Food wasnt the best, bottomless brunch drinks we got 3 by the time they served us. Poor service and ignored the last drinks order and said it wasn't in time even though they agreed to pour it and it was within the 90 minute time.

Lovely modern bar situated within central Worcester. Nice atmosphere with good vibes. A wide range of beers, spirits and cocktails available to choose from. There is an upstairs bar which can be booked out for functions and private parties. A small outdoor seating area at the front of the bar too. I will be returning in September for Brunch which I am very much looking forward to. See you again in a few weeks!

In the bar now, having a great time, very friendly staff, great drinks, definitely recommend with 5 stars and we are coming back for bottom less brunch.

My friends and I had a lovely experience at Cadena last Saturday. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The selection of tapas and drinks was fantastic. If you're visiting Worcester for drinks I would highly recommend popping into Cadena, but especially for their bottomless brunch on Saturdays.

We went to have a bottomless brunch. We bought a cocktail before which was lovely, but the actual cocktails at bottomless brunch were very sour and watered down. The food was absolutely atrocious, even the chips were awful and the calamari was like a rubber band. All of us left all our food. But nothing was ever said or asked to why we left our food. Personally, I really wouldn’t advise the bottomless brunch for the price you pay.

Had a really chilled few drinks in here with great service from the team here. Definitely will be coming back in here.

I went with my daughters & their friend on Saturday last. We were impressed! We were going to be abit late (train strike ) they were absolutely fine. It's a nice place & staff were really accommodating. Very nice indeed & helpful 👍 The cocktails choice of 5 or 6 which was fine & we thought not bad ?! The food was a surprise as it was actually really nice - we weren't expecting much but we're impressed. All in all I would certainly go again.

We had a fabulous time here. We came for a bottomless brunch but everything went a little bit wrong. At first we were worried as everything went wrong lol but the staff did an excellent job!!! It was the guy behind the bar, first day and he was panicking as it was his first day and he didn’t know the rules and the lovely girl was trying her hardest but was so panicked as everything was going wrong. They handled it BRILLIANTLY! We had excellent drinks! THANK YOU BAR MAN and the service was excellent. It made it a memorable experience and we would go back just to have the same experience with said staff on the shift! They made us so happy and we had a great time. The food was lovely and the drinks were. Thank you so much to the staff on this shift we know that you were so stressed but you did an amazing job and we appreciate all you did thank you for making it an excellent day.

Booked a bottomless brunch a few months ago, they explained that downstairs was booked out so would need to use upstairs, I asked if there was a lift due to family members not managing many stairs l. The gentleman reassured there was a lift that takes you most of the way then there is a short few stairs. This is through the back. When we arrived they said there was no lift and the main man working was extremely rude saying no one would mention them having a lift, as if I’d book my hen there to watch my mom struggle. He emphasised multiple times that 29 could make the stairs and 1 not as if it is her issue that she has lung problems l. Like if leave her downstairs. The tone and attitude from the staff were very rude. They said nothing would be done in respect of the deposit as there isn’t a lift and no one would say otherwise, a staff member also told one of the hen party that there is in fact a lift however it was broken. Would not use for an event

Got refused entry last night for wearing shorts. Offered to take them off. But apparently a birthday suit is not formal attire. Doormen / owner nice enough laughable chap but I feel to be enforcing such rules whilst wearing a rather worn suit from Next is hypocritical. I shall return in ones finest clothing and investigate more. Hopefully they live upto the standards they set their customers.

Went here with friends for a bottomless brunch. The drinks were really good especially for the price.. Unfortunately, the food was not good. All of us had fries which we all agreed were extremely salty. I like salt and even for me, it was too much - we didn't eat them. I also went for the mac and cheese, as did one of my friends. Both agreed it was tasteless. Very disappointing as we were so hungry too.

Bottomless brunch. All round great time, lovely bar upstairs. Waitors were so polite, endless drinks. Food was great and tapas good portions. Had to wait a couple of minutes for oit table but given prosecco to start off. Excellent recommend and will visit again

Recently went there for a brunch. They had old menu's on the tables with old prices, so when wanted to order a completely different price was told. A short sorry was their reply. After a short think we decided to have the 5 for £30 tapas that was advertised on a board outside, just to be told that they don't offer them on Saturdays and that it states it on the board (it did not). Left us feeling unhappy and we chose to leave.

Female wearing jeans and a nice top not served because I didn’t meet the unknown dress code. Stood at the bar but over looked on three times and the bar man rolled his eyes when I asked to be served. Disgraceful sexism Disgraceful service!!! Walked out to be served with a smile in another establishment. Won’t return.

I hired the first floor for my wife’s birthday and, from the first conversation with the owner 2 weeks before to leaving the venue after the event, the experience was first class. Every staff member was fantastic and went that bit further to make it just right for us. I can highly recommend Cafe Cadena as a venue to hire for your special occasion. My experience was a very, very good one. Thank you Andy, and all your team 👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻

Always visit cadena when I’m in worcester… staff are amazing but Rim the doorman is so friendly and professional I always have to visit! He keeps the vibe friendly all night, I’ve never seen a fight! He’s a top man and markets the bar perfectly. Take a visit you won’t be dissatisfied!

