For the price you cannot go wrong. Amazing cafe, no nonsense kind of cafe that serves some delicious food at an amazing price. It’s not fancy, just a proper English breakfast. Highly recommend for a great bite to eat.

Incredibly affordable breakfast.

On a day visit to Bristol, we came across this little cafe that exceeded our expectations. Fansitic value for money, very friendly and great food. The food itself was good quality 👌. I give this place a 9 out of 10 well worth a visit

I LOVE this establishment. This place has picked me up and dusted me off from the worst hangovers of my life. It has rejuvenated me and saved me when I felt unsavable. I took my parents here when they were visting me once and my Dad teared up at how much he loved it. I have moved out of Bristol now but have yet to find anywhere that fills the cafe casa shaped hole in my heart ❤️

First of all, the sausages, probably the worst I’ve ever encountered, tasteless and shrivelled like my toes after a hot bath. The rest was ok, latte was nice, but avoid those damn sausages, Casa if you’re reading this, sort those bloody sausages out. 😁👍

my first time in bristol and stayed at a premier inn across from this cafè. Saw it was absolutely packed so decided to try it and my GOD it was absolutely gorgeoussss!!!! the prices are soooooooooooooo cheap, seems like they might not have changed their pricing for 5-10 years surely! Will be coming everytime i come to Bristol. Love love love!!! ♡︎

A real diner, best breakfast I’ve had in 2 months of traveling through Europe. Served within 10 minutes of sitting down at 2pm on a Sunday, full families at other tables. 7.50 pounds for the big breakfast with a tall glass of milk (drank half in pic). Everything was cooked perfectly, crispy killer hashbrowns, dippy eggs but not underdone, real thick proper bacon could keep going. Needed fat breakfast after a night out and it hit the spot perfectly. If staying nearby absolutely go here. Love from 🇺🇸

I had a bit of a disappointing time there. The floor was dirty, and it took quite a while for the food to arrive at our table. The breakfast itself was of cheap quality, very greasy, and honestly, quite disgusting. To make matters worse, the staff were eating in the kitchen, which didn't create a great atmosphere. Even the toast we received was cold because it came out five minutes before the actual breakfast. Overall, I wouldn't recommend going there for food. Hopefully, they can make some improvements in the future.

Friendly family run business consistently good morning brunch foods, set menus including any variation on cooked breakfast with coffee or tea. Always feel welcome and relaxed here.

Lovely cafe in the centre of Bristol. I used to go all the time with my family as a kid. Its nice to see it's still ran by the same owner and the food is as good as ever :)

Dear God! If you love deep fat fried food this place is for you, I had a big breakfast and it was absolutely dreadful. The toast was soaked in cheap margarine the bacon was greasy and it had the consistency of cardboard, the mushrooms were deep fat fried awful, the tomatoes were burnt on one side and tasted awful, the sausages were of such poor quality it looked like they needed resuscitating, the eggs, we're in a class of there own and it wasn't a good one, the hash brpwns deep fat fried and full of oil, the beans, were OK but of poor quality, and I won't mention the disgusting trip to the dreadful toilets or you will be physically I'll, this has to be the worst breakfast I have ever had the misfortune of buying, my advice walk on by ☹️

First time here today. Friendly service, great food and value for money. I had the Big breakfast with black pudding which is in the picture, generous portion sizes. Will definitely be back for more.

Lovely, family run cafe. The only downside is that I only get to enjoy it when I am working in Bristol. I make it my go-to cafe whenever I can. 5 stars across the board.

This place is legendary and rightly so. There's a weird trip up some stairs to the toilet, it's laid out in a way that fits loads of people in but gives you comfortable distance. Great pricing and the omelettes are always amazing.

This café is in an unattractive part of the city centre, with a view of the busy St. James Barton roundabout and surrounding buildings, but it is ideally located for the bus station and Broadmead shopping. Food was really good. It was hot, tasty and service was pretty good. It's an old school café of the 'greasy spoon' type, but that doesn't mean there was anything unhygienic in evidence. Everything was clean and nicely maintained. Staff were friendly and choice was good, as were the prices. Note that access to the gents loo is via 2 loooong staircases. You wouldn't want to try those if you are having mobility problems. Overall excellent and recommended.

The staff here won't even stretch to giving a homeless guy a drink of water on a hot day, absolutely disgusting attitude, you're never getting a penny from me or anyone I know.

Yes, there are a couple of old-fashioned caffs in Bristol that do cooked breakfasts, where the menu looks as if it hasn’t changed in fifty years. Our full English was terrific and the coffee was too. Central location at Broadmeads. Modest location but comfortable and quiet with a nice retro feel. Friendly service. The bill for two was a very reasonable £22.

A great selection of meals that are real value for money and are filling, I've never gone away hungry. Even when busy the service is fast and friendly. And as it's table sercive for eat in, no standing around for ages which is a plus for anyone with foot/leg issues like myself.

