Will start with the negatives….poor chef keeps being asked is he Stephen Merchant?‍♂️Positives - Superb as ever! Nothing has changed. Great vibes, great staff (bar lady superb (2nd night) and well the burgers…your loss if you don’t come! Also Budvar on tap which is rare to see. Just love this place! Thank you Stephen and staff for another great evening.

We found this by accident as we were staying in a local hotel but just wanted a quick meal and an early night.What we found was an awesome burger bar that really was excellent and the food was sublime. We would recommend to anyone who loves a good burger and knows what a well put together burger should deliver.Would go again if we are ever in the area without looking at anything else. Worth the rave reviews!

Great variety in burger construction is what sets this place apart from similar eateries, more often than not there’s 2 or 3 burgers that stand out on any given menu. I’ve had 4 different burgers from here over the last few years, all consistent in quality and flavour, there’s still a few I’d like to try. Each burger is unique in its well paired combinations of toppings and condiments. Fries are well seasoned regardless of which type you choose from the options available, far from the basic fries you sometimes find at burger restaurants . Personally recommend the chilli beef option. The restaurant/bar has an intimate feel about it, never feel rushed to finish your meal whilst still providing efficient service.

This is a little hidden gem, fantastic food, great service. The BEST burgers ever, blow the 5 Blokes out of the water. Fries were the best as well. It really is worth go out of your way to find this place.

After reading all the hype I wanted to find out what this place was all about, but I found it lacking in both the customer service and the food. 1. Customer service: The food was delivered late, 45 minutes after the delivery time supplied by Just Eat. The man who answered the telephone was rude and argumentative when I telephoned the restaurant to politely enquire about my order,I requested contact-free delivery but this was not adhered to.2. Food. The meat portion of the burgers was very good but the buns were soggy and the onions in the topping were raw. The fries had some kind of unappetising herb/spice sprinkled all over them, which I had not asked for. Overall a disappointment; next time I want a burger in Bath I will try one of the many other such establishments.

We had mozzarella dippers for starter wow these were delicious. I had the Gotham burger & my husband had the 12 monkeys burger we are both massive foodies and love a good burger, now these were good burgers! The chips was insane! The strawberry daiquiris was 10/10 and we ate outside under a heated umbrella was such a nice meal.. the service was brilliant and I would definitely return next time we are in bath. Second time here this week. Regular haunt when here for work. Superb burgers and special fries to match. Draft Czech bud a bonus. Django on Monday and 3 Amigos tonight. Well worth the pain to lose the gain later. Overindulgence but who cares.

Big portions, great staff, reasonably priced. If you are wondering if its worth it look at the pictures! One of my favorite eat in/take outs in Bath. All I will say though is it can get a bit busy and the building is quite small so be prepared to take out or eat on the tables outside.

Ordered on just eat was a bit skeptical would it be as nice as eating in. Yes! Is the answer, carefully packaged well made and still got those intense flavours

Great place to come for some meaty treats. Bit out of the centre, but keeps it free of the thronging tourism trade. Really nice and accomodating, wife is celiac but the guy knew the menu top to bottom and what she could and couldn't have. Really happy to have found this place.

Have eaten here a few times now and every time we can’t help saying “mmmm” “oh my god” as we tuck in, delicious! Best burger and fries in Bath. If you are dining in there is limited space, so best to phone in advance.

Teníamos las patatas fritas picantes que estaban muy bien.Si estuviera en Bath de nuevo, sin duda volvería a comer allí.

MeatBusters have a wide range of creative and really great burgers, the Danny Dorito, the Gotham, the 3 Amigos and the Hell's Bells satisfied us four hungry guys after a long days journey. 10/10, we'll be back.

The best burger and cheesy chicken chilli chips in bath , delicious every time , 10 out of 10 , normally eat in but had our 1st takeaway today due to this dreaded Covid 19 takeaway only at the moment, still fantastic!

Massive thank you for all who worked on our burgers. First time to order since lockdown and we found the first place to visit after we back to normal. Have you ever experienced a moment like ours ? We just bit on the fries when it's arrived and knew it will be perfect. I'm not sure I've ever had a beef patty like this before. It melts in your mouth. Toppings are great but seriously it could come with anything.. well done on this ! See you soon.

Hands down the nicest burger I’ve had in a very long time! Amazing choice, delicious toppings, incredible sides and it’s all freshly made. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and an extensive cocktail list - what’s not to like?

Easily the best burger I've had in a very, very long time. Everything was freshly prepared and tasted incredible. The staff were really friendly and accommodating, they put the rugby on for us and let us eat at the bar so we could get the best view. There was a great atmosphere with the locals, everyone was really chatty and friendly. Wish we lived closer to visit again.

We visited MeatBusters when we were in Bath for a few days from Scotland. We were given a table downstairs. It was a tiny wee place but we were the only ones down the stairs. Bench seating, very quirky surroundings but it suited us. Staff were excellent and the food was delicious. Burgers easily the best we have had for a very long time. We enjoyed a nice lager to go with our food. We were there for ages and it was just a lovely place. Prices were very reasonable.