Bottomless brunch! The staff and food were excellent. Drinks were quick and constant. We had a person that couldn't attend and as per the T&C's we knew couldn't be refunded but the experience was still worth the money. Went 1.30pm on the 3rd Feb! Highly recommend!!

Obviously we moved on after being made to feel uncomfortable and my wife and her hat where accepted in better and.more friendly bars all day ( cozy club, Botonist, all bar one etc much friendlier and recommended

Well the poor review rating is all down to one member of staff. The girl with the long hair has a terrible attitude and hasn’t got a clue in serving drinks. Her knowledge of the drink industry is zero and the prices they charge I expect a lot better service. The rest of the staff are extremely nice especially the chap doing the greeting on the door over the Christmas fair. I didn’t want to give this place a poor review because it’s very nice indeed in all other departments.

I lived in Worcester a few years ago and remember the Cafe Cadena as a bank. The conversion has been brilliant. Would recommend this place

What an amazing welcome we had from 2 lovely people, I believe the man and lady were partners such a friendly couple as we called in on the off chance of getting a bite to eat and drink after our girlie shopping trip. It was very busy but they went to the trouble to find us a table, lovely atmosphere and food. Thank you so much for making our day complete. We will come and visit again in the new year. Sorry we didn't catch your names but you certainly went above and beyond.

Visited yesterday from cardiff, we were given wrong food by waitress, manager was so apologetic and even took money off our bill, but we were happy with the baguette and chips instead of posh toastie was delicious, and with the fake snow falling when leaving was a lovely touch, will definitely visited next year

We had a private work party upstairs. I was a bit wary given some of the reviews but it was a really nice evening. Bar service was good. Dietary requirements were catered for after liaison with the chef. Nice atmosphere and the perfect size for mingling.

We love Abby!!! We arrived for bottomless brunch at 4pm and had to wait a while for our table to be available. 45 mins into bottomless brunch we had only had two drinks and were still waiting on our food. Abby came over to our table to see if we wanted more drinks, we explained we weren’t happy due to how slow the service had been. She then went above and beyond and exceeded all our expectations and sorted out so many drinks for us. We really felt like we got our moneys worth in the end, she was so sweet and really friendly. The perfect waitress! Thanks to Abby we would come back.

What a fabulous place. Atmosphere lovely and the staff were amazing Nothing was too much trouble for them. Cocktails were freshly made to order. The wine was recommended by one of the gentleman serving it was lovely . Will definitely be going back again.

Ok my first girlie brunch - no idea why . Ok so I had no idea about the drinking rule , but we caught on quickly 🤣. Having worked in the industry there are certain things that should be part of training as standard. Here we go with the negatives :- staff never looked at the room seeing who required drinks , or food order etc had their backs to room . Server’s who chew gum in the work place NOT an attractive look, presentation of uniform could have been a bit better ☹️ Such simple things would give a much classy, stylish feel In general the food was ok, not brilliant Lemon with the calamari or bit of rocket could have made a whole heap of difference Place did have a nice feel about it , warm & welcoming but needs a few tweaks , and tweaks I believe to be so simple Not sure I would return as I am now aware that there are many more ambient places around I’d give it a 2/3⭐️

I hosted my 30th Birthday Party at Cafe Cadena and it was just incredible. I held it in the upstairs room and the atmosphere was amazing. The staff were attentive and fast and the tapas style food was brilliant. People that came have all said what a great night it was. Thank you Cadena Team!

Very slow service, wasn't even that busy. Staff weren't overfriendly either. Won't be rushing back, sadly.

Bit of a mishap to the beginning of the meal but the manager pulled it out the bag, managing to seat a table of 22/23 people without record of the booking! Everything went super smooth after that and we had a great time. Special thanks to Barbara for coming in on her day off, with a huge smile and excellent customer service. My cousin and I really enjoyed our birthday meal, thank you!

Came for 90mins bottomless brunch , they sat us down without explaining if they take your order or we order at the bar. We went and asked and they said they will come take our order. By the time they did this our first drink was at 4.20 ! They explained everyone on our table had to have finished their drinks before we could order another etc . I know at lot of places say this but ive always found they keep the drinks flowing but here they were so slow at taking orders and bringing the drinks out. Just not a great atmosphere at all. Best thing was the food which was really nice! Had much better bottomless brunch elsewhere!

A very frustrating visit. Ambience was good and the music was superb on the Saturday we visited. The bar service was totally chaotic. Understaffed and many customers left after waiting 20 minutes or more to get served. The cocktails were very bland in appearance. The bar ran out of glasses and there was a distinct lack of hygiene standards.

