut sponge. It had a very relaxing atmosphere. Must go back to try the Italian ice cream on a sunny day - it looked amazing.

I can honestly say this was one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten in and eaten in so many. The restaurant has a lovely, relaxed but special vibe. The staff are exceptional. The food was out of this world!!! Incredible ingredients, flavours and beautifully presented. We chose a red, an expensive red, but instead of taking our order, we were told it’s tanning and mix might not go with our dish. We were instead recommended a different wine that was so yummy we ordered a second. Super impressed. This is a destination restaurant and we’ll be back again and again

This review is based on my experience on the day and could be different for you, but I doubt it. Superb service from this F&C take away and excellent food to boot to. Called ahead and asked if they cooked Gluten Free on a Saturday - was advised it was cooked Tuesday to Saturday- as one member of our party had an eating disorder. Complied our order and called back a 2nd time and placed the order and was told it would be made immediately. Drove there and collected it after paying. Superb service. FYI- they do not deliver so collection is the only option. F&C was excellent and tasty all found, no complaints and empty plates as was the add on food expected within a fish and chip shop that we purchased. Have to say the Saveloys were superb and very tasty. So to summarise, superb helpful staff, fantastic food, good for people with food allergies, all sorted very quickly Try it you will be back Trudy me on this.

As usual we had a very enjoyable lunch here today. Despite having two vegetarians and one gluten free out of the five of us, nothing was too much trouble. We all had different very tasty roasts. Followed by some good desserts, the toffee roulade was great. The Ship’s Sunday roast is definitely the best around here.
