Been here twice recently with my wife, had a coffee and a piece of cake. Waitresses really friendly, atmosphere nice & chilled. Would highly recommend a visit!

Really REALLY LOVELY staff ♥️ The food is lovely and cheap too. We took our dog and were offered a sausage for her before we even ordered for ourselves! Then we were offered a bowl of water for her too. We had English breakfasts and mine was vegetarian. Both were gorgeous. Coffee was really nice too. Loved this place, highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a friendly welcome to you and your dog. FANTASTIC! X

A lovely cafe, spotlessly clean, with very friendly, pleasant staff. The menu isn't huge, but the food is freshly cooked and absolutely delicious!! The prices provide excellent value for money......and the teapots have spouts that don't spill everywhere.....a particular bug bear of mine!!

Warm friendly staff very good food I'm making it my regular eating place from now on. A lovely atmosphere to have a delicious breakfast, although the staff are busy they make time for you to have a chat and genualy make you feel welcome.

A lovely immaculate Cafe. The food, prices and service you cannot fault. A service always with a smile within a genuinely caring atmosphere. The food is always freshly made and tastes lovely. Try it and see for yourself you definitely wont regret it.

Been going here every now and again for the past 10 years and every staff member I've seen here is proper nice and welcoming. Food is made in a nice timely matter and are really nice. Staff also make you feel welcome every time you come here. Would recommend anyone to come here

Coffee served 20 minutes before meal 1 item was missing off meal had to wait 10mins before it came out and bill for 2 people eating sausage chips beans coffee 16 pound ridiculously high never again

If you're looking for a straightforward, no frills, tasty full English breakfast with wonderfully friendly service, come here. We stopped based on other reviews and they did not disappoint. The woman who took our order was very nice and cheerful. The food was quite nice - nothing bland here! And it was served quickly. The coffee and latte were good. Really good value for the price. The owner bussed our table at the end and we had a delightful conversation - always great to meet such nice people on a long road trip. Parking is easiest in the lot across the street.

I haven't been personally, but my good friend Dave has. He works as a mental health care nurse, on the night shift. He's been through sheer hell recently and these wonderful people were so very kind and caring towards him. He had delicious food, and good company with them, as they listened to him relate a recent traumatic event he has gone through. To all at Suzy's Cafe - Thank you so much for looking out for my dear friend, your kindness is priceless.

An institution! Tucked down between Boots and Morrison's in Maghull. Excellent traditional food, warm welcome. Get there early, as places limited, but outside seating available. Parking in Maghull Square or Morrison's.

Nice,happy and chilled place. Didn't have to wait long for my food. They also do afternoon tea here as well with looks like it would be good.

I am delighted with the food and customer service I've recieved on my last two visits. The lovely ladies in this cafe go the extra mile and it really doesn't go unnoticed. The food is delicious and fresh. I enjoyed a scone with cream, jam and a fresh strawberry as well as a chicken sandwich with freshly cooked chicken. It was delicious. The Victoria sponge cake is delicious too 😋 I look forward to my next visit ☺

Brilliant I came in last week , had the three breakfasts , some didn't like some things and they were swaped at time of order , , I remember this place years ago as a little kid and even tho owners may a changed the atmosphere hasn't, it's still a decent traditional cafe , even now tho during covid , all measures are in place an you can clearly tell that from being their , I'd say this cafe is 100% safe to dine in any time of the year , till next time keep doing what you do

Went with my mum 11am today Wed. Very clean, excellent service, Lovely coffee, great breakfast freshly cooked 4.50 inc toast. Very pleasant ladies. I definitely recommend it. I will be going back without doubt.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. I have been visiting Suzy's cafe for many years and always had an enjoyable experience. Food and staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Since I started my small non-profit day service for adults living with Dementia, owner of Suzy's cafe, Sue, has gone out of her way to support us in every way she can. She always goes above and beyond to ensure our loved ones feel safe and welcome, and always have a very enjoyable visit. She makes a point of getting to know all her customers well, which makes you feel like your 'coming home' when you visit. As for COVID safety, again, Sue has gone above and beyond to ensure all her customers and staff are as safe as possible. I have literally not visited anywhere over the past year and a half that has felt as safe as here. You need to visit for yourself to experience this wonderful hub of the community, which are sadly so few and far between these days. Support local. Sue puts her heart and soul into ensuring each and every customer has an enjoyable visit xXx

This cafe continued to offer great food and great service. Free 're fills which is most unusual, I am also a vegetarian and the staff were very helpful guiding me through the menu. The environment was very clean and newly refurbished. I am very sensitive to smoke and there was no smoking or smells. I read the review below so must have been a one off. Will be returning, fantastic and than you.

Had lasagne was worst then £1 one from Iceland and half the size placed on plate with about 8 chips well over done. Had to squeeze life out the tea bag so week. For £6.30 was not value for money. Staff pleasant..but nothing will draw me back again.

very friendly and welcoming cafe, free refills of tea and coffee, now you don't get that in many cafe's. We had a cooked breakfast, which is served until 3.30 which comes with toast and a drink. Very nicely cooked and presented.

Very friendly staff and very clean and tidy. Breakfasts are really nice, i have pie sometimes but the pie crust outer edge is always hard which spoils it for me. But other than that the foods lovely. You also get free coffee refills.

Go there if you want your baby to get poisoned by tobacco smoke. Smoking not allowed inside but all the smoke floats in anyway through the open door. As on the tables outside ashtrays are provided which promotes smoking. Even another customer started coughing due to the poisonous tobacco fumes coming from outside. The employee just brushed it off and opens the door again. Sickening. Never to be entered again. Tobacco smoke is disgusting.

Called in Wednesday morning and my mate and me had a great breakfast really good for and excellent service the two young ladies were very nice and the food was top nosh will definitely be calling back when fishing in the area next time it's well worth a visit 😊😊

Visited yesterday with my Mum as it also has a toilet for customers which is handy if shopping in Maghull. Food was great and well priced. 2 ladies serving were nice and friendly. Its been recently refurbished by the looks of it but I've never visited it before so cant compare. It looks lovely anyway, nice and modern looking with decent space between tables. Spotlessly clean too and the offer to refill my teapot with hot water for free. We'll certainly be back.