Fantastic service by the young female, who left before we paid but we spoke very highly of her. (Thursday 14th September). Extremely attentive to our drinks need as we were out on our bi-monthly cocktail evening. Background music was brilliant too. All in all a fabulous time had by all!

Nice bar in the city centre, good place to stop for a couple of drinks. The outdoor area is nice, but small.

The whole experience was just shocking. The place was empty only 4 other tables in yet took ages to get served as the bartender was so slow and not interested just seemed like he didn't want to be there, only words he spoke to us were 'what do you want?' No smile,please or thankyou. Then he just leans on the back of the bar playing on his phone. Then waitress brings out 5 bowls of fries for customers who must have left so she just gives them to the staff behind the bar who all congregate around them and just stand there eating, looks so unprofessional. Managers point of view...cover them in salt and give them to the few customers you already have and get some more drinks orders! Then when you did get a rush at the bar the chef walks out, pours himself a pint and laughs and points and says good luck. Everyone just looking in disbelief as to one why this guy hadn't served them because they didn't know who he was and two why he was laughing at them. Manager or owner get your staff sorted this is all very unacceptable, we would have stayed for another as the music was good as expected from ginge dj but left after that terrible customer service.

Shocking cocktails, bad service. Do not waste your money here if you fancy a posh cocktail. They don't fill the glass with enough drink, they don't dress it pretty and mine was off (egg white used with my permission but there was a ball of small slime floating in it). Berry cocktail tasted like pure lemons. When returned to bar man, he couldn't give a hoot. Saying...I've made hundreds of these. No apology. We requested a glass of wine instead (cant go wrong with that!). When we said you owe us the difference he said, no you have a large glass. When later checking the prices, he did owe us monies! Chap with man bun behind bar, needs a lesson on good manners and more to the point how to make cocktails. Note - others were returning cocktails too.

Came for a friend's birthday party. On arrival downstairs the barrier was across the stairs so we stood at the bar to ask if it was okay to go upstairs. During this time there were no other customers waiting at the bar and 3 staff behind it. The staff did not acknowledge us and carried on their conversation. They then "on the sly" did rock paper scissors to see who would serve us. No draft drinks upstairs but had to buy up there if to count towards the party. Staff would stop half way through making a drink to have their own conversation whilst the bar was 4 deep. Only one guy knew how to make cocktails, one of the other staff saying to me multiple times sorry no cocktails as I'm not trained. Paid £10.50 for a double gin and tonic. Overall not a great experience definitely would not recommend for private functions.

Very busy due to the bottomless brunches, ok cocktails not really any wow factor, but we were upstairs might have been better downstairs? Doorman was blocking the door so it looked like we weren't allowed in on approach I was expecting maybe a smile and a welcome? But nah was more a scowl and indifference which was quite off putting. Great cocktails but very poor service. Visited in the afternoon and only our group and couple in the place, but not checked in with at all. Good soundtrack and suitable for time of day. Much better to visit in the evening when busy rather than daytime.

Dreadful. Bottomless brunch drinks took ages to arrive, were watered down. Food potions were tiny and cold. Two tapas included two pieces of garlic bread and two chicken wings. Toilets were dirty with no toilet roll. Will not be going back under any circumstances.

Attended a private function upstairs. Lovely place, albeit noisy, but it was a Friday night. Buffet was not sufficient for the amount of people who attended. Fabulous night had by all.

First time visit last night with a friend of mine. Had two rounds of drinks on the second round the drink I had ordered was off the pineapple juice was green in colour and tasted awful. When I asked the manager behind the bar if I could change my drink he refused and went into a rage didn't let me explain the problem and thought I was referring to the alcohol used when in fact the juice had gone off. He took my drink off me and told me not to come back again. Never in my life have I been treated that way in a bar before he showed total lack of respect for me and then proceeded to mouth off at me outside when me and my friend left. He is a very angry man who is clearly in need of alot more training when it comes to customer service and how to speak to women. I don't recommended this place to anyone.

Most recent visit was appalling... cocktails where week and lack flavour.. was saddened to hear that most of the experience staff have left and the individual who stated " I'm the bar manager" needs to learn when to listen and when to be present and if you're asking for feedback take it on board and don't argue with the paying customer. This venue has great potential but fail to keep staff and fail to listen constructively to the customers. Have always rated Cadena highly until now.

Booked upstairs for my birthday and nothing was too much trouble. Tom and the team were incredibly attentive and the food was delicious. The laid back atmosphere and delicious cocktails made for an amazing evening. Thankyou to all the Cadena team.

Great drink selection, friendly bar staff, quiet when we visited

Visited cafe cadena on Saturday evening around 11pm with 5 friends. The barman told us that all the 'draft' Lager was out so we had to purchase bottles. Shortly after we saw what we thought was the doormen drink a pint at the bar, among others. Feels desperate that they have to try and make money this way and isn't cool. Music was blasting out too so can't talk. As far as I know it's not a nightclub.
