Comida antes de un concierto en la academia o 2, ¡no puede superarlo! Nuestra primera vez aquí (y la primera vez visitando Bristol) , nos quedamos muy impresionados. La comida era deliciosa, servicio rápido, ambiente agradable! Sin duda volvería si alguna vez estamos en Bristol de nuevo!

Gran servicio, el personal era muy servicial y acogedor. He estado aquí varias veces ya y seguirá volviendo.

La salsa de hamburguesa de ajo estaba deliciosa, la hizo la mejor hamburguesa que creo que he probado y había mucha carne de res tirada en las papas fritas sucias - una comida increíble. El personal era muy agradable también. Definitivamente vamos a regresar y traer amigos.

Wow! Qué suerte. Día de spa con una novia y fueron voraces después. Nos recomendaron este lugar por un bar en la ciudad y chico lo hizo alegrarnos el día! Pequeño lugar pintoresco ligeramente en las afueras de la ciudad (pero todavía a poca distancia del hotel) Recibido por un muy buen tipo. Propietario / Gerente no está seguro. Se aseguró de que estábamos contentos con nuestra disposición de asientos antes de ofrecernos bebidas y hablarnos a través del menú. Sinceramente, el mejor servicio que recibimos en Bristol en todo nuestro fin de semana. ¡La comida estaba deliciosa! Hamburguesas , patatas fritas de romero y aros de cebolla cocinados a la perfección y servidos con alegría y cortesía . La música de fondo fácil de escuchar era tan escalofriante también. Nuestro servidor (más tarde se enteró de que se llamaba Fonzy) se ofreció a llamarnos un taxi, pero habíamos hecho arreglos para ser recogidos. ¡Qué bonito gesto para las viajeras! En general solo una experiencia brillante, por lo que recomendaría Asado 100 %

This is honestly a Bristol hidden gem! The staff were really polite and kind, very on it! Kate was our waitress, she’s was attentive, made sure everything was perfect and even with a chef down the food came out in perfect timing! Hats off to the chef🍔 Highly recommend! Plenty of parking near and around the area and just have to do a little walk down the road!

Not normally one to write reviews but had to on this one. people need to try this place! Went Saturday late afternoon, didn’t book, the chap I believe called Joe was straight on it finding us a table, gave us an insight of the place and some recommendations, knew we were all having a beer so sorted us a jug straight away. Always being checked on, food came out in good time and was one of the tastiest burgers and dirty fries I’ve ever had! Good to see the cooks loving what they do and loving listening to the chats

Lovely Sunday night treat! Fantastic burgers (we enjoyed a delicious buttermilk chicken one with guacamole and more, a massively stacked beef burger and pastrami delight, and an amazing burger combining beef and pulled pork) and lovely service too! Some good beers on offer to help matters along. Some great sounding side dishes but sadly no room for them in our tummy on this occasion. Definitely hope to return when we're next back in the lovely city of Bristol :-)

Dat burger though... Thought we'd have a bite to eat in Bristol, decided on Asado. What a burger! I had the pollo parmo and absolutely loved it. My vegetarian friend said he had the best non-meat burger he'd ever had. Really friendly and attentive service and comfortable atmosphere to boot. PS. If Maisie's making the cocktails, order the margarita!

We booked to visit Asado with a small group of friends and from the very first email they were really friendly and helpfully. When we arrived the staff were all very attentive without being overbearing, they were always there to offer another round of drinks when we were running low, and when it came to the main event of the food, me and one of my friends couldn’t decide on just one burger each so decided to spit 3 between us😅 Once ordered the our food arrived in around 20 minutes, everything looked incredible and was exactly as described. The New Yorker with a thick cut of pastrami on top of it was the star of the show for us but everyone really enjoyed their meals. I would definitely recommend Asado to anyone with a love of burgers & dirty fries!

The food was well cooked and very tasty. Maisy was a lovely service provider and helped us choose what burger would be best, it didn’t disappoint!

For a couple of Argentinians like us visiting Bristol, the surprise of finding a place that for a moment transports you home, and not only because of the food (which is by the way delicious) but also because of the attention received by everyone, is the best and most honest recommendation I can give. I especially recommend the El Gaucho burger (hats off for the chimichurri) and the homemade apple and cinnamon soda. If the wind brings us back to Bristol sometime, it will be a must-stop. Because as the saying goes, "one always returns to where they were happy." And in this case, where you ate well and were treated with the utmost care.

Guys at asado fit us in very short notice and made sure we were comfortable through and through. Chefs kiss too as they were very happy chaps on a Friday night!

Was my second time visiting ASADO after going in summer with my partner. Whole experience was perfect. A large selection of starters/sides which were great for sharing. The burgers were amazing with a choice of beef or chicken, both with a range of fillings. Also met one of the chef’s called Phil in the kitchen, who gave some great recommendations. Top tier service. We all loved it. I’ll have to make sure not to leave so long before the next visit.

Asado is hands down my favorite burger spot in Bristol, and that’s saying something because I’m quite a demanding and picky customer when it comes to food. Despite that, Asado consistently delivers an incredible experience. The ambience is always great—a perfect mix of casual and lively without feeling overwhelming. The staff are amazing—friendly, attentive, and professional, but never overstepping, which makes the whole experience even better. And of course, the main thing is the food—absolutely fantastic burgers, packed with flavor and always cooked to perfection. Even when small hiccups happen (as they do anywhere), the team is quick to respond and ready to make things right immediately. Overall, a really solid place that keeps me coming back. If you’re after one of the best burgers in Bristol, this is it!

