I had a great experience at Heavenly Desserts. The customer service is really great with fast service and really amazing taste. In particular Harshdeep was really sweet.

Came in for a special day, no one to welcome me on the door like other branches... Sat down for around 10-12 minutes, closed the menus and made eye contact around 4 or 5 times with the guy and the girl, no response and no attention was given, instead they were talking to each other and giving me their back, the table next to me had the same problem too! After waiting for 15 minutes I left the restaurant and this experience made me frustrated and will never visit this branch again

Was one of the few options open till midnight which was surprising I guess this is to accommodate the university students in a busy area. Tried the San Sebastián Cheesecake looked nice but too much fruit for more liking and the portion size was small tasted average. Service and interior was good.

Not even two months ago there were reviews saying how good the vegan and gf options were and we have previously been and there was an entire vegan menu. But me and my family went in today and were handed three regular menus and when we asked for the vegan menu we were just handed their allergen folder and told to see what we could or couldn’t eat and there was one single option my vegan family member could have.

Staff are so lovely and friendly, I asked for more condensed milk with my coffee and she kindly gave it also the desserts are exceptional, and really quick service even though they were busy , thank you x

Hi, I came from Weston..especially for the Grow up dessert..it was 1-2 years ago when I had it for the first time..and I told myself that the dessert is my favorite of all the desserts..today I- I went back to have it for the 4th time now.. and they changed the recipe 😐 and to be honest.. I didn't eat much.. I didn't like it at all... I'm so disappointed 😔.. they changed the dessert recipe..it was my favorite😔 ..no reason to go back there again..

I want to thank Farida , Diego and Kishna for the best customer service and cleanliness of the place . Me and my boyfriend had the brownie , cookie dough and I had strawberries and cream ice cream! Which may I add is the best icecream you will ever taste !! They need to get it out in tescos icecream section

All around great experience with tasty and filling desserts that were very much worth the money. Service was great, our waitress Farida was excellent as well as the other waitress that seated us.

I love this place! Come here all the time (always get the pistachio milk cake lol) and I’ve always had a great standard of service and of food! Lataya, Tanveer and Ahmed were there last time I was and even tho it was busier they were still great; super friendly, food came out quickly and they were good with checking on us too!

This is a great place for late night dessert. The food offerings are unique, taste great and the restaurant is very clean. Our server Farida, was friendly and attentive the entire time. I highly recommend it.

We had the most delightful experience at Heavenly Desserts in Bath! The gluten-free American waffle was absolutely delicious, topped with fresh blueberries, strawberries, banana, and drizzled with maple syrup—a perfect combination of flavours, and beautifully presented. A huge thank you to Mohammed for preparing such a delicious and visually stunning dessert! To accompany it, we enjoyed a refreshing Hibiscus and Honey Iced Tea and a creamy Iced White Chocolate and Chai, both of which were just as delightful. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting, and the service was attentive throughout our visit. We can’t wait to return!

First time visit to this incredible dessert restaurant. Beautifully decorated, delicious desserts and great customer service. We visited late after a show and was waited on by Lataya & Farida, both gave great service and was warm and welcoming. We would highly recommend a visit and will definitely be returning 👌🏼

Stopped for a a mid afternoon treat with the grand kids, Muhammad, Aheen and Bali provided excellent service, lovely desserts we all enjoyed.

What a great place! Spacious, nice seating, impressive menu. I ordered the Monkey waffle thing which we were warned would take 10 mins. It was absolutely worth the wait. Freshly cooked crisp waffle, with chunky apples a sauce and scoop of very good vanilla ice cream. Espresso was good and came in a lovely little glass. Service was a bit haphazard so knocked a star off for that. Quiet, because it was that time of day but I imagine this place will have a great vibe when it's busy. Young woman prepping the desserts did a super job. Will be delighted to go again.

The name alone is extremely deceiving. Lovely atmosphere however the dessert was AWFUL! Under cooked and tasted like it was sugar free. Informed the wait staff that I wasn't pleased and they didn't even offer to make me something different. Please keep in mind you pay before receiving your dessert. Don't waist your time or money. There are numerous lovely cafés in Bath who aim to please. This place is an epic fail.