Small, as in very, restaurant/bar not in the cventre of Bath but a truly outstadning experience. Burgers were as good as anything we have had and chilli fries were to die for. Abequate selected of bottled beer but cocktails and wine if wanted,. Staff were friendly, enthuiastic and so glad we booked and visited.

Me and my girlfriend went here after hearing about it from a friend. Defiantly worth a visit! Burgers were very delicious and the staff were very friendly making for a lovely chilled atmosphere.

I went out with my husband for dinner tonight. The food was so delicious and the staff friendly and welcoming. We will definitely go again.

There ain’t joking in the other reviews when they say it is small! 4 tables and stools at the bar. So advised booking.

Planing our visit to Bath and saw this little gems reviews. With a love for burgers I booked a table for 2. What great burgers, a really beautiful atmosphere and the rustic feel.... we weren’t disappointed. The staff are friendly, the regulars welcomed you and the reviews & ratings are well deserved.

I visited Meatbusters this week with my partner for an early evening bite to eat. We hadn't booked a table but we were lucky enough to be able to be seated at the bar. It is a small restaurant but this added to its charm. We were warmly greeted with a smile by ?Ronnie? one of the owners as soon as we entered. The food was delicious, I like my food spicy and so ordered The Hells Bells Burger and my partner ordered The Jerk Chicken burger and we shared the Cheese Lovers fries on the side. The burgers and fries were delicious and certainly up to the reputation this place has looking at the reviews on here.

made a reservation as there 5 of us on a Saturday before the Rugby...glad we did as the place is quite small, but what a great lunch the burgers were fanatastic. despite only having a couple of staff...no delays at all. we will be back.

Choose this place to have a bite to eat on my way to town. Had the cheese lovers fries, lucky luke burger and a milkshake. Food was fantastic with big portions which i was not expecting. I would recommend this place to all burger lovers. You must try it if you are in Bath.

Teníamos una mesa reservada para las 8 pm del sábado 16 de noviembre, llegamos 40 minutos antes con la esperanza de tomar una copa antes de comer. ¡Entramos en una atmósfera muy poco acogedora! El hombre del bar simplemente nos miró y ni una vez se ofreció a traernos una bebida. . . ¡Apenas sonrió! El camarero se acercó y me preguntó si podía ayudarnos, le dije que teníamos una mesa reservada a las 8 pm para nosotros 4. Su respuesta fue una hora antes (¡no teníamos 40 minutos! ¡No es que eso importe!) ¡Su mesa aún no está lista! Nos quedamos sorprendidos, mi cuñado dijo que está bien que sirvas cerveza, todos estuvimos de acuerdo en que nos sentíamos enormemente incómodos en el restaurante. Es pequeño y solo nos estaban mirando groseramente, así que decidimos irnos. No ayudado por el hecho de que es pequeño allí. . . . ¡pero eso no hubiera importado si nos hicieran sentir bienvenidos! No hace falta decir que no volvimos a las 8 pm para nuestra comida y comimos en otro lugar. !

Reservamos en línea solo para mí. Cuando llegué me dijeron "no hacemos reservas para 1, pero supongo que puedes sentarte abajo si quieres". Después de esa horrible experiencia en el frente de la casa, decidí irme. No importa cuán buena sea la comida, si su personal es tan grosero, ¿por qué molestarse?

Aunque habíamos hecho una reserva (buen trabajo), el lugar estaba lleno un martes por la noche y tuvimos que sentarnos en el bar, hasta que hubo una mesa disponible en la trastienda. Tomamos cerveza, cócteles, además de una botella de vino tinto, con alitas de pollo seguidas de hamburguesas. Todo muy bien, incluso si el restaurante es un pequeño "azar", lo disfrutamos.

Recommend the 12 Monkeys burger. Best burger I have had in years. Top quality beef and delicious chicken wings as well. Only downside is the size of the place. Way too small (2 tables downstairs!) but I would go back. 2 clean plates at the end.

An intimate place with simply delicious burgers! Very tricky to decide what to have I chose farmer brown burger with cheesy fries and my partner had the Gotham with el Greco fries. Wow we both couldn’t think of a better burger it was so flavoursome and delicious. Parking is a little tricky but it’s so worth the effort. A hidden gem in Bath glad we found it!

We came here as a family after seeing the reviews. Unfortunately they didn’t have the beetle juice (veggi) burger which was a shame, wish I had called in advance as my wife was a bit disappointed. There were a good selection of and overall they were pretty good. There were lots of options for fries with extra toppings, we got a couple of standard and special ones but overall I would opt for the standard fries. The place looks pretty cool inside, it’s quite small so i recon it’s Important to book.

We came here on a quick trip to Bath. The food was amazing, huge portions but delicious burgers. The place is tiny so I’d recommend booking if you want to guarantee a seat! Highly recommended though!