Maisy our waiter was wonderful, couldn’t do enough for us. The food was excellent, only lost a star as I asked for my burger well done and it was still very pink in the middle. Atmosphere was great as usual, music not too loud, lighting good bit stuffy but it was a busy night. Will definitely come again 😊

I've been a few times now, and they never disappoint. The burgers are cooked to perfection - juicy and flavorful - and the toppings are always fresh and high-quality. I love the el.don but you can't go wrong with whatever you choose. Their fries are also crispy and perfectly seasoned. Beyond the food, the staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving a truly fantastic burger!

When I tell you the food is lenggggg I’m not capping. That beef croquetas is 11/10, defo one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. El Gaucho burger absolutely slapped too. Don’t even get me started on the spicy margaritas. Top tier dinner. Defo smash

Had the pleasure of dining with my jujitsu club last week and had the manager “Fonzy” look after us, everything was absolutely amazing, food, service, atmosphere, the absolute works, couldn’t be happier, thanks again guys x much love x

Swung by today for a quick burger not too sure what to expect. Ended up having probably the best chicken burger I’ve had in Bristol. Absolutely unreal. Service was great, very friendly without being too much and the atmosphere was good with decent music playing at a volume that would still allow you to talk if you came with friends. Will definitely be back.

Went from the best burger to the most average and most over priced. £10 for 4 burnt chicken wings is scandalous £23 for a average small burger and chips is atrocious. Portions have got smaller. Just not that good.

Encantadora bienvenida cálida, gran ambiente y el Pollo Fuego es probablemente la mejor hamburguesa de pollo que he probado. El personal era muy paciente con nuestros niños indecisos y toda la comida estaba golpeando. Realmente me alegro de que descubrimos Asado, ya que está un poco fuera de los caminos trillados, pero bien vale la pena un desvío.

Great staff, amazing food, well priced. Took our work party here and it did not disappoint. Service was A+ as was the speed in which the food got to us. The vague sound of prodigy from the kitchen really added atmosphere, not sure about one of the chefs singing though but he was definitely giving his all that is certain. Will come again

Small cozy place in town center. Lovely staff, polite & friendly. We got a chicken burger with blue cheese dressing, mozarella sticks, and an Asado vegan burger with chimichuri. Everything was delicious, esp the mozarella sticks. I would recommend.

Top quality burgers. Absolutely not standard. The beef is amazing and perfectly cooked, I had mine medium. The flavours are complex and subtle, texture is toothsome and the accompaniments make it a great experience. I haven't ever had such a good burger and I will be going back for sure!

This is a really lovely burger bar with really friendly helpful staff. We have three children and were made to feel very welcome. Food was also delicious! Great for a pre show meal as it is near the Hippodrome and Bristol Beacon. We will be coming back!

Any restaurant or café starts with the staff – and here everything they are simply wonderful! The waitress Kathy with great kindness, warmth, and humor, told me about all the available food and drink options and helped me make an excellent choice. Sending the warm hugs to you😊 After 10 minutes, I received my order – I was extremely pleased! Both the burger and the fries brought immense pleasure to my taste buds. I definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Bristol!

My boyfriend and I dined at this beautifully decorated restaurant on Saturday. The atmosphere was very welcoming and lighthearted. Both the staff and owner were incredibly friendly and we enjoyed speaking with them. The food was delicious, i highly recommend the mozzarella sticks and their El Fuego chicken burger if you love spice 😋. Service was also amazing. I highly recommend this place for a quick lunch or for dinner.

Good atmosphere, great service but just ok food. I wanted to like this place more but some small and bigger details were just off. The chicken and the meat in the burgers was great but let done by some of the other elements. Fries need to be less limp and buns were toasted but only cool. Bacon not evenly cooked. Not sure if I will try again as I’m not a Bristol resident. Too many other places to try when I visit. Good luck to the staff as they were friendly but not sure our table liked the more in your face chap, not the style we like.

INCREDIBLE! The food was out of this world. Currently writing this in a meat coma. They don’t have gluten free buns for the burger but tbh it was not missed in the slightest. The portion sizes was huge and sooo tasty. Such a good find. The chips. Burgers and wings are all GF which is fab. Really lovely staff and wounderful atmosphere. Will 100% be making the drive from wales to come back

Quite gutted to have spent so much money and the food be pretty standard. The oreo milkshakes are so overly sweet (I think they put agave in them which is a very odd choice) that neither myself or my partner could drink them, so I've wasted a tenner essentially. The burger was good but nowhere near worth £22. Sorry Asado, I'm just a bit disappointed. It looks like it's an isolated incident considering the rest of the reviews!

Asado is a great place, nice vibe - super friendly staff and the burgers are amazing . (Not those teeny weeny ones some places do). I had one with the burger & pulled pork , Jalepenos and more . My son had the Bosefiness recommended cheese burger and he couldn’t finish it - and that’s saying something!!! Really good - go there now!!!

Our recent visit to Asado was superb. The service was spot-on; friendly, prompt and attentive. I tried the Queso & Beef Dirty Chips upgrade for the first time and they were very tasty and properly generous! The star of the show however was the New Yorker burger. As an American Yankee living in Bristol, I believe this is just about as close to the "perfect burger" that you're ever going to find. (But I'll still keep looking).

Personally, I think this is the best cheese burger I’ve ever had, some might say it’s too juicy and the bun gets a little wet, but it’s so full of flavour and the cheese is tasty. I like the chips, in fact there’s nothing I don’t like. You get what you pay for, simple as. And there are some places that charge more than this and are not as good. I forgot to add my partner felt exactly the same, and we just kept grinning at each other as we ate our food. Open up a Restaurant in Wales, and we’ll be your first customers!

Music is just right, the service is really quick and asked for “el asado burguer” it was a no brainer, flavors are well developed

Literally come here all the time. They have the best veggie burger I have ever tried, it's always a 10/10. The servers are so so lovely always and the restaurant is lovely inside. If I could rate it higher I would <3
