Lovely cozy cafe , within the little garden centre . I visited with my sister on a chilly day . We had lovely homemade soup with sandwiches . Best soup I've had in a while . Came to just under £15 including a drink and a brownie . It's convenient for people either visiting the neighbouring crematorium / graveyard like we were or if you're popping into the garden centre itself . Will be popping in again when the artisan markets are on ☺️

We love this cafe. Always a wonderful friendly greeting. Such a lovely place to eat. We take our mum often and they always make a fuss of her, she's almost 100 years old and loves the soup and cuppa. The food is always tasty and well presented. Roll on our next visit.

Overpriced ! Love the garden centre and the staff but the food is poor and overpriced unfortunately, they make it sound nice on the menu but it was basically 2 pieces of bread with cheese and two pickles??? No salad. Didn’t even get a napkin and paid £24 for 2 plain sandwiches and 2 flat white coffees.

We originally planned to just have coffee and cake after a morning walk but forgot that at a certain time we could only have drinks with food. Not a problem as it was lunchtime when we got there. We went straight to the counter and order drinks and food and were told we had just come in behind a table for 6 who were also eating. It was nice to get this warning. Anyway after receiving our drinks pretty quickly it wasn’t really long before we got our food. So in short great service from very friendly staff. We very much enjoyed our lunch even though we didn’t plan for it. Must do that again.

I took my wife for lunch but it was very disappointing. Our advice is to save your money and don't bother going.

We can take this garden centre and café in as part of a Sunday walk and we often do. The reason for this is that it is a lovely place with a relaxing atmosphere and very good at giving you ideas. The café there is excellent and has some nice outdoor seating in lovely surroundings. the garden centre has a great range of products cheaper than most of the garden centres. It has a lot of personal touches from the student to help and there’s lots of free parking as well.

I went there with my kids and never felt so unwelcome! Picture this...the pub was loud with people talking and the landlady came over to our kids and insisted they turn their tablets down as it was disturbing the guests (it was at most minimal). There is no way anyone could here over the noise in the pub and the sound of the microwave heating all the food! Stay clear if you have a family as they really don't want you there! This was at 6pm when it's quite reasonable to bring your family for a meal in a pub, claiming to be a welcoming place to eat. Disgusting (and aggressive) treatment to families! Never again!

We have visited Ewe twice and both times really enjoyed the food. Last night was particularly good and we couldn’t fault anything. We were really happy to see our favourite dessert sticky toffee pudding still on the menu as we had it last year and it’s honestly the best sticky toffee pudding we have ever tried. (Please do not remove this off the menu we will be very sad) The steak was cooked to perfection, cabbage and bacon was lovely and the cauliflower cheese was to die for. Staff all lovely and friendly looking forward to visit again :)

Great pub vert friendly staff and clientele. Very welcoming on Memorial Sunday and they made huge efforts to pay respects with entertainment throughout. Free 1st drink for veterans etc. Brilliant pub, will definitely go again.