We have eaten here a number of times, the food is excellent, there are options for those that are dairy free and the service is excellent. Highly recommend

Heavenly gate opened:) very tasty and delicious . I wanted more after one time tasting the Dessert on 13th Aug 24 hotel indigo delivery. I would order from this Store everyday if they would deliver to my location in Sevenoaks ! Vanilla, Pistachio & Rose Milk Cake and Saffron Milk Cake with two latte very very nice 💯 highly recommended to anyone.

Ordered (via Just Eat) some macarons as a treat for my daughter. Description said 4 macarons per box. I ordered 2 boxes but only received 6 macarons. I appreciate in the scheme of things, this isn't a huge deal, but when paying close to £7.50 for 4 macarons I do feel a little cheated. There were no messages from the restaurant to say they did not have enough stock, and did not get a discount on the order. Will not order again

When to check out this place with a family and I was very impressed by the attention to detail when it came to dietary requirements. Staff were well mannered and orders delivered in no time at all. A really good vibe and more importantly very tasty desserts on offer. Would recommend many times over

You can always judge a restaurant by the state of its toilets. The toilets in this place have never been cleaned. Layers of crystallised urine stain the basin from top to bottom. The floor is covered in urine. Never seen anything like it. Staff used it and didn't wash their hands (we were sat next to it and a staff member used it and the hand dryer was never activated and their hands were not wet when they left the toilet). The staff's aprons were disgusting and looking behind the counter it was dirty and messy. These folks do no prioritise hygiene. The staff member served me at the till and then went straight back to preparing food without washing her hands. The whole experience was alarming.

Doing a short detour through Bath, I stopped at heavenly dessert and it was easily one of the best I have been to. The service was exemplary and the staff were so kind and caring. Our desserts were served quickly and with such care. They were well catered to vegetarians and I was impressed with the plethora of items available. I would definitely advise anyone looking for a dessert to come here, everything from the spacious place to the food is amazing

Solid 4 stars. Cookie was good. Soft on the inside with some crunch along the sides. Standard gelato. Price matches quality.

My family and I loved this place! We tried 6 different desserts, and they were all delicious! My sister’s favorite dessert was the Chocolate Bao Buns and my favorite was the Pistachio Mochi! The menu is very large, which is exactly what I am always looking for in a dessert place! The service was wonderful, and Shiva especially was very kind and helpful! Definitely don’t miss Heavenly Desserts while in Bath!

I was utterly disappointed when visiting Heavenly Desserts in Bath. After enjoying their service in Canterbury I expected more of the same. I thought wrong. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and ordering was quite easy. The issues began when the desserts started to arrive. Portion sizes are nothing like the ones photographed in the menu. We ordered the croffle bites and the size of each stick was laughable compared to the menu. When raising this to the waitress they took a defensive stance to what was a clear and obvious difference to what was shown in the menu, rather than trying to fix the problem. Overall small portions, overpriced, unfriendly staff There are much better places in Bath with much better value for money.

Food was really good but they didn’t seem to know we had a booking / forgot to apply the 50% off when we paid at the till so we had to remind them. I think this might be an issue with management not informing the staff properly about the app.

This place was amazing! I had a sundae tonight and it was amazing! The workers Tanveen, Muhammed, Huhammed and Rehma were all such nice, helpful and friendly! They always had such a good attitude even late at night. 10/10 recommend. Very delicious food, clean environment and friendly workers. What more could you ask for?!

Aheen was very helpful and honest. Refunded an extra shot which I didn't want. I asked for extra hot latte. Thank you ever so much. I appreciate Aheen a lot. 🙏

I loved everything about this place! My husband and I just finished the Cotswold Way walk and treated ourselves to a vegan cookie dough brownie which was absolutely delicious! We went and had dinner elsewhere and returned for another vegan brownie and a milkshake. It’s so nice to not feel like the only option for a vegan dessert is fresh fruit.

The service was great, the team was very attentive. Thank you Bali, Rokaya, Shaniya, Muhammad and Tanveer. The desserts arrived promptly and portion sizes were quite good too.
