It was hot which McDonald's never is the food was delicious will order again

I would have liked burger king to mark the one without a particular ingredient. Instead of ripping both burgers apart to find out.

Unfortunately the food was cold.

Unfortunately the chips were not good, stale and cold with a different taste this is the 2nd time it hasn't been good. Feel it has gone down hill.

Ordered a plant based Whopper, but they sent a meat one in the vegetarian packaging! This is unacceptable and could cause serious issues for people with dietary needs. Very disappointed.

I fancied a juicy tasty burger so ordered Burger King, I am not usually a fan but thought I haven't had one for ages so would give it a go. I was right I still don't like the taste of Burger King, for me the burger's taste tinny and cheap.

Burger left out of the meal again !

Ordered at 5pm and was meant to be 15/30 minutes but didn’t arrive until an hour and 30 minutes. The food was cold and the order was wrong

The cold drinks were put in with the hot food so ended up being luke warm and soggy.

Ordered through Just Eat. App said delivered but nothing arrived. Contacted Burger King who showed no interest and told to contact Just Eat. If you use a delivery service at least be somewhat responsible !!!

my driver went the opposite direction from my house then stayed there for about 15 mins and when I got my food they forgot my straw and my food was cold!!

The delivery driver was great and so lovely. Delivery got here in good time. HOWEVER, my meal was missing and when I called Hailsham Burger King to ask for my burger they said “we packed everything” CLEARLY they did not pack everything because all I received was a portion of chips and a drink. So I tried to explain again that my burger was not in the bag and they refused to accept that it was not packed and again said “we packed everything, and to contact Justeat”. I’m not impressed.

My food never turned up!! Waited over an hour for it to not arrive, even though the driver marked it as delivered!

Hailsham Burger King is ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT… 😊 The service is excellent, food is always piping hot and tasty and you are not having to wait in a queue like some other fast food restaurants in the area! Sibi and his team are TOP QUALITY, you are greeted with a smile from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. The preparation area and the restaurant is always clean and tidy, which makes the dinning experience even better knowing that you are getting food from a clean working environment. The burger was juicy, perfectly cooked, and loaded with fresh toppings. The combination of flavors was just right, making every bite delicious. The fries were crispy and hot, just the way I like them. I also tried the Chilli Cheese Bites, which were a delightful surprise with their gooey cheese and spicy kick. I visited Burger King today afternoon. Despite the rush, the staff was friendly and efficient. The cashier greeted me with a smile and took my order accurately, including my request for no pickles on my Whopper.

Received a sealed bag containing 2 paper bags filled with plastic rubbish, napkin wrappers and old till receipt wrappers. Did not receive any food. Clearly a deliberate con going on here.

Waited Hours for the food. Delivery driver came with the wrong order so gave it back. Not his fault he was friendly. Told us to ring Burger King. Burger King told us they now can’t deliver our food, I asked for a refund which they said they can’t do we have to contact just eat. £45 down and now no dinner this evening.

Vegan bean burger was okay, vegan royale was better than the last one I had. And the chips were a bit nicer, but still a long way to go.

Normally have a great experience with ordering Burger King. This time food was missing, items were all cold apart from the drinks which were warm. Won’t be ordering again.

Food was almost cold when it arrived

The fries were cold, but also tasted and looked very strange, old and wilted. I've had many bking fries in the past at different places and the've always been nice and completely different to these. I would liken these ones to some cheap frozen oven chips that had been cooked, left out over night then thrown in a microwave for 10 seconds to make luke warm. Certainly wont be visiting that place again, awful food.

Ordered on just eat for it to arrive with stuff missing and warm at best. Phoned to say items missing was left on phone listening to others order for 5 minutes so hung up and called again for nobody to pick up the call. Rubbish costumer service won't be ordering again this was the fist and last time.

Heat the food. How can you get flame grilled inside a petrol station? Just an extra 10 seconds on the burger microwave and ding dong we have success. Will try again as handy place with great service and friendly smiles

Food quality is always good but we received incorrect order! Spoke to restaurant who said we needed to go through just eat to claim a refund. Disappointed we didn’t get right order.

food delivered cold. watched the delivery driver via the tracking facility on the app. he travelled from Hailsham to hellingly. spent a fair bit of time in a culdesac and then finally set off for Polegate. would have been amusing if it wasn't my dinner on board his vehicle. Sure driver is only meant to deliver one meal on each run, or if not - surely both deliveries should be close by and not involve him disappearing off for 20 minutes in the wrong direction? Hey ho.
