Visited Burger Nation earlier today and had a Moving Mountains plant based burger which came with chips and a choice of drinks ( I had one of the best milkshakes that I've ever had - truly delicious) the burger was awesome too and the chips, well, they've chips and very nice too. (unless you're a carb hater) Comprehensive menu, all reasonably priced, food freshly cooked and excellent, friendly efficient service. Most impressed. Highly recommended.

Amazing place food a 10 out of 10 its a litteral hidden gem they NEED to franchise it could rival alot of big fast food chains if done right i had to give them 5 for atomosphere they put effort in the shop the decor the everything would 100% recommend

Their chicken wings gave me food poisoning

Since moving to the area I've ordered from this place about 5 times! Every single time the food has been incredible! My son loves the chips and kids cheese burger! I highly recommend for anyone! :)

my food hasn't arrived and I'm being told it has arrived

Delivery driver took 10 minutes in my building trying to find my flat then food arrived very cold. Chicken burger was dry & tasteless & doner burger had gone off, was not eatable, went straight in the trash. I will not order here again and I do not recommend this place

A good place turned bad- When they first opened the food & service was great. Now the food is adequate & the service is poor. Recent order not only took 90 minutes to arrive but when I called to find out where my food was, the man on the phone was miserable and lacking any sort of care. Although I used to enjoy ordering from their exciting & imaginative menu, I can say now it doesn’t live up to the hype. Wont be ordering again.

It appears to be a chicken burger, possibly not made from actual chicken, and seems to be a cheap option. It's pre-frozen, cooked in oil, and not grilled. I actually ordered a steak burger.

really tasty food with good portion size. ven One item was missed from my order,and after a quick phone call to the shop it was resolved with a fast delivery of the missing item.

Doner meat was pretty rough. Frozen meat cooked under a pizza oven… lollipop wings frozen and not fresh. Burger was good

Delivery was delayed twice and ended up waiting nearly 2 hours for the food to be delivered!

Delivery driver got lost & turned up with cold food, got a replacement but food was not good, burger was burnt and cheesy chips was not melted cheese , just some plastic cheese sauce on top of chips. Not worth the money 🤔👎🏻 Only thing that was nice was the milkshake.

great food, very affable and polite service. we have eaten here over a dozen times and they have yet to disappoint. dont listen to any of the bad reviews - their food and customer treatment is always on point

Been ordering from Burger nation since it opened for my son..sadly its gone from 5 star to 2..shrinkflation, mediocre food and cold food seems to a regular occurrence of late and £12 for a reload burger and peri fries it'd far from cheap! Come on BN please! Stsff are always friendly though..

Food took 60 minutes longer than the ETA . Rang 3 times but no one answered . Items were missing from my order but was charged . Not happy with this service expect a refund !

We ordered through Uber Eats. After the latest time our food was meant to be delivered, we still had no food. Called Burger Nation who said the order would leave in 10 minutes, ie. It wasn't cooked. I called back 25 minutes later and was told the food left 15 minutes ago, and would be another 5 minutes....its a 7 minute drive. When the food arrived the tray was loaded with chips, but the burgers were small and beef patties were very charred (and not impressive at all) and 2 identical burgers weren't identical at all. We were offered a complimentary item on our next order. It's been about 3 years since our last year, and tonight we were reminded why. I don't think we will be redeeming a complimentary item on a future order

First time ordering from you but very disappointing. The burger was dry and cold on arrival. The chips were dry. The only thing which tasted ok was the onion rings and milkshake. The chicken lollipops were more bone than chicken. Will not be ordering again. £50 is a rip off for what you get crazy!

We were very disheartened to find that our food portion was very small considering the price we paid and what we recieved didn't amount to the price, which was disappointing and the food was cold

While waiting across the road using the pedestrian crossing outside this takeaway. I was told to move out the way of a takeaway delivery motor scooter so it could use the pedestrian crossing's drop kerb to park on the pavement outside Burger Nation. Deserves no stars.

Originally told 9pm for delivery then 9.15-9.35. This then changed to 9.55. The driver delivered the food at 10.03pm. I hope we can get a refund for part of this order. Won’t be ordering again .

Ordered nearly 2 hours ago. Nothing. Phoned and they said itvwas round the corner. 40 mins later and called again as not here. Had to wait for food that has been out for that long so will be cold. Awful service.

This place has delivered 1+ hour late the last 5 times I’ve ordered. Great food, but I won’t be using JustEat anymore - best to go in, order at the counter and it’ll be ready in 10 mins.

The beef burgers, fries and drinks were all great. We didn’t like the chicken lollipops

Food was tasty. I ordered peri chips were quite tasty but a little overdone. I also got wings which were well done. It's a good spot when you are in need of a quick meal. It's a step up from the general fried chicken shops you see, which is reflected in their prices

Foot was ok could have been a bit hotter

Decided to go in and collect a quick take away and for £8.99 this is what I got. Cold chips and weird tasting Jack Daniels wings also cold. Small portion considering the price, wouldn’t go back

Utterly useless. Cannot express how awful this place has become. Food used to be great, service the same. Now they take orders that either arrive half an hour late & freezing cold or not at all. And then say it’s your fault despite the fact you’ve rung them 3 times to ask where your food is and be lied to. Will never use again & would recommend you don’t either.

