BEST place in Ringwood for an all day Breakfast. Also good and helpful staff. Thank you.

Decent tasty well-cooked grub, friendly service, clean and good prices. What more could we ask? :) Another plus is that the front of the restaurant gets decent afternoon sunshine, we almost sat outside in March :)

Ordered a continental breakfast while out with my friends. Everyone's food starts coming out individually while I'm still waiting. Cooking an English breakfast has a lot of moving parts so i was expected it to take a little longer, but after another 10 minutes of waiting after the point my friends have all already got their food I ask if my food is still on the way to a waiter, who tells me yes, it is. A minute later the waiter comes back and asks what it was I ordered(!). Weird thing to ask after telling someone they knew it was on the way! I tell them again and they say it's coming and leave. I then hear them walk around to the kitchen and ring the order in for the first time. By this point it's been about half an hour, my freinds have almost finished their food. Not wanting to sit their eating long after my freinds have finished I find the waiter and tell her to cancel it. All in all, an hour experience to get 1 cup of tea that frankly wasn't that great! Not to rag on literally everything, but paying 2 pounds for a cup of tea that arrived a tiny bit better than luke-warm isn't great. It came with far too much milk, and someone had clearly not even bothered to stir in the milk after pouring. Paying and checking out wasn't a great experience either. the guy taking the payment was notably annoyed that we wanted to actually split the order and pay for what we got (especially after the food jnot arriving). At first he tried to insists on just dividing the bill by the number of people and letting us handle working out who actually paid what. But by that point I had given up and had left it to my friends to handle it Think I'll give the place a miss

Excellent food and fantastic service

staff never come outside to take orders sometimes waiting 10 mins then got go inside to order, dont have an outside if staff dont want to go outside.

The quality of the food seems to have gone down hill. Used to love coming here for a fry up, however after today the fried egg was over cooked in a ring piece, the sausage was girthy but short and low quality, the hash browns were mushy, and the coffee was very milky without any flavour.

Good quality meals and snacks at affordable prices with very friendly staff.

Busy & buzzy on a Saturday morning. Lots of regulars. Plenty of tables, inc outdoors, fully occupied on a rare sunny autumnal day 😀

Sat down opposite the till for ten minutes, no service , loud rude short grey haired server shouted at some other diner that it’s table service but clearly it isn’t because I was ignored , menu offered but begrudgingly only. Left without ordering and won’t recommend

Stopped for a cream tea yesterday, when asked where was the cream. Was told I would have to pay extra for the cream. Surely a cream tea includes the cream

Food was average and bit overpriced, i think this is down to the amount of staff that were working. Some staff friendly some seem a bit rude. But also staff didnt have alot to do as there was so many of them and were sat at the tables looking at you made me feel uncomfortable

Havent been here for a couple of years. Went in for a collection order, wow I was a little disappointed to say the least. The omelette I got for my mum was over done, and the bacon on my maxi breakfast was like the leather soles of some hobnail boots. Poor

There is no sourdough here, unlike all the other establishments in town. Its just good quality breakfasting. We had the egs benedict on bagles, They were really nice. Some of the other "full English " that we saw were enormous plates of food. Really great service given how busy they were and good VFM.

It was ok! My son’s coffee and walnut cake was presented beautifully, however the taste didn’t match as it was really dry. Service was friendly but we probably wouldn’t hurry back.

Poor service and food. Egg looked like it had been dropped on the floor. nobody asked if food was ok. The egg was left and when they collected we commented that the egg should never have left the kitchen. the response was...well lots of people like them like that. If a customer says they are unhappy about something you expect an apology not a rude sarcastic reply. sauce watered down and tasted awful. will never return and will never recommend. customer service training needed i think

Always stop here on a ride out that goes near Ringwood. Room for motorcycle parking almost outside and great staff inside. I take back what I said about parking, £75 fine for parking near here! Won't be stopping there again.

What a lovely , friendly cafe restaurant. We had breakfast here yesterday morning. The young lady that served us was constantly smiling. The place itself is very clean and the food superb. Give this place a go. Support local ! Very good value, good portion sizes and dog friendly.

We stopped for an ice cream. It was lovely. The staff were friendly, and the price was good.

The cafe is great. It's a nice place to grab a bite or drink. Don't go off menu tho as this cafe not a bistro. They serve good Basic food.

This cafe is well managed staff always attentive and nothing to small to make everyone visit enjoyable . Food freshly cooked full breakfast was top mark not just for the amount but the quality of food they use cafe tidy and clean so can't fault them . Plus I notice they had top hygiene rating too so we'll done guys

Had a really nice lunch catch up with a friend from work. Not been before. Really yummy toasted tea cake and a cuppa in comfy chairs. Perfect lunch. Same time next week.....

We decided to go out fro breakfast and Cafe Aroma was the first place we came across. The place was busy when we walked in so we sat at a small table opposite the kitchen. We ordered 1 tea, 1 coffee, 1 Maxi Breakfast and 1 late breakfast without tomato. The drinks were served promptly. They already had added milk to the tea which is unfortunate as people like to take it differently and this was not to my taste. While we were waiting for our food we witnessed several plates being returned as items had been added that had not been wanted. I witnessed the cook move other items on to another plate and sending them back out. This could have had severe consequences if the customers had requested the items not be included due to an allergy. When our food was served it seemed to be excessively greasy, items such as the fried bread had been cooked in oil. Obviously I did not eat it. A waitress came over and asked if I was finished (while my partner was still eating) and I told her of the problem. Her response was "oh really" in a disinterested tone. She took the plate and did not report the issue to the kitchen and more importantly did NOT apologise. I also noticed that a Mr Muscle bottle had been reused for a different substance (Mr Muscle is not dark green) which is a Health and Safety No no! This had been intended as a treat for my partner and I. However, we left with a bad taste in our mouths for a number of reasons.

