So I'm not marking this as bad, it's just not for me. The Peri fires were a bit too salty, the coleslaw was functional as a coleslaw and the wings were a bit too weirdly sour. I had extra hot sauce, and it was moderately hot. Shrimp starter was nice. The overall product quality was good.

I would like to thank all at this venue for their hospitality and warm welcome. I would like to thank the staff for looking after me on my visit. Although I am a person of not much significance nor did I enter with anyone other than my self they made me feel part of them and honestly made me feel so welcome. Although I don't do sisha but I went in for the food 😋 I can say it was different and comforting. I am very very happy for Cafe Asiana and its future is definetly looking bright . I also got to know Ikhlaq and his business partner Faizan considering again i was not a person of much significance but they are friendly people. They also let me try some foods as tasters and asked for my feedback. I hope to visit this place again in the near future as a single person I felt comfortable here.

Amazing vibes, best chicken burger I've ever eaten, the iced coffee hits the spot nicely and nicely located with bars a stones throw away. The two brothers who serve us are full of banter and make our evenings enjoyable. Management are friendly. What more do you need?

This place has a fantastic atmosphere and great staff who are genuinely passionate about shisha. Such a great place to hang out or have food at. The food is fantastic, their chicken is even tastier AND cheaper than Nandos. Shisha are around £20-£25 each. Our glasses of Coca-Cola were £3 each. My chicken burger with fries was £8

Came here for my bday- was greeted by an extremely rude woman at reception who stopped me from ordering certain shisha? She also made my friend pay 7.50 for not smoking even tho it was empty??? Food is okay. Would avoid the shisha. Ordered a shisha that my friend gets from there often and today it tasted flavourless and just of smoke. Three staff members came and said it was sweet even though it wasn’t. Left about 10/15 minutes after food arrived. have been a few times before and shisha has been good but not sure what happened today

Shisha was ok, maybe it was the flavour I had and the food was alright but not the best.

Worst shisha, ordered 2 x Frozen Appe Frozen Raspberry, tasted like Calpol medicine. Asked the staff to change it, after the staff agreed the shisha was horrible but the manager refused to change the shisha, paid £40 stayed for 15mins and just had to leave as the manager refused to do anything and was very rude. Bad customer service, and bad shisha. Your reply that I am lieing and wanted to change my shisha because we didnt like the flavour, well i own a Shisha lounge and smoke FApple/raspberry every day and know my flavours very well. We had issues with both pipes within 5mins of ordering and had 4 different staff members waste our time trying to make different excuses, I challenge you to put up the CCTV recording so it can be seen for how long we stayed for and how long we exactly smoked for (15mins max) and how long we waited for your staff to deal with the shishas. We didnt ask for refund but asked for shishas to be changed for the exact flavour or something that tasted better. Stop using cheap fake flavours and you wont have the issue, its clear from your reply you have an attitude problem and lack customer service skills, I will also ask the other group members to post there review and wait for you to release the CCTV video showing the Great experience we had and how 4 different staff members all had different issues where one didnt smoke, one never had F apple and yourself you had Flu and couldnt judge the flavour, we ended up in FUMES shisha lounge and had the exact same flavour with no issues.

Lovely venue! Desi chai is amazing and my go to drink. Omar who is often at the front desk and is so lovely and offers great customer service. Others at the front desk have a lot to learn from Omar.

I came here tonight with my sisters and niece and had a great time watching the England match. Customer service was fantastic, food was very nice, plenty of sheesha flavours to choose from. Desserts were very nice too. Prices are good and not over priced. My niece was sick outside nit feeling well and we was given water and plenty of tissues. Service was there from statt to finish. Thank you. Can not wait to visit again.

First and foremost, congratulations to the owners for creating such beautiful ambiance in the Shisha lounge, it’s truly an experience. Service was prompt and professional. Sadly after I ordered cheesy chips, i ended being sick within an hour, that was truly disappointing. Not too sure what happened with the food, maybe the hygiene is not up to par which is extremely worrying.

I consider this my local despite being 20 mins away. Probably the most service oriented lounge in the UK or it's certainly up there and the first to bring Alpha Hookah to the UK, which is arguably the most popular modern cnc machined pipe on the market.

Fantastic and clean atmosphere, plenty of entertainment, with great customer service who are helpful friendly and inviting. They are very knowledgeable in the different flavours of shisha and what to recommend, the food is great, flavourful and comes quickly, especially the smash burger and the ice cream! Definitely recommend a visit!