Hello, We have recently made an order with yourselves and I am very unhappy with the delivery time. We have ordered from Burger Nation various times from different apps, and they have always stuck to the original delivery times, which was always within half an hour. With using Just Eat, the delivery time was over an hour, and we eventually had to call the restaurant to question the delay. The app provided little information on when and where our order was. Having to wait until 10pm, after ordering at 8.45, is unacceptable. Please can I be reimbursed for my order.

We were pleased it was delivered early. Food was hot and good value for money.

Just not sure it was for us very pricy and didn’t really get much and the chips was not warm and the cheese just wasn’t for us.

Burger was lovely however a bit dry. Main problem was wings were stone cold even upon arrival. Very disappointing after spending almost 30 quid. Not sure as to how the wings got this cold.

We turned up at the collection time and no one even said hello we just stood there for a while, didn’t get the food until 15 minutes later. Wouldn’t mind but the food wasn’t good at all chips were dry and over cooked, wings had a weird flavour. The lamb was okay and the milkshake was decent but definitely feel like I wasted money I threw most the food away!

Ordered online for the first time, the food was fresh and tasted nice the only issues i have is the lack of flavour and spice, i ordered habernero wings and they had zero spice which kind of sucked as im a spice lover, the chicken cheeto burger was very cheesey but couldnt taste anything else unfortunately, the cheesey chips were nice but needed some salt

Arrived 1.5 hours after ordering- one burger was not as ordered, the 2nd came without any lettuce, tomato etc, and the 3rd (kids) was too spicy for my child. Very disappointing.

I made the trip from south east london, just to try out their great selection of food. I was politely greeted as I stepped into the restaurant and instantly noticed the cool designs within the restaurant. For the food, I don’t know where to start. I ordered the Caribbean burger and everything inside it was nice and juicy. The fries were the perfect saltiness and it was all for a reasonable price which shocked me as for the standard of food I would’ve paid more for it. It was so nice, I had to order a second meal for my way home which should say something. Thank you for the great experience Burger Nation!

Food is over priced for the quality. Chips was stale and cold. Lettuce was stale also and to make matters worse, they put everything together. Drinks were warm and food was cold because of the drinks resting beside the food. Ordered a cheese cake which had melted due to it resting on top of the food. Other restaurants take care to put cold beverages in a separate bag. Not bundle it together. Very disappointed. The only thing half enjoyable thing was the chicken wrap.

Great food here. I ordered the southern fried wings and burger and chips and it was spot on. The food also arrived quickly and arrived hot. Will definitely order from here again.

Poor quality patty’s, packaging come smelly ordered from here more than once and always regret it after, really missing the trick could be a lot better. Would rather the Golden Arches.

Food was nice but Driver was about 20mins late and to add insult he also market it as delivered when it hit the estimated time so it looked as though it was on time, he was then rude when he arrived.

Delivery was nearly half an hour late as drivers car broke down. No communication from restaurant. I had to ring them to chase. Then delivery knocked on window not the front door. Thankfully food was still "warm" but not hot. We live less than half a mile away. Order again.... maybe!!

Stale food, all wasted in the bin

Awful. All the lollipops went in the bed. This is the second time this has happened. I find if you order later in the evening from this store the food is awful. You are meant to get crispy battered chicken lollipops covered in sauce, instead I got soft/wet batter and dry, congealed sauce. I threw all the lollipops in the bin after trying one. This is the second time this has happened. I put the first down to a mistake, but I find the quality varies so much at this restaurant. I won't be ordering again.

Arrived 17.40. Chicken nuggets were too greasy and my son didn’t eat them and the chips weren’t cooked like they usually are. I ordered a Fanta Diet Coke and fruit shoot but I got two fruit shoots and one Diet Coke.

They only left it on the door step not telling me it was here.

Food arrived almost 2hrs after initial order. By then the chips were cold and the burger had dried out. The only thing edible was the chicken lollipops.

Raw chicken called spoke to a person and asked for a replacement was told it will all be the same ie raw but can send me another one of the same Update Spoke to the manager who seemed much nicer and has offered to check and replace the meal very nice guy great to deal with

Nearly cold and very dry if been left in warmer

This used to be my go to for a great vegan burger. The last three times it has been bad. First time my burger bun was frozen. Second time there was chipolate sauce. Third time no chipolate again but the bun was burned and the burger dry. Chips had clearly been fried and then fried again.

Excellent food, Hot shot Parmo was superb. Though it took 20 rather than the 10 specified, it was worth the wait.

Incredible place, probably the best takeaway food I’ve had this year. Chicken Parmo burger was tasty. Loads of cheese. Highly reccomend anyone coming here

You don't expect the earth from a local burger shop but goodness, this blew my socks off. Delish burger, crispy fries and top lads behind the counter. A+ will be back.

Gritty burger with congealed cheese, not fit for human consumption

Really disappointed, chips cold, New Yorker burger tasted like there was grit in it.. asked for kepup salt and pepper, napkins not given enough by far.. miserable service.. overpriced .. my son and his dad might go back .. I won’t… terrible

I had the lamb chops and they were cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The chip portion was slightly small but the rest of the order was delicious! I’ll definitely order again

Very good service the food was so delicious. Went there with my family the children enjoyed the outside view. The owner is so friendly.

Milkshakes are real nice. Peri peri chicken was dry and tasted burnt not chargrilled. Cheesy chips were insanely salty and inedible. The order was late and disappointing. A real shame as I’ve had good experience here in the past.