A clean, decent cafe with plenty of choices at a reasonable price with fast, friendly service. I've been to this Cafe 3 times now and had decent fresh food, cooked nicely with a friendly fast service. We will definitely be going back next time we visit Ringwood A++++++

Large cafe with plenty of seating. We popped in for a coffee and snack. The coffee was lovely and hot. The scone was nice but the hot sausage roll was not so good. Not good quality. Service was good though.

Visited here for our weekly breakfast club whilst in the eccentric town of Ringwood. We are goat hurders and once a week we meet for some breakfast and to discuss Goats. Unfortunately Jeremy could make it this week as his dog Loppy was having some teeth out. There’s is no parking outside but the local car park is not to far away. We like to meet up where we can park cars for free and then take one car to the car park to save on the car parking fees. There is also an Iceland food shop next door. The layout out inside is great, similar to that of an American dinner with a Turkish Twist! Very clean inside and the staff were beautiful 😍 I did feel like we were in Benidorm though as we walked through the smoking crew all wearing wife beating vests as we entered the property. The food was great and reasonably priced. The food was also hot. Improvement needed on the condiment selection though. All in all though a wonderful experience and we would visit again. Well done to the team at Cafe Aroma.

Always fantastic food here, fresh clean and great value for money. The choice is vast and there is always a good atmosphere whenever we are here. We'll worth a detour if you are nearby.

Every time I go here I cannot after talk about how amazing the food is here! They have the best food and sweet treats it is absolutely amazing thank you!

We found this cafe on our first morning of a 3 day visit to the area, we noticed it was full, we now know why. Staff were very pleasant and the menu really varied and vety reasonable - it catered for all tastes. We chose the early breakfast which included toast and a hot drink, maxi breakfast (it's huge!), and the smoked salmon breakfast - all were freshly cooked and delicious. Even the coffee included with the breakfast was the real thing and not instant and they served freshly squeezed fruit juices! The food was so good that we returned for the next two days too. We would definitely return when next in the area. 10/10

A quick and easy option on the way into the forest, shame you have to pay to park. Breakfasts are generous and tasty but avoid the bubble and squeak! Coffee is good, staff a little unfriendly but that doesn't detract.

Had their pistachio ice cream and it was not very nice. However sometimes ice cream flavours don’t work out and would love to try their food again.

Lovely place for a drink and snack. Staff is professional and speedy. Been there few times, food average, but still great for a quick snack if you are in a hurry.

Needed to kill a bit of time waiting for someone. So popped in this cafe, I was shown to a table, handed a menu I explained I only wanted coffee and cake, which the waitress said was fine. I had the carrot cake with whipped cream it was a light cake and very yummy. As was my latte coffee. Staff all very pleasant. Ladies toilet all clean and tidy. A nice atmosphere of people enjoying there food and chatting away. Nice to see life coming back after these last 2 awful years of covid ..

Amazing breakfast on a Sunday.. they had lots of options and we're flexible with the menu. Helpful staff and good prices. There is a huge public parking lot just 2 minutes away.

Love Aroma the staff are friendly and always so welcoming. The breakfasts are amazing and my kids love the pancakes. My original post was a year ago and you still get the same fantastic service now.

Nice easy quick food and good prices! One little thing to comment- sauces such as ketchup and Mayo are horrible, really cheap tasting and aren’t in original bottles. Other than that food is lovely.

Went for breakfast in sleepy boring ringwood, how wrong was I. Found this place and the food was absolutely lovely and the service and staf were fantastic. If you want good food, nice atmosphere and excellent staff, make sure you ge give here a try. I’m going back today

Always fast service and great value, tasty food.

coffee poor, staff unattentive, lemon pie served with toffee ice cream syrup drizzled over without asking for reasons only known to them. Some weird garden chain you unhook and rebalance when picking from the desert side of the restaurant similar to a task I've seen on the Cube. Waitress tapped on my table whilst I was eating to have a conversation about needing a table for 4 with a colleage about 1 foot from me. No sense of personal space (I was trying to write an email at the time) Looking for half hearted "your welcomes"... you've come to the right place. I ended up leaving my coffee it just wasn't worth it.

I used other branches of aroma cafe and have had a really good experience except for the one I had in Ringwood The gammon was overcooked and extreme tuff, easier to wear it as a sole for you're footwear than to eat Shame as all other outlets of this cafes are really good

Good service, good food, sensible pricing. The restaurant is a decent size with Indoor and outdoor seating, it's pretty modern and clean but does get busy at peak times. I've just had the big breakfast and swapped a couple items without issue, the coffee was great and the apple juice was squeezed fresh for my order and is fantastic. Big ice-cream counter I have yet to try, looks nice though.

A great family friendly cafe. Well cooked food and good service. It was very busy when we went. Menu geared to all day breakfast or chips market, but has vegetarian and vegan options. Just what we wanted for brunch.

First time of visiting, friendly staff, but Mr B a bit disappointed with the breakfast. Bacon was salty and thick & very hard to cut. I had 2 'Danishes' but they weren't a Danish I had had before, spongy and cake like, not flaky and crisp!! Coffees took a long time to arrive,but on a positive note they were very nice.

First time I have ever ordered anything from here and it 100% won't be the last. After being in hospital for a month and craving a cooked breakfast, I'm so glad we chose Cafe Aroma. Conveniently delivered within the estimated time, although we were fully prepared to wait longer. Food was really tasty, perfectly cooked and still hot even though we live 3 miles away. Friendly and helpful delivery driver too. Their menu looks amazing and I am looking forward to popping in for a coffee and a cake or lunch with friends. Thanks to all the staff. Just what I needed.
