Food like warm ups Got hot chocolate was white froth no chocolate in it at all.

Went through the drive through so can't rate the atmosphere, the food was hot and really good, will definitely be back

Just a burger king the atmosphere is kinda damp mostly quiet not many people come here anyway but the delivery of food is really fast for what I ordered (I think it was a burger meal with fries and a strawberry milkshake?) the people working there were incredibly nice a great place to go to grab a bite but maybe not for big parties

Staff are always friendly in here and get the food out fast. Packaged well too

A bit quiet when I visited, but the meatless food we ordered was cooked freshly so we had a slight wait, the place was clean and tidy and plenty of parking.

It's like every other burger king but it has a refillable drinks machine.

I had a very pleasant experience when ordering. Matthew on the Kiosk was extremely helpful as I am very indecisive but he allowed me to take my time and even recommended products to me.

Short wait for order….and had to ask for drinks cup and condiments if paid for - not even an apology or any sort of enjoy your meal….just silence! Completed a food Hudson course many years ago and sure you supposed to wear hair nets in food prep area….but apparently not! Even if you have an almost foot long pony tail - you’re free to flick it around without a care! Food is as decidedly average - pretty bland and barely warm…. Just about edible. Would like to make a special mention to the store cleaning team….especially as they appeared to have the day off and looks like everyone else was happy leave it till the next day for tidying the customer seating area (see photos)!

Went here for food and it’s become a favourite very quickly the food is quality, the customer service is second to non and Sean is fantastic always takes the time to exchange pleasantries if he can and will always go above and beyond to help. I definitely recommend eating here.

The food was hot and tasty. I had to go back to the counter after I had collected my meal as they had missed my muffin off my order, but it was quickly resolved with no issues. The staff were friendly and Jordan helped collect my drinks for me while I was attending to my daughter.

Their ceaser burgers were nor worth the money, very disappointed 😞

NO respect for their customers!!! I visited with my son who is autistic, he was showing no signs of foul behaviour or causing any problems other than he had little outbreaks which are completely controllable and no disturbance to any other customer. All being said only one other family in the building at the time. Staff were rude, vile, no respect for my parenting or my son and criticised us. Appalling to say the least! What a world we live in … will NOT be visiting again Oh and the food was lukewarm when served

Quick stop before we drove to tamworth food was nice and service was excellent. Toilets were spotless.

Very long wait for order, even if only few customers inside... 20mins is way too long for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 milkshakes! I do not recommend this place.

Had the spicy double whopper it was great but a little messy to eat .Definitely ordered again

My previous 3 experiences of having ordered have been disappointing, all focused around the amount of time, even when pre ordered to have my food ready. Be it drive through or in side I've had to wait upwards of 5 mins. Last time was a Friday at 18:30 with 3 ppl inside and no one in the drive through, yet I had to wait for an unacceptable time

Very friendly employees even after I made them print a massive receipt for like 100x extra onion lol. Food is great too.

Haven’t been to Burger King in years but stopped in whilst in Castleford and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Vegan Royale, it was delicious. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. This may now be a regular treat for me!

I used to prefer Burger King over macci ds. Now they are both as bad as each other.

Recently popped in with the family and was pleased with the cleanliness and prompt service when I ordered the food and the burgers were great!

Got double cheese melts which are meant to come with 2 burgers on clues in the Name! Only had 1 burger on chips was freezing cold will not be returning here absolute joke all 18 to 19 year old kids working behind the till who clearly don't know what there doing

Went to park road burger King walked in went to counter to enquire about something and they completely ignore you they are the rudest staff in that branch I have ever seen I spoke to one of them saying excuse me to show him my phone and he walked straight by me never go there again food also very expensive.

Staff sitting around gossiping instead of serving or doing their job. Had to wait 10 minutes for a 2 minutes job. And no they were not busy just doing fk all.

Food was ok, think the expression is , it is what it is, was quickly ordered and arrived quickly via the app, chips were hot and very salty. Burgers were nice and tasty. Dorittos chicken Fry's where tasty. Coffee is coffee, coke is coke. Not much atmosphere in the place no music or anything for dinning in. The place was quite busy but found a table for 4 no problem, easy parking outside, nice clean premises .