I met my sister and daughter after many months apart because of Covid and, after much chatting and catching up, we were desperate for a cuppa. So we came into the Cafe Casa and took our seats. We enjoyed a lovely welcome from the genuinely nice baristas and sat there for ages over our tea. We liked the atmosphere so much that we hope to be back as soon as possible now we are free to go out and about. And we had a jolly cheerio from the staff as we left.

We were staying at the Premier Inn opposite and came here for breakfast for each of the 3 days we were in Bristol. Great value breakfasts, you can have a good meal (with a mug of tea) for less than £5, really friendly staff, nice and clean too. Highly recommended.

My son and I call this place the Flipper as that is what it used to be called. Really welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful staff. We recently returned there after one year and were welcomed like old friends. The food is excellent, well-cooked and good value. We always eat traditional British cafe food but they have a wide selection of other food. I have been in there many times and the other customers have always seemed very happy; I have never witnessed anybody complain People who have been watching too much Gordon Ramsey might not like it but I consider it is a good, honest cafe serving really good food. It is a shame but places like this nowadays are few and far between. My only criticism is the name; it think it should be called the Flipper again

It is a real shame - but after many years of going to this cafe - "I WON'T BE BACK!" I have been going to this place for years. Good food and lovely, friendly staff that will bend over backwards to help you. I didn't have an idea what time it closed and rocked up about half five in the afternoon. Slightly hungry and rally in need of a nice cup of tea. Walked in there were stall cleaning and one bloke sat at a table counting cash - I think he was the boss. Were closed he said, I inquired what time they closed as I didn't know 6pm he said but last orders 5:30pm but drinks are still available. Fair enough I thought at least I can get a drink. Just before I was going to order a drink I said could I quickly use the loo please. Expecting a, yes ok its just up the stairs (been there many times before) I was ready to go. But NO access DENIED! Out of order he said! Then looked back down his cash and continued counting. Is that really true I said - he ignored me. From the astonished look on the faces of the rest of the staff one of which I think recognized me as a previous customer I concluded that he was just trying to get rid of me and couldn't care a **** that I needed the loo. Which is no way to treat any customer. Becides there are TWO toilets up there and I have never known any of then to be ever out of order let alone both at the same time. The staff in this place are great it is a absolute tragedy that the boss is a right ****. Do I really want to go back and know I'll be lining the pockets of someone who don't give a **** about their customers just as long he has their money to count. Well it won't be any more of my cash he'll be counting. It is a real shame - but after many years of going to this cafe - "I WON'T BE BACK!"

Great cafe. There’s two here next to each other. Go to this one. They make their own chips here. Good breakfast. Eggs can be fried or scrambled. Asked for extra chips but got hash browns instead. That was the only downer. The chips are so good. Prices very reasonable and all food was cooked to order. Will definitely return again when I can.

After Covid 19 Lockdown Review The cafe was very clean throughout. The decor and appearance in a cafe just boring, could do with a bit of life. Staff very friendly. Normal operation, no hand sanitizer or markers for social distancing. Ordered chicken and mushroom pie, ok nothing really special. Chips were poor, tasteless, poor appearance. Pie editable, it something you expect from school or college canteen. No nasties. Would have preferred to have the gravy separately rather then it poured on the plate. Decent price. Just no sparkles or highlights. Good for builders and students on a budget that want home comfort food. Overall score 3.1

Popped in for a coffee and a sandwich while waiting for the buss and the staff were so friendly and the service was fantastic! From the moment u sat down I didn't have to move a muscle as everything came to me. One of the waiters helped walk an older man with a walking stick to him table and everything!

I've been coming here on and off for about 5 years. The place is very comfortable and the staff are always polite. They will let you take a seat, and then come to you to take your order. The prices are reasonable and the food is good. It always arrives hot and there is never a long wait. I would recommend coming here if your looking for a good value, nice, cooked breakfast.

Nos encanta venir a comer aquí cada vez que vamos a Bristol. Está situado muy cerca de la estación de autobuses. La relación calidad-precio es buenísima. Además siempre nos atienden con una sonrisa y son muy amables con nosotros. Y dentro hay un piano! :) Recomendado totalmente!

Due to our hotel charging a ridiculous amount for a breakfast we went to this place. It’s what you call a typical greasy spoon but the breakfast was excellent and good value for money. Two breakfast and two hot drinks came to less than one...

Everything about the place is cheap. From the poor tea and coffee the the poor produce. If you like your eggs over done, burnt bacon and your mushrooms deep fried then this is the place for you. Wasn’t my kind of place for breakfast. However the staff were friendly and polite

Walked in and greeted by 2 polite gentlemen. We were asked if eating in or take out. We were then seated. Service was great. Food came swiftly and it was excellent, not greasy and tasted fresh. The scrambled eggs were fluffy, not had eggs that...

Been here a few times. They have a variety of breakfast and lunch items for very reasonable prices. Coffee is good. Staff are super friendly. Only thing to mention is the wait can be long when it is busy, but what can you expect when you are cooking everything fresh! Overall, best cheap bite in the center, recommend!
