Coming back for the 3rd year running. We only have one night in Brandon, motorbiking , and this is our go to.

Jagshemash, I believe restaurant here great success I served fresh beetroot from very nice waiterest and I enjoy.

Sadly the food quality has gone down with the years, service was great as always.

Great novelty with the hot stones! Reasonably priced set menu, I don’t think I’ve ever eaten so much steak and such good quality aswell! Thank you!

Best stake I had in a while. Halloumi option amazingly good as well. Recommended!

We had a lovely evening, the staff were lovely and the all you can eat aspect worked really well. We were lucky and managed to walk in on a Friday and they managed to find somewhere for ua both but I would suggest booking.

Visited with family as a group of four, whilst seating area was a little cramped, this can not detract from the amazing staff, food and service that we experienced. We opted for the 'all you can eat' steak option. Having the ability to cook your own steak at the table was a new experience. Staff very attentive, bringing more sides, steak, and drinks as required. Would advise to book as was quite busy. There are vegetarian options, also other dishes on the menu.

Very nice food. Went for the set menu 1 and they weren’t shy with offering more food whenever it looked like I was running out of it. You even get to cook your steak to your liking

Diogo and Victoria were very welcoming and professional throughout the whole night and always made sure the food was topped up without asking.

Lovely place at just the right price. Service is very quick and very friendly. Would I recommend yes without a doubt. I think drinks being included in the buffet plan great idea and really works. Kids eat free with every adult makes it affordable to families.

Visited for a birthday meal with family. Maria was a very friendly and attentive waitress. The set menu was great value for money - steak and sangria jugs were refilled constantly! Would definitely visit again.

Really nice meal. Just popped in as passing and peckish but unfortunately not hungry enough to do the “all you can eat steak” justice! Very helpful and friendly staff, nice little personal restaurant and we were made to feel very welcome. The steak was great!

We had lunch at Cheers on a Saturday lunch time. The service was efficient and friendly and overall the meal was good value. We both had the seafood soup which was good and my wife had the Halloumi on the hot stone which she enjoyed. I had the cheers steak which was not the best cut, a bit gristly but is always the gamble you take with steak. We also enjoyed the playlist. I would recommend as a good dining option in Thetford

All you can eat stone cooked steak. Food was delicious, staff were friendly and willing to bring you as much as you wanted of anything. Cooking on the stone was also fun.

Food is at an excellent standard, the staff are extremely courteous and are constantly checking in on you making sure your dinner/lunch is going well. I highly rate the special menus, incredible bang for your buck. TL;DR. Come here, it's well worth your money.

It's our first time at Thetford Cheers Restaurant. We usually used Bury. Nice service, the staff is very attentive. Refill quickly. We like most of the food except the fries. Everything is good. Happy to come back again here.

We were 14 people and we sat here for almost an hour before we got to order food. The food was decent though. All the thick steaks we got was cooked perfectly, but all the thinner ones were well done (most of us ordered medium rare). The fries looked and tasted like cardboard. And since it was pretty expensive it was not really a good experience.

The menu is delightfully simple and the food incredible.

After so many years of going to this place i feel this place is going downhill Today again was a disaster and i had to pay over 90£ of poor service Restaurant wasnt even full and waiters were running around like headless chickens and i had to keep asking for top ups when usually i never needed and nothing was ever missing on our table so when we would get to the bill part it wouldn’t be so difficult because this place is charging more and more everytime we go the price keeps going up…which us and any other family wouldn’t mind if the service was great and food but this hasnt been the case so everytime i go thetford i try to give another chance but things keep being the same so we just eat what we can and leave. Mrs as well been feelimg that the cuts of meet havent been the same as they were years ago and now its just 90% fat that isnt everyone cup tea Just disappointed to pay what i pay everytime we go and theres no costumer service and food anymore to make it worth it

Went with my wife for our anniversary. The staff were friendly and helpful. Service was very prompt. The steak was so nice that it didn't need the (very nice) peppercorn sauce. Would eat here again.

This is a great restaurant, the fillet steak is my favourite, my partner likes the all you can eat rump. Our tip is if you want a real treat night go to elveden for the spa and then come here for dinner, they are so friendly, great service and attentive. Diogo carries his own bottle opener and goes above and beyond but all staff very friendly!