Absolutely amazing burgers! Some of the best we’ve ever had. So many to choose from on the menu too. Loaded fries tasted great and again lots of choice for the toppings. Great service, very friendly and made us feel welcome.

visited yesterday after booking on opentable. out of bath centre but very small so better to book. The burgers were quarter pounders with 2 in the larger ones. all cooked fresh. Had farmhouse and 12 monkeys. both excellent. Fries also really good. Not cheap but well worth it with decent beer selections Good midweek deals too on website.

Intimate and cool place. Huge range of burgers, definitely something for everyone. I had omelette in mine with a pretty fiery sauce. A massive selection of fancy chips as well. Great service and highly recommended

My wife and I stopped here for a burger. We checked out the menu whilst walking past and thought the choice of burgers was good.

Mouth watering these burgers are on a serious level! We came in, walked from town thinking it was a bit further out... And I can tell you it Was sooo worth it! We were sat at the bar, which I admit to begin with I was unsure about the intimate setting, but the staff were so friendly and the atmosphere was so great, I relaxed in seconds. Menu was vast, I didn't know what to pick.. I had the Gotham and my husband had the django, slaw and chicken chilli fries (pause) BEST BURGERS EVER Pink in the middle and delicious.... End of the story, please walk to this place from town, its incredible and if you love a burger, this will blow your mind!

The menu now excludes lots of vegetarian meals we had a delicious beetroot and chickpea burger with Hallomi fries and jelopeno coleslaw delicious.

My husband and I were visiting Bath and stopped in here. It’s a tiny place, but they accommodated us on the patio. The burgers are all cooked fresh, so be prepared to wait 20 minutes for food. The burgers were big, but also lots of sauce. I needed to eat it with a fork and knife. We paid 25£ for two burgers, cheese fries and a coke. Decent meal, better price!

Great place to grab some grub...had the classic burger as well jerk chicken burger! Both excellent flavour! A great place to welcome us to Bath!

We were lucky enough to visit quite early on a Monday evening so it was very quiet. The service was good and food arrived quickly and, oh boy, was it ever worth finding this place! What an amazing burger! We both really enjoyed our meals. Thank you so much!

Had high hopes considering it’s the “4th or 5th” best burger in the uk, which isn’t true just go to London there’s plenty of better ones with better service, food was nice tbf but restaurant was tiny, bloke behind the bar was miserable & wasn’t welcoming or helpful at all really, just sat there with his 3 mates watching football & they were all talking crap & wasn’t really bothered about there customers, probably wouldn’t go back

We just came across this little hidden gem on google when we were visiting bath. It is a little bit out of the centre but was worth the walk!

The food was outstanding with a great selection, great rapid service with a fantastic atmosphere in the bar.

This is not a normal burger & fries joint, this is not a fast food joint, this is the best burger and fries I have ever had.

We visited this quirky little burger bar after reading recommended reviews on here. We were not disappointed! We had four different types of burgers, homemade slaw and sweet potato fries, they were delicious!! Kids had freshly made "proper" strawberry milkshakes which were yummy as I tasted them! Loads of different loaded burgers to choose from with guest burgers alongwith beers if wanted. Well worth a visit!

After running a tough mudder we decided to treat ourselves with these lovely burgers. Me and my partner travel round and score burgers and this place definitely came straight on the top. I got dirty fries with jalapeños cheese sauce and chicken, absolutely delicious.. burger with peppery beef patties, garlic sauce, chicken, soft bun.. delicious! My boyfriend even had two, one of those little less ordinary with guacamole and nachos mmm.. delicious cider on top of that!

The restaurant lacks kerb appeal. It’s small, basic with no frills. That said the staff were very welcoming and friendly as were a couple of locals. The burgers, however, were exceptionally good and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Definitely worth a visit.

We found this gem of a burger bar four years ago when we're were last visiting and we made Sure we went back this time. It did not disappoint. Lovely freshly made burgers and chicken and chilli topped fries. A must!!!

I’ve had several meals in this boutique burger bar and have never been anything less that wowed! It’s small, different, quirky even, and full of local charm and a broad mix of clientele. Without a doubt, the most delicious burger (and there’s quite a range) I’ve ever had anywhere on my travels!

Estas hamburguesas no decepcionaron! Algunos consejos, tienes que pasar hambre porque las hamburguesas son enormes. Las patatas fritas fueron las mejores que tuve en mucho tiempo, ¡compartimos una bolsa y vimos cómo eran las hamburguesas! Están recién hechos, así que prepárate para esperar unos 20 minutos, ¡pero vale la pena esperar! El personal era muy amable.

Just visited Meatbusters Burger Bar in Bath, this is the second time I have been here and to be honest it’s probably the best burger I have ever tasted, real quality and the staff are excellent to really friendly

Really great place to visit. Good choice of burgers well cooked, great atmosphere and service was good. Cosy and good atmosphere, casual. Upstairs more of a sports bar vibe but that could be because of when we visited.
