BURGERQ - Street Kitchen in Richmondshire

Cute location and really lovely inside if you want to eat in. We've only had takeaways and they've been nothing short of pure unadulterated filthy deliciousness. The Roe Jogan and BBQ pulled pork loaded fries are unreal. Get one ordered. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic burger restaurant, would recommend booking as the first time I attempted to visit it was fully booked! The food was amazing and I will definitely be back! I got the BurgerQ Burger and cheesy loaded fries! The staff member working was pleasant!

Lovely food and service. Burgers, Bao Buns and chips are gorgeous. Shame that it always seems to be empty, it deserves to be busier!

I just got the titan burger and wow its definitely the best burger I've ever eaten the loaded fries are amazing too... it was that good I've just ordered another.. The supervisor was very welcoming and friendly too 😊 I will be a new regular for sure

First time at this burger place and can safely say its prob the best burger I've had while living in this area for over 9 years. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Place was class. Dunno why people are leaving 1* reviews here tbh! Burgers were unreal! Plenty filling and they accommodated well on short notice when we showed up with a pram and a newborn! 100% gonna be back again

Family get together. Amazing food at decent prices. My daughter loves Korean food so had the Kat & Sue burger with Korean fries...she polished off the lot with a big grin on her face. I had the JFK with parmesan and chive fries...just delicious. A small restaurant with a great atmosphere.....this business will definitely go places...and when you open a branch in London we will be constant visitors

Only ordered loaded fries. Extremely small portions for the price and ordered 2 different types but both looked and tasted the same. Not impressed will not be going back. Would not recommend Edit.. Thankyou for your reply. However I reviewed on what I received and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the amount and standard of the food. It seems you think I'm trying to ruin your business...absolutely not...I thought constructive criticism was acceptable...obviously in this case not...Therefore we'll just need to "agree to disagree" on this occasion.

BurgerQ was not open... we diverted miles to get there. No answer from phone but Google and Facebook said they were open. See owners response and decide for yourselves whether you'd like to eat food made by people like this. PS: It was a mobile phone number.

Ordered a take away from here for my sons 21st birthday meal it was all absolutely amazing food the quality was unreal ! Defo be returning

Have been excited to go and try the food out here for months, but gutted to say it didn’t live up to expectations unfortunately. The smashed patties were definitely smashed… but to the point that they were paper thin and falling apart/ see through. Flavours are there with the sauces, and toppings. But, felt these burgers were overpriced due to lack of meat in the bun. No drinks menus available, and unfortunately both fizzy drinks were completely flat (no bubbles at all). The restaurant was extremely cold, and seems to lack some small details that can make a big difference. Ie, no knives available/ one Napkin given with the burger -but due to them falling apart so much, more were needed. Maybe have some on tables/ available to grab elsewhere with sauce options? To top it off, it took 40 minutes to receive our order for 3 people- in which they served only two of us burgers, and the 3rd arrived around 7 minutes later. The onion rings needed to be sent back because they were completely burnt. The table beside us arrived 25 minutes after us and received their order first. £46 spent but extremely disappointed. Unfortunately will not be visiting again. —— Response to your reply: You’re asking why we didn’t complain about these, but actually, we raised each of these very politely with the waitress, so this is not a question of being able to communicate them properly. We asked why the patties were so thin, and your waitress explained that they were smashed patties. We showed her the patties and even she agreed they were extremely thin. Half of the patties were just crisp because they was so thin. We saw the the burgers on the table beside us and there was definitely a big difference. The onion rings were burnt- which the waitress agreed. She returned these to your kitchen. When asked how the meal was, we explained all of the above politely.

I lived in London and tried my fair share of deliveroo food and these burgers were probably better than if not the best 🥰 Delicious meat, funny names , satisfying and would definitely go back. Want to try the rest of menu

Absolutely delicious burger! Had 'Jfk' burger with fries, was so tasty, cooked well, fries were very nice too also nicely cooked. Will definitely be back for another!

The Roe Jogan is literally the best burger I have ever eaten. Every aspect of it is absolutely perfect and with a side of Korean Fries it makes the meal complete. One of my top 3 favourite restaurants in the country!

Unbelievable burger with Unbelievably bad chips , comon guys the fries are awful, don't serve a great burger with frozen fries !