Waited 20 mins in a queue in the drive through after paying. Couldn't get out even if I wanted to. Not sure what was going on because the restaurant was nearly empty. Slow service, lukewarm food.

Good for a Burger king - However the staff need a lot more time management training. Stood for 5 mins trying to order food while a girl mopped the floor instead of taking my order? A bit more customer service it would be a 5. Definitely eat there but just give yourself time!!!

If I could give this place a minus I would. The service myself, daughter and grandson experienced was appalling. The manager going against the Burger King policies. It was when I caught him doing what he told my daughter he couldn't. The confrontation when I asked him was disgusting. When I asked the manager SEAN who served and lied said so what what are you going to do about it. I will leave it there. I could go on.

Despite being the only drive thru customer , infact the only customer at the time . The food was shocking. It was vile , cold .not worth the money at all. Avoid it like the plague

Food is nice cooked well.presented well service is polite , my only issue is the prices, I ordered a double cheese bacon burger it cost £4:99 just for the burger it was the size of a slider what you get at parties, tbh the prices at burger King are ridiculous that's my only problem with burger King, no wonder there not busy and its always empty

Had a whopper for the first time in several years and it was Awesome.

2nd ti.e iv been here and still it hasnt improved, they dont seem to be getting this brand new Burger King upto speed its honestly not as good as the one at Xscape down the road. Waited 15 minutes to be served staff just pratting about and not taking attentiin, Manger asking her team to keep eye on the customers waiting but no one listening. We sit down and there was food/rubbish on the floor/tables which was there for over half an hour. Pictures attached

We have started to come here as McDonald's is a zoo and is expensive. Everytime we come here the staff are really helpful, really kind. I was having trouble with my order due to a bad week and the lady working there (I think her name was Beth) was really helpful. Thank you so much for everything you are doing and keep up the great work.

The food is alright but the atmosphere is always dead. Being next to a Lidl, it isn't the best of places being tucked away either.

Visited on 22/07/23 and tried to redeem my points on the app at the till.... scanned my code, couldn't add my order to my points even though they could see I had the relevant points. Ordering food out is stressful enough for me as I have ceoliac disease meaning I have to explain every single time to someone what I can and can't have in order to ensure I don't become severely ill. Add the pressure of your partner already having her meal and nearly eating it all whilst mine hasn't even gone through the till as their app / till system isn't a good one! I ended up leaving BK without any food and back home to make myself some food.... Burger king doesn't offer much in the way of gluten free anyway.... other restaurants offer so much more choice and have better app / till systems in place to ensure orders go through smoothly. Even the manager commented twice to myself and to a guy in front that the tills are poor.

Slow service the order machine never works properly and the drinks machine is never in use it’s always got paper stuck to the front saying do not use isn’t This place supposed to be a new Burger King it needs some help already and it’s not even been open 6 months yet

Used an app voucher at the counter and got two whopper meals for £9.99, can't complain, was pretty quick and the food was nice. Everything very clean.

Ordered on the app. Picked up and went home. Should have checked but food missing. Tried calling but phone would be hung up after 2 rings. Turned up and the manager saod "dont mean to be a nob but you should have checked" dont really think thats good enough

Excellent service at this branch. The food was fresh and tasty, plus they sold lovely milkshakes a bonus because I didn't realise Burger King sold them. Using the app saves loads of money, too, using the deals.

Love the burgers but the service needs some fine tuning. Loaded fries are amazing especially with bbq sauce

Ordered click and collect from here, the food was good, burger king standard and staff were pleasant. Tis nice having a decent BK a short drive away from home. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it's not one of their plant based only burger kings.

absolutly useless never have mobile ordering online, and then when you can actually place an order they forget items. also tried to ring about the missing items and they cant even answer a phone.

Cold undercooked. food. Soft greasy onion rings. Missing item from the order. Bacon was almost still oinking! Only just warm and very chewy. Terrible show from a normally good retailer! We have used other BKs and they have been fine, best one around here is at Moto Ferrybridge. More staff training needed maybe, I don't know? But I do know we will never use this location again, If any!

Great treat for the boys keep the animals fed and they're happy . Easy to nip in and collect nice friendly staff too.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
