What an amazing experience! Went out with my friend to grab a late night snack and drinks and boy were we delighted! The milkshake especially the legendary royal stands true to its name. The standout of this place was definitely the service. To our surprise the place was busy late at night however our wonderful server Aayush, made sure that our order was taken in timely with cordial and prompt service. He even very patiently described their standout menu to us. Even Aditya made sure to check up on us and was very sweet. Would definitely make this my go to place. A heavenly experience indeed!

I ordered 5 waffles for my family of which I got 2 really quickly and the rest was forgotten about . When I went to ask they brought me two more and forget the third again . A woman came to my table twice asking me again and again about my order . There was one boy who was actually good at his job and was the only one who was trying to organise and do everything by him self because no one seemed to know what was going on . The food was great but the service wasn’t so good.

Amazing experience and a really warm and family friendly ambience, with obviously the most delicious desserts in town. The service was perfect and smooth from start to finish. The entire team, especially Tejas, Tanveer, Diago, Adi and Abdullah were really warm and welcoming.

Wonderful atmosphere, and tip top service from Noel, Ayush, Diago, Abdullah, and Tanueer (I hope I spelled your names correctly!) It was a joy to have dessert here with such wonderful staff and service, despite it being late evening before the store closed. I ordered a 'Duo of Macarons' and a 'Rose & Raspberry Cheesecake'. Unfortunately, while a system mix up lead to the wrong cheesecake being brought out and the wrong macarons, Noel, without hesitation, offered to give my original order on top of what was wrongly brought out. My stomach has never felt so full after dessert, and I am appreciate the initiative from the staff! Keep up the good work boys! I'll definitely pay you guys a visit soon for my next late night dessert stop!

Been here for dessert in Bath. Was served by a young gentleman named Ayush. Exceptional hospitality and dedication towards making sure we served well. Desserts were on point and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Would visit again.

Rahma was really helpful and made sure we got to taste all the gelatos.

Terrible service, loads of staff but none had a clue what they were doing. Had to Queue at the front to get a table and then queue again to order food. The donuts were over-microwaved so rock hard in the middle and soggy on the outside, the S’mores tart was okay but the macarons were only passable. Avoid this place.

I went to this desert restaurant with my boyfriend this evening and it was amazing! The atmosphere was gorgeous and the servers were lovely and kind. We got the biscoff cookie dough and some gelato. The cookie dough was decedent and very sweet, and the gelato was really good quality and really refreshing. Will be coming back :)

We were served by Ambler and it was a amazing service. Wait is short and food is very well worth it. Absolutely coming here again!

We wandered in and were greeted in a warm friendly manner, shown to our table by the friendliest waiter I've ever come across. The restaurant was spotless, welcoming and plush! We ordered the biscoff and white chocolate cheesecake along with the cookie blast shake. Best desserts we've honestly ever had. Also on a side note for the allergy sufferers they are very happy to accommodate and will clean and sterilise all of their equipment to be on the safe side! We were also told they love people with allergies which is so nice to hear because I usually feel like a giant inconvenience. 10/10

Honestly very disappointed I have gone to multiple heavenly desserts but the service was awful. We spent over £75, had to order at the counter, which we didn’t know until we stopped a server passing by, which is fine but we wouldn’t have spent 20 mins waiting for someone if we knew. Then the drinks arrived, absolutely awful Iced Coffee, it was still warm, ice cubes melted and it just tasted water down. Which we sent back, would you believe that they just poured down a third of the drink and sent it back AND it was still warm because they didn’t stir it nothing. Anyways the deserts arrived, after a long wait, I could tell most of the staff were more busy doing online orders than the orders on floor (very long wait to get our orders in even tho there was only one or two orders on the screen before us). Deserts were fine, presentation was alright just wish they gave the milk of the milk cake on the side or at least is a bit of a bowl because it’s hard to get some cake and scoop some milk with it. Two of the coffees were forgotten, it was two single espressos which no offense but are literally the easiest and quickest coffee to make. Manager came over and was a bit hostile in my opinion when she came over to our table after we complained we didn’t get the two coffees. Oh and forgot to mention two of the seven cutleries were dirty as in it doesn’t even look like they were cleaned or washed. Honestly I wouldn’t return again, we were really looking forward to have a nice coffee and desserts after a nice evening and we were super disappointed. First time we went to that Heavenly and never again.

Service massively let this place down. Decor was really lovely, menu really extensive so everyone could get something they fancied. Shame 1 of the desserts didn’t come out so after we chased it to come 2 times then when it finally did looked nothing like the picture which put a dampener to the experience

One of my favourite place in Bath. and was thoroughly impressed with their desserts. The ambiance was comfortable and elegant, with convenient access to charging electronic devices. Their extended operating hours make it a great spot to relax and enjoy delicious treats. However, I would suggest adding some "savoury options" to the menu as well. Sometimes, when meeting friends for a meal, we crave savory dishes alongside sweets. Offering a few lunch or dinner options would cater to a wider audience, as not everyone can indulge in sweets all the time. Overall, Heavenly Deserts is fantastic, and I look forward to seeing potential additions to their menu!

we ordered the vanilla, pistachio and rose milk cake and the pistachio and dark chocolate cookie dough. the desserts were super delicious and affordable (which may be surprising to some considering the classy decor). they also have a 10% student discount available with proof of student status. also the service was AMAZING. our server, Ambler, was so friendly and helpful :) 10/10 service from him!!!!

Heavenly Dessert went beyond what I imagined and completely satisfied my sweet cravings. The atmosphere and service were outstanding, especially thanks to Aditya Ambler, who was incredibly polite and provided and gave great recommendations. I tried the Blood Orange Lemonade and the Dark Chocolate and Pistachio Croffle, and they were absolutely fantastic. I enjoyed every bite!
