Best place around for a full cooked breakfast. And always poach their eggs perfect. Only slight criticism would be that the bacon isn’t the greatest. Everything else is 10/10 including the staff.

I often stay in Southport as I lived there for 7 years. I arrived last night for 1 weeks stay and searched for English breakfast – to find the Whistle stop café, which I had not been to before. So I went there this morning for the English breakfast. It lived up to the reviews on Trip advisor – quality ingredients especially the sausages, black pud and bacon. The latte coffee was so good that I had 2 glasses of it. The price of this quality breakfast was very reasonable by todays standards. I will be going back there for the English breakfast and Latte coffee before I leave Southport.
