Cafe Aroma in New Forest

This café is amazing! The atmosphere is cozy, the coffee is delicious, and the staff is super friendly. The food is also incredibly tasty and the portions are big, so you definitely get your money’s worth. Definitely my new favorite spot!

I recently went to Cafe Aroma Ringwood with my family and was thoroughly impressed by both the perfect cuisine and the impeccable service. The staff was very kind and friendly. They made our meal memorable. I can recommend this place all the time. It’s the best place in Ringwood. I will definitely come back there.

Lovely staff inside. Just feel quality gone down hill and we’ve been coming years. Expensive for cheap quality tasting food. More recently ordered a breakfast and the tomatoes and beans were so so salty. Wanted to share some with baby but was worried about salt content. Sausages tastes cheap and Ketchup cheap fake stuff. We end up spending 50/60 pounds and it’s really not at all value for money. We won’t be coming back as it’s just too expensive for quality of food your getting.

From the second we arrived, the staff and specifically the waitress made us feel very welcome and ensured throughout that every member of our party, including my 1-year-old son, enjoyed our stay. The type of service offered can only be described as being of the highest standards

So disappointed this morning. A simple two poached eggs on toast what a disaster. I was never asked if I wanted white or brown toast, The toast came pre buttered and cut like I was a child. The eggs were hard boiled not even a single drop of runny yoke. They were clearly poached in a microwave. And the price was ridiculous for what they served. They had eggs Benedict as a special At £14 I’m glad I didn’t east extra money on rubbery eggs!

Popped in today (Sunday) for an early dinner with the kids. Welcomed with a smile and was told to sit where we liked. The ladies who served us were very pleasant. All our meals came out hot and of a good size. Kids ordered ice creams which tasted lovely. Will definitely pop in again when next in the area.

I went for a Sunday breakfast with my family. The toast, omelet, freshly squeezed orange juice, tea, coffee, waffle, and smoothie were all truly delicious and delightful. The service was attentive, and the food was excellent. Thank you for everything. Looking forward to coming again. I definitely recommend it!

we only had take away drinks hot chocolate and coffee payed when got home checked online line banking it showed as Zettle £14 went back they said its not them but after doing more checks Zettle is card machine they use not going back there again robbing B .

Food brought out to us cold, where it was then microwaved and brung back! The jacket potato was raw in the middle too. Staff offered no money-off the bill and simply made excuses for their error. £60 unfortunately wasted on a rubbish meal. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here but there’s another lovely place up the road!

RINGWOOD AROMA!!! great atmosphere, great staff!! I found myself in a warm, friendly environment. You are all amazing, AROMA family. The food is amazing, the coffee is incredible. The best coffee and breakfast I've ever had in my life. It really made me addicted, I want to visit every day.

I just had a Roast beef from black board specials today lunch time. and taste was awesome also workers served me so gently and nicely with smiling face! Thst was so brilliant to have an attention by Chefs and waitress! Had chef was so funny and making some jokes with other workers that is so comfy atmosphere hahaha. Food was delicious and golden colour… I suggest the place all local people and rest ✨ Thanks for all kindness services!! 🙏

Very nice coffee shop I come back again

I’m going to try to be balanced here, because it wasn’t all bad, yet, it wasn’t all good either. The good points include the place was very clean, the staff were polite, friendly and apologetic when issues arose, it’s fairly good aesthetically and fairly well laid out.. The not so good points: £9.95 for a very basic breakfast - also ordered a coffee at the same time as our breakfast, but the coffee didn’t come out until we had almost finished our food , and the food itself took long enough itself but they were busy. Two toilets looked clean, but on closer inspection, one of them was blocked with paper and shit, and the flush didn’t work at all . Paying was an unpleasant experience with the guy on the counter, having to rummage through tickets to find ours… In summary, we wanted a breakfast, and this place we found to be serving them after 12 noon, which was good, but I wouldn’t rush back to this place.

Forgot my egg on mixed grill, so had to eat after meal finished and no chips left to dip in egg.

Great coffee and a very friendly greeting from all the staff. Friends had an "early breakfast" which they enjoyed (and not for the first time) which was good value too.

Absolutely awful place waited 60 mins for food had 3 kids with me had two members of staff come up to me and tell me it wouldn’t be long but yet still waited 30 mins and the price of food in there is ridiculous do not go in there!!

Our first visit was for 'Brunch' with my elderly mother and brother. We had a variety of drinks and sandwiches, all of which were perfectly presented and serviced with a smile. I decided to come back the following morning for breakfast with my other brother. What impressed me was the service and interactions we had with the team. Great portion sizes and value for money. Seating inside and and outside.

