Brilliant pub with fun lively people

Steak was so underdone I was expecting it to eat the greens on my plate, had to cook it myself when it arrived. Rare is not uncooked.

First experience using this service, but easy enough to do. Will be using again.

Food was great for the value. Managed to get 14 drinks between us plus starters and 2 tapas for £70 which considering current prices is great value for money. Would recommend

The Delivery was fast just eat, The small roast was gorgeous plenty for me stuffing gorgeous thanks oh and no dishes to wash after 😎🙏🏼

Better than expected in truth, just moved to the area and dreaded trying to cook and unpack simultaneously then happened to see I could order a Sunday dinner for us, and it did not disappoint, will certainly order again.

Went for bfast. The bfast wrap was so good. Would recommend

Visited today for Sunday lunch, Pay and display obviously for Southport Please is located on lord street, Southport. Staff nice, prices slightly high in my eyes, Wanted big nice Sunday lunch, only Ham available, had fish and chips instead, others had Tapas and Sunday roast. You might as well order from just eat as 12 drivers collected their food before we got any, kitchen needs to prioritise its orders, waited one hour ten mins for very average fish and chips, will not returning. Just eat drivers coming in and out wafting smells of outside, every five minutes.

What a fantastic place, food is amazing and such lovely staff too, definitely recommend this place, can’t wait to go back 😊

Bottomless brunch! We couldn't have had a better experience at Corridor. The food was lovely with a choice of tapas with the bottomless brunch. The staff were always checking for when we were ready for another drink. It is a definite place we will return to as the rest of the menu looked amazing too.

Found this little Gem of a spot by chance today. Omg so glad we did. The food was amazing we shared the surf and turf platter with a side of gourmet chips. There was so much food we had to ask for a take away at the end. Everything cooked to perfection. Didn't catch the name of the lady working but she was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble. I'd also like to mention that they are currently donating all tips to alder hey childrens hospital after the attack on Monday. Can't wait to return xx

Ordered a sharing dish which was absolutely gorgeous. No problem changing the nachos to thick cut fries. The lady (Kaitlyn) serving was excellent. The music was very much to our taste also. Kaitlyn advised us about he soul events run monthly on a Sunday from 3pm - 10pm. We will defo return on Sunday when the hotels are cheaper and have a great afternoon/night. Please give it a try you won't be disappointed.

I've have been today with a friend 9th July . Arrived at 12.20 pm . We were the only customers in the place at the time . The waitress was very friendly and took our drinks order . Then came back for our meal order. A friend called in for a brief chat while we waited ordered a cup of coffee but was told Sorry we don't have the ingredients for a coffee but offered tea ? OK tea ordered . Waited for food to come the waitress offered an apology and said the gammon I ordered was only small and would I like to order another piece ??? Eh, when I replied if only small why not put another piece on in first place , she just shrugged and said we'll I offered. My friend ordered cajun chicken which arrived over cooked and difficult to eat . We complained and were offered the house wine for free . Overall NOT GOOD ENOUGH ,seeing as only us 2 in there the excuses at not acceptable. Will not be returning.

Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you want to feel comfortable, sat with friends to have the owner constantly giving dirty looks to our table. Food wise, if you walk to the ladies toilet you can partly see the kitchen where the floors don’t seem brushed and sides look dirty even when the kitchen is closed at night. Makes me wonder if they are cleaning it proper ever as always seems to be same way.

Ordered sandwich on brown bread, received white bread, tortilla chips not crisps, no toast with Signature breakfast

I'd prefer an option on how eggs are served, all were fried and the yoke was fully cooked. Sausages were nice and of good size compared to most other eateries in the area. Wasn't so keen on thr bacon, too fatty and oily for us. I do like that you get portions of butter for your toast and not already buttered. Much prefer it this way. Would order again if there were more options on the eggs as I prefer poached runny yoke.

Delivery guy couldn't find our house, I had to go out to him at a different address. I ordered a big breakfast and my wife a small breakfast, delivered two small breakfast, but paid for the more expensive breakfast. will not.use again.

Steak sandwich was very dry & Tasteless!

My 3rd visit to the Corridor Bar, this time to try out the famous Sunday roast, which did not dissapoint. Huge portion, served piping hot. Waitress worked very hard serving customers, she was rushed off her feet! However, 3 things spoiled our enjoyment...the volume of the music, the very loud group of very happily inebriated people whose strident voices and loud laughing wasn't conducive to eating or normal conversation. And thirdly, the lovely little dog at the next table. I love them, and have no objection to dog friendly places. But he shouldn't have been allowed on the bench seat next to his humans. In a restaurant, he should be on the floor under the table. ( my friend is allergic). Not sure if I'll ever go again on a Sunday.

Checked with Dog Friendly Southport Facebook folk and they recommended Corridor for a nice birthday dinner. Right from the off, we knew we were in a great place with Northern Soul tunes spilling on to the walkway outside. Inside is cool and modern. The service is super friendly and welcoming. As soon as we walked in Pinter Pooch was offered a bowl of water, before we’d ordered our own drinks! The excellent music continued and we were recommended a sharing platter. We had the Surf and Turf - absolutely delicious! We had to get a ‘doggy bag’ to take away, there was so much. The bill came and I nearly fell over - less than £50 for a bottle of fizz, a lager and a feast. I cannot recommend this place enough and I will definitely be back!!!!