Victoria served us and she was so attentive and friendly, brilliant! Delicious food, great relaxed atmosphere. All you can eat steak is fantastic!

A family favourite restaurant! My parents always order the house special 2 which is amazing value for money - you get almost unlimited meat and staff keep changing when they notice you're running out and ask if you'd like any more rice or beans etc. Unique selling point is that you can grill your own meat! Last time I got a shredded cod loin which was lovely. Their sangria is also quite nice, as someone who doesn't quite like wine I think it's suave. The ferrero roche pudding is nice too with a touch of strawberry.

We had a lovely meal here for hubbys birthday . This was our first visit here and will definitely not be our last . Staff were friendly and helpful . We enjoyed our food ,loved the Cook on stone concept. Prawns in cocktail starter were big and tasty . We had tomahawk steak to share which was tasty too .

It was once a top restaurant in terms of staff, I'm not complaining about the food but rather about an employee who is very rude to customers, just because he's been working for a few years it doesn't give him the right to serve customers poorly yet. It's quite rude, no one who goes there is willing to throw part of the “picanha” at the table, much less teach people how to put the meat on the stone 🤦🏽‍♀️😡🤬 If you are in a bad mood or upset with life, leave your problems at home and don't take them out on your customers.

First time at cheers, My partner and I really enjoyed it, food was banging and the staff couldn't do another to help us. We will definitely be back

Would highly recommend this place if you love steak. the service was incredible super friendly and fast with a fantastic atmosphere to go with it. Starters and sides also hit the spot well worth your money.

It was OK. I believe that this place is overrated. It gets quite loud inside due to the large number of people cram in. The service was OK because they never checked on my table until we were ready to leave. Additionally, they only brought out one order of chips even though we paid for two orders. They gave the excuse of not wanting our chips to get cold. It was a table of two. Why did they assume that we would share the cup of chips? Then the server gives the bill to the lady that I was with after I asked for it, and he ask me if I would be paying for all of the food. Servers should not be assuming who is paying for the bill. Just bring the check. I will not be returning. I will not recommend it. I can cook a better steak at home with my eyes closed. The best dishes were the black beans and me dipping my chips into the mushroom sauce. Too much assumptions from the servers in this overrated establishment, and the meat quality is not impressive. They are making a big profit from selling unlimited low quality meat.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! The service was impeccable, and the food was delicious! The restaurant itself was quaint and clean. There was convenient parking nearby. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and the food came out quickly. Overall, great experience and I would definitely recommend to everyone!

The steak on stone was an amazing experience and the best steak me and my partner have ever had. We had Grace as our waitress, and not once did we run out of anything. It was particularly busy that Saturday evening, but the service didn't slip. We will definitely be back!

Diogo was such a great host and gave us amazing service! We will definitely come again the food is amazing! I’d really recommend for people who want excellent food at a low cost.

Menu has had a few option taken off, which was a shame but understandable. Food that was served was great, it's a good place to meet up with friends to eat and chat, I really enjoy this element you don't have to struggle to listen or shout to be heard. Children are welcome and cheers seems family oriented, I can't comment on the menu options for children as we haven't tried these. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Just thought I'd mention in the colder weather when the front door is opened a draft runs though the front downstairs seating area which can be a bit uncomfortable. Friends, family and I really like cheers and we've have had great times here. Thank you cheers and your staff!!!!

Amazing quality steak, we had the set menu 2 which was constantly topped up as well as our drinks. Our waitress Grace was incredible and managing the whole upstairs and not once did we have to ask for anything she was always on it! We will be back

We have been coming to cheers for years now and the service and food never fails ! We came in for a 50th birthday and Diogo was our server, he was so attentive and helpful through out the whole evening !!

We called up at 18:30 asking for a cheeky table for 4 at 19:30. The staff proactively booked us in despite us requesting a last minute booking. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and the vibes are amazing. Diogo from the restaurant dealt with us chaps and he was so accommodating. To get to the point, the service was fantastic, food satisfying, and the vibes top tier. 5 stars all around!

I’m an American that’s lived here in the UK for 4 years, this is the best restaurant I’ve been too, great food but the service we had from Fernando was 11/10. Only downside was we couldn’t eat more or stay longer!!
