Burnt toast - order wrong - no eggs with Mediterranean breakfast - staff attitude below par - in fairness lemon ginger tea was good hence second star - the remainder was poor -

Loved this place for breakfast. Everyone was so friendly. Extensive menu or you can create your own. Really good coffee. Poached eggs cooked very nicely. Nice and clean.

The food was luke warm no check backs and left unhappy, Also ignored the 2 minute silence with music still playing, well we would expect that from this place

Decided on brunch here. Very busy admittedly but the wait time was about 45 minutes. We ordered food & drinks just after the table of 4 behind us…they had eaten and left before ours arrived. We had eggs royale (came with no sauce) and eggs Benedict …should have been on a brioche bun…it wasn’t! We’d waited sooo long we weren’t going to argue. Not sure we will rush back.

Too pricey. Breakfast overpriced. Deserts expensive; 1 choc nut Ice -cream and coffee £10.20 (with nuts missing.) Also, tables too high up for chairs. Chair to table ratio mismatched.

Well looked after I was in a wheelchair and worker who works there helped me into the restaurant up a ramp and then the staff found me a lovely table and served me. Had a lovely lunch there and when I finished the worker there helped me pay then he kindly helped me out of the restaurant and pushed me across the road on the crossing. Thanks very much

I was being helped into the door in my wheelchair and then a worker in cafe gardenia opened the door and pulled the back of my wheelchair in and found me a place to sit in the restaurant in my wheelchair. Thank you. I had lovely service and was well looked after. When I finished my lunch I asked if the owner could push me across the road to wait for a taxi as I would have struggled. Thanks very much

Such a great place every time! Very family friendly and welcoming. Easygoing restaurant and always a good array of choices for food. Lots of different choices and a unique menu, always enjoy going here and always have a great time. Prices are affordable and reasonable. I always have a good visit!

The breakfast here is wonderful, we've been back a few times now and it never disappoints! The service is fast and friendly and the food is always cooked so well!

This cafe has a warm and friendly staff who were happy to help and make the visit comfortable. The food was reasonably priced, good portion and flavours, honest uncomplicated and fresh.

Our first and last time. The Niçoise salad was a load of tuna dumped on lettuce. Fried breakfast; sausage burnt to a crisp, egg hard, fried bread soggy. Strawberry sauce on ice cream the colour of cough medicine. If the owner put as much effort into acting as a lothario as he did making the food palatable he would go far. Too many staff and not exactly service with a smile. Place looked tired and old, much like the food.

Cooked breakfast very expensive. Prices here seem to have gone up a lot. Have been here a few times but will look for somewhere else now. Desert prices are high too for what it s in the desert. Tables are too high for the chairs so it's uncomfortable to eat or drink something from a tall glass (sundaes).

Been here a few times and the food is just cooked to perfection. Highly recommend to everyone! You need to visit this place! Staff are super friendly and it’s just a nice time. Their freshly made apple juice.. incredible

They cook everything you wish you could cook at home, and it's perfect everytime. From breakfasts to lunch and dinner, I've never had a bad meal here. It's well priced and has the most varied menu I've seen. From pasta to a sandwich, to a full english anytime of day.

We came here for breakfast after trying a few cafes in the area but always being disappointed. We are so glad we came here because it was the most perfect breakfast and friendly service! Finally a place that can actually cook a breakfast properly! We will be coming back very soon!

Cafe Gardenia is consistently a delightful place to visit. We went for a late Sunday lunch. Service was on-point as always, and the establishment has a friendly, family atmosphere to it. Food is all cooked freshly to order, yet there was still very little delay. The price reflected the portion sizes and the quality of the food. Its on the main thoroughfare in Broadstone, so parking can be an issue at times, but there is both pay-and-display parking, and free roadside parking in close proximity. We expected, and enjoyed an excellent visit, and will return very soon.

We come here a lot for breakfast and it never disappoints. Friendly staff and the best pancakes around. My sons love them. Just wish they stayed open late for dinner. It is always busy which is a good sign.

Absolutely love this place. It was my second visit today and it was lovely. The food is incredible and the staff are so friendly. Would definitely recommend!
