Nice hot food, relaxing atmosphere, very easy to make modifications to food (i take off bacon) If theres ever any issues they solve them straight away.

Food didn't arrive and no resolve over a refund staff untrained in customer service

Dropped in with the young en as I had a BOGOF whopper . Food was made to order as it was empty ( never seems to get busy) . I had two whoppers young en had chicken nuggets meal. Food was hot , burgers were good size ( took one home as I was full) , nuggets quite tasty . Overall can't grumble with the food , it was just quite pricey, but we all know Burger King are more than maccys.

Best Burger King that I've visited. Usually avoid fast food places, but this is an exception. The staff are polite, attentive and efficient. Place is super clean. Most importantly, the food is fresh, hot and tasty.....unlike most!

Not many staff and the place was filthy (look at photos). The food was fine but the service was slow. Burger King used to be so much better.

I had a very disappointing experience at Burger King on Park Road. The staff were extremely rude and arrogant, especially to Uber and Just Eat delivery drivers. Orders were prepared very slowly and the Burger King staff were rude to drivers waiting for their Uber order. This is by far the worst restaurant in Castleford

The staff are always friendly, it can seem quiet, but then you see all the deliveries they are doing so you can understand why it can take time to be served. The place is clean and well kept, atmosphere is as you would expect in this type of eatery. Thanks Gabriella for showing me how to use the screens!

Awful..not busy but a 20 minute wait for food. Waiting area taken over by deliveroo and just eat drivers, who just leave their collecting bags strewn accross the counter tops and tables, it's clear to see they are priority. Food really expensive and burger lukewarm and dry as a bone. Do yourself a favour and pop in to the singing chocker pub next door, it's cheaper, better service and nicer burgers Won't be back to this burger king, ever

For the second time on bounce they've forgotten my dips which they charge you for and the burger bun was near on frozen.

A special shoutout to Jordan, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal and exceptional service!

Conveniently located next to Lidl, with a decent sized car park. Small inside, with kiosk service. Made fresh burger and fries to order. Food tasty, staff service OK and interior messy.

Just a burger king the atmosphere is kinda damp mostly quiet not many people come here anyway but the delivery of food is really fast for what I ordered (I think it was a burger meal with fries and a strawberry milkshake?) the people working there were incredibly nice a great place to go to grab a bite but maybe not for big parties

A bit quiet when I visited, but the meatless food we ordered was cooked freshly so we had a slight wait, the place was clean and tidy and plenty of parking.

It's like every other burger king but it has a refillable drinks machine.

I had a very pleasant experience when ordering. Matthew on the Kiosk was extremely helpful as I am very indecisive but he allowed me to take my time and even recommended products to me.

Short wait for order….and had to ask for drinks cup and condiments if paid for - not even an apology or any sort of enjoy your meal….just silence! Completed a food Hudson course many years ago and sure you supposed to wear hair nets in food prep area….but apparently not! Even if you have an almost foot long pony tail - you’re free to flick it around without a care! Food is as decidedly average - pretty bland and barely warm…. Just about edible. Would like to make a special mention to the store cleaning team….especially as they appeared to have the day off and looks like everyone else was happy leave it till the next day for tidying the customer seating area (see photos)!

Had great service and timely orders, the person who took my order, matthew was very nice. Definitely revisiting this burger king.

The food was hot and tasty. I had to go back to the counter after I had collected my meal as they had missed my muffin off my order, but it was quickly resolved with no issues. The staff were friendly and Jordan helped collect my drinks for me while I was attending to my daughter.

Went here for food and it’s become a favourite very quickly the food is quality, the customer service is second to non and Sean is fantastic always takes the time to exchange pleasantries if he can and will always go above and beyond to help. I definitely recommend eating here.

Their ceaser burgers were nor worth the money, very disappointed 😞

NO respect for their customers!!! I visited with my son who is autistic, he was showing no signs of foul behaviour or causing any problems other than he had little outbreaks which are completely controllable and no disturbance to any other customer. All being said only one other family in the building at the time. Staff were rude, vile, no respect for my parenting or my son and criticised us. Appalling to say the least! What a world we live in … will NOT be visiting again Oh and the food was lukewarm when served

Very long wait for order, even if only few customers inside... 20mins is way too long for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 milkshakes! I do not recommend this place.

My previous 3 experiences of having ordered have been disappointing, all focused around the amount of time, even when pre ordered to have my food ready. Be it drive through or in side I've had to wait upwards of 5 mins. Last time was a Friday at 18:30 with 3 ppl inside and no one in the drive through, yet I had to wait for an unacceptable time

Very friendly employees even after I made them print a massive receipt for like 100x extra onion lol. Food is great too.

Haven’t been to Burger King in years but stopped in whilst in Castleford and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Vegan Royale, it was delicious. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. This may now be a regular treat for me!

I used to prefer Burger King over macci ds. Now they are both as bad as each other.

Recently popped in with the family and was pleased with the cleanliness and prompt service when I ordered the food and the burgers were great!

Went to park road burger King walked in went to counter to enquire about something and they completely ignore you they are the rudest staff in that branch I have ever seen I spoke to one of them saying excuse me to show him my phone and he walked straight by me never go there again food also very expensive.

Good for a Burger king - However the staff need a lot more time management training. Stood for 5 mins trying to order food while a girl mopped the floor instead of taking my order? A bit more customer service it would be a 5. Definitely eat there but just give yourself time!!!

Despite being the only drive thru customer , infact the only customer at the time . The food was shocking. It was vile , cold .not worth the money at all. Avoid it like the plague

If I could give this place a minus I would. The service myself, daughter and grandson experienced was appalling. The manager going against the Burger King policies. It was when I caught him doing what he told my daughter he couldn't. The confrontation when I asked him was disgusting. When I asked the manager SEAN who served and lied said so what what are you going to do about it. I will leave it there. I could go on.

Had a whopper for the first time in several years and it was Awesome.

2nd ti.e iv been here and still it hasnt improved, they dont seem to be getting this brand new Burger King upto speed its honestly not as good as the one at Xscape down the road. Waited 15 minutes to be served staff just pratting about and not taking attentiin, Manger asking her team to keep eye on the customers waiting but no one listening. We sit down and there was food/rubbish on the floor/tables which was there for over half an hour. Pictures attached

Tried to order on the app but found it very confusing to place the order on this app eventually just went and ordered at the Glasshoughton restaurant . Someone needs to look at the app and simplify it

We have started to come here as McDonald's is a zoo and is expensive. Everytime we come here the staff are really helpful, really kind. I was having trouble with my order due to a bad week and the lady working there (I think her name was Beth) was really helpful. Thank you so much for everything you are doing and keep up the great work.

The food is alright but the atmosphere is always dead. Being next to a Lidl, it isn't the best of places being tucked away either.
