It's a great to sit and have coffee and cake,or a light lunch with friends.

It's a lovely place sit and have a cuppa tea or beer in the summer. There's a playground there now, which is great if you have kids.. And if you don't, kinda noisy. They've put a lot if work in down the Country Park and it shows!

Excellent place for the family, highly recommend 😊👍

Love it here even on a windy day, sitting outside looking over the lake eating freshly baked cheese scones and a latte. Extensive menu and not overly priced, a beer no different to pub prices Well worth a look

I want to start by saying OB country park is beautiful & the setting is lovely. They have a cafe on site which serves good coffee, cakes & has ‘the grill’ section. I hate to be someone that writes a review saying ‘usually good but on this occasion’ but unfortunately I think todays circumstances warrant it. I asked for a vegan sausage roll and informed the staff member it’s a milk allergy. I was served a meat sausage roll and took a bite into it when i then thought hmm I better double check this :( I’ve been veggie for 8 years and I’m breastfeeding my daughter who has a milk allergy so it’s now easier to only order vegan food when out to be on the safe side. So not only did I eat meat which wasn’t pleasant in itself I’ve now consumed milk which will cause gastro issues in my daughter. Luckily ‘just’ gastro issues, imagine if it were an IgE allergy and caused respiratory issues. The worst part of all is that I didn’t even receive an apology! Really disappointing & upsetting.

Excellent location for a cafe. I have watched this place grow from a tiny portacabin to a fully grown operation. Food is very good, service with a smile and Sunday was packed. Only downside, us cyclists feel a bit lonely now 😄

Beautiful little Cafe, great stop for cyclists. Lovely staff and delicious food (sausage roll & biscoff slice for me), even left with ice in my water bottle - wonderful!

A lovely stop for coffee and a snack. Always a good atmosphere in the evenings during the summer. Pizza on Tuesdays and BBQ on Fridays!

Nice setup, fresh ground coffee, baked cakes or sausage rolls. It's a regular stop for cyclists.

Its a great place to hang out with family and friends and the cafe wasn't too crowded

Beautiful lake to gaze at - we saw a flock of starlings swooping over it. Large open deck with comfy socialy distanced seating. Nice coffe and prices. Quirky. Very very freindly. They have a lorge marquee and a couple of seating pods outside for you to shelter under. Loved it

First visit today, service was excellent, sausage roll straight out of the oven and the banana was fantastic, all in a beautiful setting and somewhere to park the bike...

Great Friendly Café. Ideal stop off during a ride, or a great reason to just head over there anyway! Lovely setting & very chilled.

Disappointed they were closed but luckily got there as they were doing maintenance and they let me buy a cold drink, much appreciated.

Lovely cafe in a beautiful setting. Kong makes the best coffee and with a smile. Great chocolate brownies and worth a visit.