Absultly wanderful place, great food, amazing drinks. Had the best service there ever. I recomend to everyone.

Cafe Aroma in Ringwood is a great place for a family and good choices on the menu like all other Aroma's. Staff friendly, food great and location good. The atmosphere is very different from our usual Cafe Aroma in Poole which has an electric personal vibe even if you are a newcomer. But overall happy and love the outdoor seating.

Very noisy - music too loud and accoustics magnified background noise. Couldnt hold conversation.First capuccino had to be returned nearly all milk. Meal had to be returned. Luke warm tough and unchewable. No apology. Money taken off but card reader slammed down on counter. 1st and last visit. Expensive.

Went to the new Ferndown cafe for breakfast with some friends. Ordered breakfast that came out fast and was given the bill at same time . Half way through eating the waiter tried to take the plates away ( like trying to hurry us up ) , when we did finish the plates was taken away before you could blink Then a man ( think owner or boss ) came upto the table and pushed the bill under our nose and made comment it’s nice out side, he then pointed to the pay desk and said that’s where you pay ( we was being pushed out ) the cafe was only half empty and no one queueing to get in . Overall experience was once you eaten get out .

What a great venue, well done. Absolutely stunning venue however the food extremely expensive. Happy to pay but very poor quality. So sad. Don’t like to say this but £9.95 to a small sandwich too much.

Met a friend for lunch about a week ago, and we both had one of the daily specials. Not fancy, but very tasty and filling. Good service, quick and efficient. Good food for a moderate price.

Worst Sunday roast ever had .overcharged too. Absolutely tasteless food. Soggy Yorkshire pudding placed under the gravy and beef . Tasteless beef and veg. Beef tasted boiled . Hand written scrawl of a receipt out on table . Barely readable . Worked out when home that overcharged by about £10. Is this why they don’t have itemised bills ? Good trick. These guys Should stick to cafe food and not pretend to be a restaurant too. If you can’t season or make an English roast dinner then don’t do it. Beer way overpriced too. Gave it a go as a new business to the town but never again . Far better places out there .

Been to Ferndown today excellent layout and friendly staff I call it AromaSpoons but of course it is cafe aroma new business moved into the old NightJar. The wheelchair ramp needs rethinking it is too steep but everything else is fine. Food is great and plenty of room. They do everything in reason just ask or look at their menu. Bar looks really well designed.

we came upon this by chance, and feeling famished we decided to pop in. A nicely laid out place plenty of room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was served up very quickly and tasted very good. Would recommend this place. The toilet was very clean and well presented.

We usually have lunch here & we were shocked by how much they have raised the prices. My partner ordered cod & chips & received some grey looking fish🤮. We will take our business elsewhere from now on.

Great service, great food, great people

Spacious indoor/outdoor café/restaurant with friendly staff, good food and a nice atmosphere. Great for a quick coffee or a multicourse meal when you're in town or even as a special trip. The fried breakfasts are excellent, the mushrooms & the sausages in particular are very tasty indeed.

Very friendly and accommodating staff - every request was answered with a “yes” :-) Felt very welcomed and comfortable. Food was delicious and the ice creams are AMAZING - why can’t other places to eat off such yummy food and a sensible price like Aroma. We liked the place so much, we went back the next day. From friends from Oxford :-)

Ordered a continental breakfast while out with my friends. Everyone's food starts coming out individually while I'm still waiting. Cooking an English breakfast has a lot of moving parts so i was expected it to take a little longer, but after another 10 minutes of waiting after the point my friends have all already got their food I ask if my food is still on the way to a waiter, who tells me yes, it is. A minute later the waiter comes back and asks what it was I ordered(!). Weird thing to ask after telling someone they knew it was on the way! I tell them again and they say it's coming and leave. I then hear them walk around to the kitchen and ring the order in for the first time. By this point it's been about half an hour, my freinds have almost finished their food. Not wanting to sit their eating long after my freinds have finished I find the waiter and tell her to cancel it. All in all, an hour experience to get 1 cup of tea that frankly wasn't that great! Not to rag on literally everything, but paying 2 pounds for a cup of tea that arrived a tiny bit better than luke-warm isn't great. It came with far too much milk, and someone had clearly not even bothered to stir in the milk after pouring. Paying and checking out wasn't a great experience either. the guy taking the payment was notably annoyed that we wanted to actually split the order and pay for what we got (especially after the food jnot arriving). At first he tried to insists on just dividing the bill by the number of people and letting us handle working out who actually paid what. But by that point I had given up and had left it to my friends to handle it Think I'll give the place a miss

staff never come outside to take orders sometimes waiting 10 mins then got go inside to order, dont have an outside if staff dont want to go outside.

