By All Means Pizza And Pasta in Cherwell

Every time we order always great food friends who visit always love it the best kebabs in Bicester, the wraps are fantastic. Never cold always delivered on time. All I would say is don’t slag local businesses off completely n tact them directly first.

Got to say as a loyal customer for probably 20+ years this is by far the worst take out I've received absolutely disgusting...beefburger is 100% different than before, chicken in the kebab definitely cooked a different way (giving broken fork bicester) vibes....gross ..I'm so shocked I always thought I could count on by all means previously (papillon) I'm shocked I won't order again absolutely disgusting. Everything is different and absolutely awful...not byallmeans standards at all..👎👎👎👎👎👎

Have ordered before and got a few orders wrong before but tried again but their website took money out of my account but they received no order, which I had called to ask them if they had received it. The man became very rude and then told me I needed to apologise and I said I would not because I was asking about my order and that the website had taken the money with no order then he threatened to come to my house! Absolutely disgusting!

Ordered this evening for the family it took 1 hour and 40mins to arrive and was stone cold.we had more lumps of onion then any other salad the food was freezing cold and the minute steak chewy the pizza was super dry as were the burgers.will not use again

Absolutely disgusting , ordered two family sized pizzas and was greeted with this, the size of a smalls at other places and furthermore had a horrible fishy tested like had been left about. Really shocked at the service as the pizza barely fed me I’m not sure how it is being sold as family size going to try look into trading standards as doesn’t seem right to market as family size seem as what I received, feel like been scammed, either that or a driver got hungry and had some slices. unsatisfactory experience and complete waste of money

I wish I had waited to order. Placed an order maybe too early in the day. The order arrived in a timely manner but meeeeeeehn ! It was cold…… I mean the food. Three meals all cold and pitta bread had suffered. Lamb kebab meats were cold and rubbery to chew. Too much onion like it was running out of fashion, they probably run out of lettuce and put too much onion to compensate. We should’ve just had beans on toast as I had originally planned. Or better still, don’t order too early in the evening as they serve previous days leftovers !!

Amazing burgers and chips, have also tried the Calzone, Pizza and jacket potato's. Big portions, lovely food and very quick delivery too. Highly recommend.

The manager there was absolutely horrible to the customers, and his own staff!! DO NOT GO ORDER FROM THERE unless you want abuse.

Poor customer service on the phone! I ordered steak and instead I received a chicken wrap, Appalled by the way the woman spoke to me on the phone and had no resolution to the wrong order. I expected a full refund or a replacement to my order However I did not receive any of this and had to eat what I had the chicken is dry and cold, Do you not intend to be ordering from here any time soon!! Me and my partner are appalled by our service on the phone.

Me and my family have been ordering from By All Means for years. We order once a week spending between £30-£40 each time. Last night our order came stone cold, I called to either get a refund or warm food. I got given a mouthful by the man on the phone, telling me I was lying as it hasn’t been sat there it had been cooked and left for delivery. He was a very rude, arrogant man, the phone call ended with him saying “if I send you out 2 new pizzas, I don’t want you to order from here ever again”. The 2 new pizzas didn’t replace the whole order but never mind! We definitely will not be ordering there ever again. I’m disgusted with how I’ve been treated.

Had a pepperoni pizza on Tuesday, it was so salty I suffered with a stomach ache all day Wednesday. I won't be ordering from them again, I'll stick with "Bicester Pizza House" from now on..

I have been ordering from By All Means for over 12 years and their food has never, ever, been substandard. The food is very good quality, delivery can be a bit long, obviously when it’s busy, but always worth the wait.

The food is always really nice and fresh, but the prices are really extortionate and it doesn't reflect on the food quality. 15.70 for a veggie calzone with nothing more than broccoli, onion, pepper, courgette and cheese and herbs in is quite a joke, that's about 800% profit. It's also very bland.

We order from here about once a month and the food is consistently good. Freshly cooked mixed wraps, lots of salad and a choice of sauces. The menu is varied for a take away, pastas, pizzas,kebabs, burgers, salads and baked potatoes. Food delivered in about 40 mins. Priced slightly higher than some of the other take aways in Bicester but the mixed wraps are are very good and found nothing to match it as yet.

