I was pleasantly surprised to find the old Bills in Woking town centre replaced by Burger King (which, in my opinion is the best of the fast food outlets). Bills was a superb restaurant which used the space in the best way possible. It was a great loss to Woking when it disappeared. Burger King have done well to turn the space (slightly reduced size) into a nice fast food outlet. The great upstairs seating area still enjoys the same views up and down the renewed pedestrian High Street and all its foliage additions. I ordered the Angus burger which is the most expensive supposedly premium brand. The burger patty was dry and horrible. There was hardly any pepper corn sauce on it for the whopping £10.50 mil. It is way overpriced and very poor quality. But to be honest in the last few years, Burger King in the UK have dropped Standards dramatically. I won’t be going back in a hurry.

Unfortunately I had to return here, I've already had a terrible experience here last year. This time a friend booked it as a surprise and I couldn't back out. Unfortunately it's still as awful as my last review. I honestly don't know where the good reviews come from - as twice I've been and it's been the same each time.. The food was tasteless and cold. Drinks were flat. Service was slow with no smile. I can't believe this place stays open or learns from it's feedback..

If I could leave a 0 star review then I would! We rushed to get there for our table at 6pm as we only get a measly 5 minute grace period and had theatre tickets, only to get there and find the whole place was in darkness and not open. I have a text confirming my booking the day before which I did! No communication, nothing. No one answered the phone when I tried to ring saying we were running late, just says, number out of service. And their website when you google “Luciano’s Woking” comes up with a different Lucianos, based in Dorchester in Dorset!

Waited over an hour and the food never arrived. Ordered directly from the website site. The delivery driver wasn’t answering. When calling the place directly a women on the phone was extremely rude and told me I want get my food or money. Eventually I did get the money back, however the deliver charge was missing so still £4 short of what we paid! Extremely disappointed

Been to the restaurant last evening we were welcomed by a kind waiter (alyhough restaurant seems very busy) offered cozy place with menus on hands, until we decide food we ordered our fresh juices which were enough to win our heart(fresh lemonade and strawberry juices) then in a short time we were served with starters, and then main meal, the flavor the spices were just perfect and works like a magic in a lovely friendly atmosphere, beautiful decore soft music quick friendly service, and very reasonable prices and not wrong to say one of the best restaurant experience so far in woking and guildford, hatts off to the sheff and weldone to all the waiters for their hardwork. Definitely coming back with more friends and family.

Had it in the food court at peacocks and just realised why I stopped eating there. The food is really tasteless, cold and tastes of nothing and the staff looks bored. The staff at MacDonalds, next door looks more friendly and welcoming and frankly the food also seems more flavourful.