The quality of the food seems to have gone down hill. Used to love coming here for a fry up, however after today the fried egg was over cooked in a ring piece, the sausage was girthy but short and low quality, the hash browns were mushy, and the coffee was very milky without any flavour.

Busy & buzzy on a Saturday morning. Lots of regulars. Plenty of tables, inc outdoors, fully occupied on a rare sunny autumnal day 😀

Sat down opposite the till for ten minutes, no service , loud rude short grey haired server shouted at some other diner that it’s table service but clearly it isn’t because I was ignored , menu offered but begrudgingly only. Left without ordering and won’t recommend

Stopped for a cream tea yesterday, when asked where was the cream. Was told I would have to pay extra for the cream. Surely a cream tea includes the cream

Food was average and bit overpriced, i think this is down to the amount of staff that were working. Some staff friendly some seem a bit rude. But also staff didnt have alot to do as there was so many of them and were sat at the tables looking at you made me feel uncomfortable

Havent been here for a couple of years. Went in for a collection order, wow I was a little disappointed to say the least. The omelette I got for my mum was over done, and the bacon on my maxi breakfast was like the leather soles of some hobnail boots. Poor

There is no sourdough here, unlike all the other establishments in town. Its just good quality breakfasting. We had the egs benedict on bagles, They were really nice. Some of the other "full English " that we saw were enormous plates of food. Really great service given how busy they were and good VFM.

It was ok! My son’s coffee and walnut cake was presented beautifully, however the taste didn’t match as it was really dry. Service was friendly but we probably wouldn’t hurry back.

Poor service and food. Egg looked like it had been dropped on the floor. nobody asked if food was ok. The egg was left and when they collected we commented that the egg should never have left the kitchen. the response was...well lots of people like them like that. If a customer says they are unhappy about something you expect an apology not a rude sarcastic reply. sauce watered down and tasted awful. will never return and will never recommend. customer service training needed i think

Always stop here on a ride out that goes near Ringwood. Room for motorcycle parking almost outside and great staff inside. I take back what I said about parking, £75 fine for parking near here! Won't be stopping there again.

What a lovely , friendly cafe restaurant. We had breakfast here yesterday morning. The young lady that served us was constantly smiling. The place itself is very clean and the food superb. Give this place a go. Support local ! Very good value, good portion sizes and dog friendly.

We stopped for an ice cream. It was lovely. The staff were friendly, and the price was good.

The cafe is great. It's a nice place to grab a bite or drink. Don't go off menu tho as this cafe not a bistro. They serve good Basic food.

This cafe is well managed staff always attentive and nothing to small to make everyone visit enjoyable . Food freshly cooked full breakfast was top mark not just for the amount but the quality of food they use cafe tidy and clean so can't fault them . Plus I notice they had top hygiene rating too so we'll done guys

We decided to go out fro breakfast and Cafe Aroma was the first place we came across. The place was busy when we walked in so we sat at a small table opposite the kitchen. We ordered 1 tea, 1 coffee, 1 Maxi Breakfast and 1 late breakfast without tomato. The drinks were served promptly. They already had added milk to the tea which is unfortunate as people like to take it differently and this was not to my taste. While we were waiting for our food we witnessed several plates being returned as items had been added that had not been wanted. I witnessed the cook move other items on to another plate and sending them back out. This could have had severe consequences if the customers had requested the items not be included due to an allergy. When our food was served it seemed to be excessively greasy, items such as the fried bread had been cooked in oil. Obviously I did not eat it. A waitress came over and asked if I was finished (while my partner was still eating) and I told her of the problem. Her response was "oh really" in a disinterested tone. She took the plate and did not report the issue to the kitchen and more importantly did NOT apologise. I also noticed that a Mr Muscle bottle had been reused for a different substance (Mr Muscle is not dark green) which is a Health and Safety No no! This had been intended as a treat for my partner and I. However, we left with a bad taste in our mouths for a number of reasons.

A clean, decent cafe with plenty of choices at a reasonable price with fast, friendly service. I've been to this Cafe 3 times now and had decent fresh food, cooked nicely with a friendly fast service. We will definitely be going back next time we visit Ringwood A++++++

Large cafe with plenty of seating. We popped in for a coffee and snack. The coffee was lovely and hot. The scone was nice but the hot sausage roll was not so good. Not good quality. Service was good though.