Me and my friend went for the bottomless cocktail brunch, the atmosphere was lovely, great value for money and would highly recommend.

My grandsons 18 yesterday the food fantastic x the staff were brilliant 👏 they even had put balloons 🎈 on the table. Made are special night so amazing 👏 🤩

Lovely experience the man who took our orders was one of the most friendly people we have ever met was really chatty and was so good with my allergy would happily go again.

We had the festive bottomless brunch and it was lovely. The best roast potatoes I have had in ages. The staff were so helpful as my friend is gluten free they really went above and beyond for us all. We be returning in the New Year. Thank you 😊

I made an order on just eat and waited an hour for it to arrive, but it didn't arrive and when I called to ask if they were delivering my food, they told me they were busy and hung up on me straight away! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The roast dinner was fantastic, plenty of it, hot and tasty.

I had a tuna sandwich, my husband had the roast, it looked amazing, he really enjoyed his roast, both meals were presented nice. One young lady serving g ys, she was very friendly and professional.

This wouldn't be a place I imagined to dine in. And how wrong I was! Had Sunday roast,and it was really tasty. Pleasant and very friendly service. Another nice discovery in Southport 👍

I absolutely love this bar and we have been going for a good few years now. When we have friends over we always take them and it's always Fab. Last night was so much fun, loads of people in there, great atmosphere. And we absolutely love kareoke. Thanks to you all, bar staff and kareoke DJ couple for the best time. What a little gem of a place! We popped in for a pint before the air show on Saturday and had a good chat. We thought it was slightly odd recommending other places to eat... But maybe that was said with the confidence that they do great food, because when we returned later to eat it was a great experience. Wonderful food & service. We'll be back!

I came with my partner and some friends to celebrate a friends promotion. Shaun and the team were brilliant, no faults at all. Service was second to none, food was to die for and the atmosphere really supported the occasion. Can’t thank the Corridor enough for a great time!

I booked a table for Saturday afternoon at 3.30. On arrival a girl came from behind the bar and said our table was ready. They had given us the window table with high stools. Due to me have a bad back I said that I could not sit on the stool. The girl then said that I had requested that particular table. I stated that I hadn't and never would due to my back. She called the manager over who told me they thought that we would like the window table. So different story again. They had a party coming in at 4 so they could sit us down on one of their tables but we would have to rush eating. I shown the manager my booking which did not state any table preference only time. We were then told we could sit outside, but there were no tables there. We left and went to the Windmill were the food was excellent. Needless to say we won't be going back there.

Welcoming guy behind the bar, who seemed to be doing everything but the cooking. Although he was totally in control. We were going to order a Sharing Platter and a couple of Small Plates, however the guy, thankfully, talked us out of it, saying there would be more than enough with just the Sharing Platter. He was totally correct. A huge platter of lovely food and dips arrived reasonably quickly. We enjoyed the meal very much. The music was good too. With the exception of the loud man intimidating his little boy at the table next to us it was a relaxing atmosphere - that wasn't the fault of The Corridor though!

30.07.23 Walked past noticed it was a Northern soul day 3pm till 10pm good selection of beer on draught,great atmosphere and free bar food about 5pm, well worth a visit thanks 😊 😀

It was a midweek visit. Food was lovely, had 3 small plates. Just enough to carry on drinking.

We went Friday afternoon, 31 June. Ordered the sharing platter. Absolutely superb. Friendly waitress and excellent service. Will certainly go back.

Very disappointed, had been recommended this place by a friend but the food arrived cold and the chips arrived burnt and un edible.

Spoke to a lovey lady Chris and she has rectified the matter and has sent me out a replacement meal which was lovely never had a problem before so was shocked today but problem has been sorted out

The food was awful I paid £30 for a little bit of meat 2 potatoes and a Yorkshire pudding and one of the meals was not sealed properly so that was all emptied out in the bag and it was cold I’m very unhappy with the service and food quality

I love it we had birthday party they closed it for us for 3 hours and the buffet was amazing I can't say I have ever better lovely birthday food and the desert was just gorgeous. we really enjoyed our night there. drinks for decent price,lovely staff and later on dj and karaoke 🎤 sure coming back again

A little disappointed this week. Ordered beef as there was only beef and pork left (obviously very popular on Sundays). Beef was tough as old boots. Food was barely warm. Spuds hard. This is our go to Sunday roast order, usually unbeatable value and quality. Will go back again, it was probably a one-off glitch. We all have bad days, so fingers crossed normal outstanding service will resume.

Food was really nice good portion and very tasty

We came here for a mother's day meal and we weren't disappointed! We had the roast and the only thing I'd fault with it was that the beef was a bit underwhelming. Otherwise a fantastic dish! The gentleman working was very nice and kept making sure If we needed anything. Definitely will return
