Burger King in Medway

Attempted to eat food from here 3 times and they ballsed up my order every time even when returning the incorrect order and telling them exactly what they did wrong.. food was also cold.

I think burgers had been cooked a long long time before they were sold bun was hard burger was cold sorry but true

I can't comment on atmosphere as this was a take away restaurant! Food was nice, good portions, but seemed really dry, not much sauce in them & sauce isn't given without paying for it. Staff were friendly but at collection point there was only one member of staff packing orders so que's formed although we didn't wait long. Overall a good experience!!

45min wait for dry chips and burgers. 2 people working. Shut it down.

The service was great. Burgers tasted fine, but not hot, chips where OK, but again, not particularly hot. Onion rings were somewhat disappointing.

This is a Burger King walk through without your car! Order using the machine and walk to the collection point and wait for your number to be called! Overall it took about 10 minutes from order to collection, so not to bad. And the burger was good aswel! I can imagine this would take abit longer during peak time.

Very much what I have come to expect however this was on a caravan site so was only a order and collect point afair.

Worse burgur I've ever had. No tomatoes hardly any relish at all dry roll. Never again!!
