Nice welcome on entering. Mohammed Q was very helpful and friendly and accommodating. We had 2 babies and he brought us chairs for them and came over to us to make sure we were oka.

I went with my friend for a coffee and a dessert, everything was delicious and the servise was great too! Our waiter Tanveey is been was super friendly and polite, we will be back for sure!

Our waitress, Shaniga, was great. Very hard working and friendly. The restaurant was busy and it was very understaffed. We waited ages for service at every stage of our meal. The staff were running around but too few of them. We did not leave stop as we normally do.

MQ served us today and we couldn’t of been happier with the service. The choice on the menu was exceptional and made choosing difficult. But I wasnt disappointed - beautiful food white chocolate and raspberry croffle, hot coffee and a really relaxing atmosphere and place to eat. Definitely recommend and wouid come back again in a heartbeat

Popped in this beautiful place recently. The place was a bit quiet, but service and food was 10/10, hopefully they will make the brunch menu a bit more diverse, but its good as it is. The person who served was Bali, and she totally nailed the service, helping us through menu and catering everything really rapid. Thank you!

My wife and I had our first meal in the UK at this restaurant, and it was an incredible experience thanks to the outstanding effort of Mohammad! When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Mohammad, who was managing the restaurant all on his own. We were surprised to find out that there was supposed to be another staff member to help him, but they wouldn’t arrive until 35 minutes later. Instead of letting customers leave due to concerns about wait times, Mohammad reassured everyone that he would do his best. What followed was nothing short of amazing—he took orders, cooked food, and managed the floor all by himself, working with the energy and efficiency of a superhero! Despite how busy it was, Mohammad maintained a positive attitude and a friendly smile throughout. When our food arrived, it was absolutely delicious and prepared to perfection. His effort and dedication made our first meal in the UK a truly memorable one and gave us a fantastic impression of the country. Mohammad deserves a raise for his incredible work ethic and ability to handle everything on his own under pressure. He works harder than most owners I’ve seen! Highly recommend this restaurant—great food and even better service. lamb bacon is good 👍

Very poor service, slow to be acknowledged, slow to be served and then slow to bring food. The order was incorrect and no apology given. For the price, we expected a better service. We will not return.

It's ok. It didn't really compare to other ones. Not table service. It didn't taste as good as other heavenly desserts, to the point that i left some of it. The croffle was slightly raw in the middle, and the ice cream, white chocolate, sauce with it just tasted cheap quality, so it was sickly. It's ok, but for the price and compared to other places in Bath, it's really not worth it.

Friendly staff member and the dessert was fantastic, really impressed with our meal here.

Really lovely place, the food is heavenly especially if you have a sweet tooth. I had a coroffle and the croissant was fresh and perfectly cooked. Will defiantly visit again although not from this area but will go to branch’s closer to home

Fabulous Dessert and drinks. The milk cake was like a cloud, and the Oreo shake was delicious! Great ambiance and service by Aheem Mohammed.

I had the pleasure of visiting this dessert spot recently, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The desserts were beyond amazing—every bite was a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Franchement, nothing to say other than it was simply excellent. Special thanks to Harshabad, Tanveer, Diagonand Sohaib (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong) for their incredible service. Their warm and friendly approach truly made my visit unforgettable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-tier desserts. I’ll definitely be back soon!

We had our desserts in the Bath restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. Muhammad greeted us with a friendly smile and provided a good service. I can't wait to go again to try another yummy dessert ☺️

For my first time coming, I absolutely LOVED my time! The desserts and service by Harshabad was top tier! You’ve got to try the Pistachio Milk Cake! It was the best!

Literally the best dessert I've ever had

A dessert heaven for those who love it. That's why we went there twice in one weekend. The desserts were delicious. Very sweet. Original options and plenty of choice! Long open and a quiet atmosphere. Friendly and cheerful staff.

We visited Heavenly Desserts in Bath for lunch on Boxing Day and had a great experience. The interior was beautifully designed, spacious, and we especially liked the comfort of the booths. The food and drinks were very nice and met our expectations perfectly. Overall, a lovely visit, and we’d certainly consider returning in the future.

Drinks were ok but the desserts were way overpriced, kids were expecting something special. Asked for a cold brownie it came as a frozen block!! The £10 ‘Grow up’ well it was like something a 5 yr old would knock together, looked interesting though. Kids are good judges and they left most of it, we won’t be going back to any of these restaurants, ever.

Dropped in here intending to just have a coffee, but when we saw the menu, decided to try out the desserts. Incredible! I've never enjoyed such well crafted and blended deserts. If you haven't been, then I recommend it absolutely!

A rather wonderful place with so much on offer, my husband had a trip of deserts and I, a plant pot filled with the most incredible flavours. We then had hot teas and very rather relaxing evening. The perfect end to a night away. Thankyou to all.

I am so so surprised this place has received the positive reviews it has. I have visited this place twice now and never again. My first experience was ok, there were 4 of us and one dessert was brought out and we had to wait another 40 mins for the rest by which time the first dessert was obviously eaten. After the lengthy wait our order was then wrong, due to time, we asked if we could just have a refund for the incorrect order as we had to leave, we were told no, we ate part of the the incorrect order and left. I put this down to just bad organisation nothing else as these things happen. I then went a second time this month and waited over 40 mins again (for ice cream and waffle??) the place had 3 other tables occupied so not busy. I then watched my order go to another table, watch the table take photos with the food, then be returned because it was the wrong order only for the waiter to then bring us the same food which had been touched and prodded by another table. We asked could the order be done again as the waffles was not only cold but burnt. We were told no, no offer of an alternative or anything. We then asked for a refund and was told they aren’t authorised to give refunds! We paid in cash but they still refused to open the till and return our money. We spent £44 and receive no dessert and no refund. At which point I felt very ripped off. This place needs new staff or management as I see it’s a franchise and I’m sure the other places aren’t this badly ran. The waffles are lovely if the order is correct but the service is absolutely terrible.

