Good local pub with a great atmosphere. Good range of Alcohol choices at reasonable prices.

The manager kept aggressively throwing bottles into the skip behind the bar, generating huge noise, at first I thought he was just in a bad mood, but with hindsight I think it's a habit he's developed. Most customers were flinching every time there was this awful smash. Bizarre!

Great atmosphere and a decent selection of beers. A great place to have a pint after work or simply enjoy some live sports. The outside area is very nice when weather allows. Central location just across train station

Excellent little pub directly opposite Haywards Heath station, me and my friends regularly visit over the weekend for food and a few drinks and have done for years. Dog and children friendly, welcoming to everyone. The staff are always polite and chatty. The pub has completely turned itself around over the last couple of years with a great team and landlord, live music, sports and a great pub garden. The atmosphere at the Burrell is faultless, always a good night, would recommend to anyone.

The Burrell Arms is an institution within the Haywards Heath community. Located opposite Haywards Heath station the pub offers a welcoming, fun and lively atmosphere with drinks reasonably priced and good pub grub. Saturday nights are brought to you by resident DJ Paul, spinning a mix of tunes to a fun and up for it crowd!

Kind and attentive team, the landlord, his assistant and the lovely supervising couple always do everything to make customers feel welcome and comfortable if you are a hardcore regular or if you've popped in for a cheeky pint because your train has been delayed :)

Friendly staff but very limited choice of real ales. TVs for watching sport plus a snooker table. Close to railway station

Visited the Burrell after getting off the train from work, the pub is in a great location situated opposite the station, I visited alone and was greeted by friendly staff and fair prices. Plenty of places for me to tuck myself away as a solo customer. Will defiantly be returning

The band were great! Myself and friends enjoyed a few drinks at the Burrell over the weekend, they had a live band who got the night off to a good start, music for all and everyone dancing. Drinks prices are average, clean toilets and polite staff, would recommend the Burrell arms

Visited a couple of times over weekend as staying locally, friendly staff and locals. Food very nice and lots of screens for watching sport. Would definitely call in again when next in area.

Lovely visit to the Burrell as always. We visited for afternoon drinks with all of the family, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Lots of great drink options to chose from, sports shown on the TV throughout the day, pool table available and live music on weekends. Great local pub!

Went to the Burrell Arms for food with family Had a lovely meal food was brilliant came out quickly and meet the chef George it gets busy with for food it's only a one person kitchen so be patient George wilson he the head chef needs a pay rise will be back soon

GREAT SERVICE!! We felt instantly welcomed by the staff who were accommodating of our every need. We bought our dog who was very much welcomed too, the staff ensured he had water and a couple of treats. Lunch at the Burrell was a very pleasant experience, fast and friendly service, excellent prices for the quality of the food. Would recommend!

Ok pub by the railway station. Called in for a quick pint whilst waiting for connection.

Never any till roll paper in the pumps. Means you quick fuel and then have to walk around all the other pumps failing to find one that is loaded and then go Inside and queue behind the other non petrol grocery buyers and then tell the person it’s the one on the other side of pump 4 but no I can’t remember how much it was but I’ll go back and have a look for you and then I’ll come back and queue again and then you’ll give me the receipt and you’ll shrug but do nothing about it.

Nice local pub. Mix of all age groups and professions. Sitting right across the street from the train station, a lot of people come in on their way home for a drink or a quick bite. Sport shown on screens.

A handy pub just opposite Haywards Heath station. With a garden seating area at back of pub. They serve the best pint of Harvey's I had for a while in a pub.

Ok pub but it's like a lot of pubs outside railway stations, travellers moving through or hardened regulars.

Bar staff made several passive agressive comments to our group for ordering via the app, implying we were lazy. Not disability friendly. If you really hate taking app orders/doing table service that much - disable it!

Booked a table for six. Were given a table in the bar area for 4. Seats for six, with short table big enough for 4 - would have been an unacceptable squeeze. Music was very loud. And the first thing I noticed was the young staff who coughed heavily into her hand and then grabbed glasses to serve beer. What??? May be a good place for loud drinkers - not for people who want a comfortable meal.

A great place to have a drink opposite Haywards Heath rail station which makes it convenient to have a refreshment before catching a train the bar staff are helpful polite and the Burrell Arms has good selection of refreshments definitely worth a vist if you have time between trains

This is a great pub with very friendly staff. We popped in here when our train got cancelled. We had such a good time we scrapped our plans to go to Brighton and stayed here for the day eating, drinking and playing pool. We will be back.

Popped into the Burrell for a drink after work, only a stones throw from Haywards Heath station which is perfect for those who commute like me. Fast and friendly service and very reasonable prices, highly recommend.

Im from The Netherlands and i visited friends of mine in Haywards back in March. This pub is a magical place with super friendly staff and good food. Absolutely love it here and ill be back in december to come and chill. Oh yeah and have some of the delicious mac and cheese! 😉

What a great night at the Burrell watching the live Elvis tribute. The burrell was filled with happy people, friendly staff and a great atmosphere, looking forward to popping down for some more live music soon.

I've been visiting this place regularly for over a decade mostly for lunchtime and after work drinks and it is a nice place with a nice feel. Staff are usually very friendly and the beer is usually top notch. When it hasn't been it's been replaced with no quibbles. A bit expensive for what it is but I guess part of that is the good location near the station. It has a huge beer garden which is a sun trap and well worth a visit, it used to be swarming with wasps for years which ruined our experiences but since lockdown they seemed to have sorted that out which is great. Food is good and reasonably priced, more often than not though they have left allergens in my food that was requested (and confirmed by the staff) to be removed. Not the end of the world as I usually get to keep the extra chips but the burger is inedible for me with dairy and egg on it. It is always replaced with apologies but it genuinely happens ALOT so some diligence here would be hugely appreciated. Overall well worth a visit with lovely staff and a good location.

Really clean when we visited. A bunch of us all came at once but they were more than accomodating. Friendly and quick staff, food looked amazing! Friendly atmosphere and even had a pool table. Toilets were in good condition too.

No problems and nice enough. Pub by a station, so just how you might expect. But nice and clean, decent selection. Pool table tucked into an area where there isn't quite room, with tables around it, bit of a shame. I wouldn't put you off, but you wouldn't make a day of it in there

Fantastic pub to meet friends or family. The staff give fantastic service. Food is good, from standard Green king menu, however a brilliant selection of meals, Well recommended.

After a stressful week of travelling and working, got off the train and went for a pint. Lively buoyant place. Great staff with a wicked sense of humour and great banter between them. Just how a pub should be. Well done all keep it up.

Rude staff food was disappointing beer was flat coke tasted old spoke to the manager and didn’t care told me to try somewhere else if I didn’t like it not impressed sort it out!!