Can't believe what I had received. I ordered a jacket potato with chives and sour cream. They charge £1.20 for additional extras and couldn't believe they literally added 7 or 8 sprinkles of chives (individual bits of chive) on my jacket potato for £1.20, I felt embarrassed for them. Also order lamb fillet kebab for £6.95, the pitta bread was burnt to the point it was like charcoal and the portion size of the lamb was about 4 mouthfuls. After this experience I will never order from By all means again, I don't no how there still in business. I am so annoyed and frustrated that I wish I never ordered from them, complete was of money and the food was well below average.

Disgusting customer service and very rude manager. Would never ever order here again and feel sorry for anyone that does.

Vivimos en Bicester, 2. 2 millas desde el restaurante para ser exacto. Porque Nuestra casa tiene otro nombre en el pesebre, pueblo persistió que teníamos que pagar una tarifa de entrega a pesar de estar en Bicester. Él ni siquiera tome una pausa para escuchar para decirle que vivimos en Bicester. Luego, cuando yo también hoy el banco me parece que me cobraron mas de lo que nos había cotizado a teléfono a mi tarjeta. Absolutely disgusted with the service given by the manager I normally would rate them good as always order from them not only did I spend £25 I waited 40mins for the food order to come wrong with no sauce like asked rang to tell them this for them to agree send some sauce out rang back 10 mins later by this time food was stone cold I explained to the manger he was very rude and didn't even offer to send a fresh meal out never ordering from here again disgusting customer service

Comida fría! ! Gerente GROSERO ABUSO.Teníamos partido familia y después de usar por todos los medios la semana pasada y la comida era realmente buena, pedimos de nuevo esta noche. La comida llegó en buen tiempo, pero todos nosotros comimos cordero kofte corporales (les había la semana pasada) y estaban fríos. Recto en el teléfono para quejarme y mientras probaba la carne por teléfono y fue 25°C. Director no quiere saber. Ningún reembolso y se negó a tomar comida de vuelta. . . . . . The menu offers lots of different choices something for everyone. Never had a bad meal from here and ordered from here lots of times. Great choice for kids as well.

Ordered food for 7 people on a Saturday evening. The food was with us in under 45 minutes and the driver was very friendly. Cannot wait for my next meal!

Esta fue mi primera vez con "por todas significa" se puede ir en línea y elegir lo que te gustaría pero sólo puede ordenar por teléfono, esto no fue un problema y la chica que hablamos era agradable y eficiente. Me dijeron que la comida sería entregado con 45 minutos que era aceptable. La comida llegó a unos 45 minutos más tarde y el chico de entrega era perfecto, la comida en sí era preciosa y era muy fresca. Con los precios razonables y la degustación de comida genial podría ser un sábado noche de lo normal.

Soy un cliente habitual de Todos medios y sé que siempre recibirá consistente comida cada vez que pides. Siempre llega a alrededor de 45 minutos después de que orden, así que sé exactamente cuando a la orden si no quería que llegara a un cierto tiempo. Cuando la comida llega siempre bien embalados y entregados por el personal cortés.

Tuve una comida servida desde aquí y ya que normalmente es desde aquí fue agradable caliente y sabrosa. Servicio excepcional

Utilicé este llevar regularmente como la comida siempre era buena, sin embargo yo tenía dos entregas que estamos piedra fría cuando llegaron por lo que llamé y me quejé sólo y me dijeron que estaba mintiendo? intentó pedir mes pasado y me dijeron que estaba...

Absolutely beautiful food. We didn't order from any other take away since this place opened, but after tonight's incident I will never ever order from there again. Telephoned order, rude young lady answered the telephone ... Had to give my order three times (not a difficultly usually ordering three items) ... Then told they can't do garlic bread with cheese and tomato?! She was so rude, I told her I'd leave it - to which she replied something or other ... Which was again in a rude and sarcastic tone. Such a shame as poor service ruins businesses!