Coffee, dessert, view, & interiors all perfect. Tried the Caramel Monkey Bread and it was truely heavenly. Latte was one of the best I've tasted in Bath. Edited: The next day we came for brunch, we had Full Breakfast and Signature Shakshukah, and it was phenomenal. I liked that everything is halal as well.

Heavenly Dessert is amazing. When you walk in, it smells so good and feels cozy. They have lots of yummy sweets like cakes and pastries. Everything looks great and tastes even better. The staff are nice and helpful, making your visit even better. Whether you try a classic cheesecake or something new, each bite is like a bit of heaven. Perfect for anyone who loves desserts!

The service was really good when i came here. One of the workers, Muhammad qasim, was really charismatic and kind when he had to serve us. Talking with him was very fun. Im definately going to be a regular customer

Food took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive, when it did come it was tepid and very average. No apology offered.

The food was lovely however my waitress was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. Half way through ordering when I was mid sentence she held up her hand in my face and said hold on and left for five minutes- ten min. Didn’t say why she needed to leave or even excuse me. At the time there were two other members of staff and only three tables. Having been a waitress myself there was no need to rush and be hectic, and even if you do have to leave a table mid order you and least be polite about it not just hand in face and rush off. She turned a relaxing establishment into a hectic, chaotic one. We were going to leave but as she had all ready put my partners order through I didn’t want to mess with the kitchen. For the rest of the meal I felt on edge and couldn’t fully enjoy the experience or the food. Will try again however will be asked to be served by someone else.

We just popped into Heavenly Desserts in Bath after dinner, and we had a fantastic time! Harshdeep Singh served us, and he was awesome—super friendly and attentive. We tried the cookie dough, and it was absolutely delicious—warm and gooey, especially great with the ice cream. Definitely worth it! Harshdeep deserves a shoutout; he really made our dessert stop special!

Amazing place amazing food and more importantly the staff Harshdeep was the most hospitable person

Order food for 4 of us. 1 drink came, then another, then another, two of us had food. Half hour went by and the other two lots of food hadn’t turned up. When I asked. I was told that something went wrong with the waffle maker. So two of us got food fairly quickly and the other two for some reason had to wait an additional half hour. Staff did apologise. However as they’d clearly forgotten and hadn’t told us, some form of compensation might’ve been a nice gesture! My husband had to race off to move the car or else we’d have had a £50 fine He didn’t have time to eat his food and acted racing half way across the city didn’t have an appetite for it when he returned.

Couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were amazing and the food was fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Came in for a special day, no one to welcome me on the door like other branches... Sat down for around 10-12 minutes, closed the menus and made eye contact around 4 or 5 times with the guy and the girl, no response and no attention was given, instead they were talking to each other and giving me their back, the table next to me had the same problem too! After waiting for 15 minutes I left the restaurant and this experience made me frustrated and will never visit this branch again

Was one of the few options open till midnight which was surprising I guess this is to accommodate the university students in a busy area. Tried the San Sebastián Cheesecake looked nice but too much fruit for more liking and the portion size was small tasted average. Service and interior was good.

Not even two months ago there were reviews saying how good the vegan and gf options were and we have previously been and there was an entire vegan menu. But me and my family went in today and were handed three regular menus and when we asked for the vegan menu we were just handed their allergen folder and told to see what we could or couldn’t eat and there was one single option my vegan family member could have.

Staff are so lovely and friendly, I asked for more condensed milk with my coffee and she kindly gave it also the desserts are exceptional, and really quick service even though they were busy , thank you x

Hi, I came from Weston..especially for the Grow up dessert..it was 1-2 years ago when I had it for the first time..and I told myself that the dessert is my favorite of all the desserts..today I- I went back to have it for the 4th time now.. and they changed the recipe 😐 and to be honest.. I didn't eat much.. I didn't like it at all... I'm so disappointed 😔.. they changed the dessert recipe..it was my favorite😔 ..no reason to go back there again..

I absolutely love heavenly desserts , I can never fault them … they do excellent food and a whole range of things to choose from ! Best dessert place me and my boyfriend have been to . I want to thank Farida , Diego and Kishna for the best customer service and cleanliness of the place . Me and my boyfriend had the brownie , cookie dough and I had strawberries and cream ice cream! Which may I add is the best icecream you will ever taste !! They need to get it out in tescos icecream section

We had the most delightful experience at Heavenly Desserts in Bath! The gluten-free American waffle was absolutely delicious, topped with fresh blueberries, strawberries, banana, and drizzled with maple syrup—a perfect combination of flavours, and beautifully presented. A huge thank you to Mohammed for preparing such a delicious and visually stunning dessert! To accompany it, we enjoyed a refreshing Hibiscus and Honey Iced Tea and a creamy Iced White Chocolate and Chai, both of which were just as delightful. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, and the service was attentive throughout our visit. We can’t wait to return!
