Orderd on just eat, food was 2hours and 40 minutes late,on top of that half our order was missing, what we received was cold. I rang 2 times, no apology, just it will be there in 2 minutes.and told to call back if I don't get it, rang back as it didn't turn up, then told 10 minutes. I wish they hadn't accepted our order is there were issues so we could sort something else. No excuses for this.

They advertised a Taco Tuesday to give a free Taco if we order one. We thought to try. Of course they found excuse not to give us the advertised free Taco. They said it is only when we order at the counter, not on the digital screen! I thought there is a trap somewhere. While we were there everyone who came in ordered on the digital table, of course, it is easier to see through the meal, the menu, prices and choose. It doesn't matter how we order, it goes to the kitchen. I just don't like these business tricks and indecency. What is the point? To save a few penny but long term losing? We are local and could have used this place regularly.

food is constantly delivered too late. estimated time is 45 minutes at most every time however you should expect a minimum 75 - 90 min wait. it’s always cold and by the time it comes it’s not even worth it for its price. what’s the point of having a delivery fee when it takes decades to deliver?

The staff are very pleasant. They know the menu well and offer good advice on spice levels. The food is a different matter, I have eaten at a few tacobell and the presentation is not good. Quality of meat is out weighted by the lettuce and sour cream. The burrito is a very poor relation to a thin wrap. To us it looked like someone was saving money on the ingredients. We has a variety of food and it everyone option that the meat was missing. We don't eat a lot of meat but the Chatham branch of tacobell is on the do not return visit list.

Every time I've ordered or collected from here in the last few years the chips have been cold every time, the foods barely wrapped up and falling apart, and if delivered there is always multiple items missing or wrong or both. The staffs service is excellent, the food is not.

Harish served us. He was friendly and very efficient with an in depth knowledge of your menu. Five stars for him, deserves a promotion x

Burritto was so small i thought it was a straw.

None on the order points work. No body seemed to care. My whole family left the dirty table which wasn’t cleaned. Won’t be back. Lost a customer.

Absolutely shocking service again. Ordered online and requested plant based and sent beef. Not the first time they have made mistake. How hard is it to follow an order!!!

Great food at a good price. Plenty of choice whether you lie spicy or not. The store is a bit small, but it does have an outside seating area. The app is a great idea too. You can preorder and just collect a few minutes later and get free stuff too

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the 4th time I've had a taco bell . None of which have been a pleasant experience. This is the first (and last) I've eaten from this location though so I decided to give them a try. Me and my partner ordered on the app to collect in store. The app was glitchy but we persevered. We arrived in store and all of the staff were laughing and joking around which we don't have a problem with if you are doing a good job. They are not doing a good job because. I made the mistake of waiting until we got home before checking our order . Missing 1 lot of fries and 6 churos and dip. You know what though mistakes happen so we emailed them to explain the mishap. 70 hours later and no response. Wouldn't have minded but the food we did get didn't even tast that nice. The only win was that we got a bottle of coke instead of the can we paid for.

Second visit won't be making a third very disappointing but I suppose as it's cheap you get more lettuce than you bargain for. No guacamole either save your money and get a Nando's

Eat in ,we was the only ones there the order came out wrong the drinks machine wasn't working churro came then told no dipping sauce.the staff was to busy mucking around than working.not a good experience

Cheap food, that's fair, but the service in this place is terrible. You wait for about 30 min in an empty restaurant. They will prepare all deliveries before they even look at in-store orders. Don't bother. Just go next door and have a pizza. Food really isn't worth the wait.

Use to be so good in here but recently it’s gone so down hill, just a bunch of untrained teenagers gossiping and on their phones they refuse to clean tables service is slow it’s called fast food for a reason, took 20 minutes the other day for them to make two combo meals, no one looks like they know what they’re doing, seriously needs so experienced staff in there with some manners

Ordered 4 Quesadilla craving boxes, they didn’t not bother putting anything in the boxes, 3 quesadillas were incorrect (beef and beans instead of chicken), no churros for 2 of them and fries and sauces missing. Everything came soggy and disgusting. Will never order from here again.

Ordered a burrito meal, was missing the burrito and only got the fries and drink. Was only refunded £2.40 for a £8 meal. What a joke

Food was awful, time took for ever. Was told it be 5 mins, 5 turned into 10.. absolutely shocking service. Young girl seems to next to nothing, they need more staff and a more hands on manager. Shocking.

Firstly the order was late but I do not believe it was the driver's fault, the restaurant is to blame and I paid extra money for more beef with one of my orders and there was nearly no beef. The burrito I got also had nearly no beef and miss listed ingredients. Pretty much just a wrap. The food also arrived cold. Would not recommend to anyone, a bit waste of money.
