Food, service and atmosphere all incredible. Danny our server was amazing, couldn't have done enough for us and made us feel really welcome! Courtney in the kitchen made the most delicious pizzas. We honestly can't thank the team enough, it was a perfect customer experience and we were a little taken back by it all. Well done team! We will be returning! You've made regulars out of us!

Tonight we ordered a Meat feast, Fries & Onion rings at a cost of £30.00 Bear in mind we`re 0.4 miles away from the Restaurant, currently right now as I'm typing this review I'm eating cold Pizza, cold chips & cold onions rings, since Covid and the greed to make more money, the quality of service and food has nose dived. Outstanding service Pizza Hut! NOT!

The service was excellent. The buffet was really good, so was the chips. The pizza on offer was wide if you picked the buffet option Drinks fountain was nice, comes with all pepsi-co products, so if you wanted sprite, you are only getting 7-up Ice cream factory was messy, the smarties would not come out of the lid, however this may be more of a design issue. 4/5

We go every new years eve with kids, and we always enjoy it, only thing is this time ice cream factory wasn't working the lad filled it up and still wasn't dispensing, left it 20 mins still not working so we left, shame as kids were looking forward to it, but didn't like staying longer after food as was busy

The Pizza Hut in Castleford is outstanding. We have to mention Dan the general manager he was amazing . Without Dan this place wouldn’t be the same. Overall would definitely recommend to come here .

Great food , let down by parents letting their kids run riot and screaming the place down during a weekday.

food was over a hour late then when it did arrive it was freezing cold the pizza had been thrown all around the box making all the toppings go everywhere will definitely not be ordering from here again I would like a full refund or a full remake.

I'm a disabled lady who has difficulty in walking and being unsteady on my feet, so therefore I've a disabled sticker on my door & bearing in mind I use a crutch. When the courier arrived at my door he offered me his bag for me to take the items out it would have needed two hands to do this. As to how I would have achieved that I don't know, plus I never received a bag to put my items in to carry them back from my front door to my living room and the food was cold. Not happy 😖

In nearly all the other restaurants around Junction 32 & Xscape the service levels have gone really down hill. Here is very different with friendly, happy and very helpful staff. Really makes a difference and makes you want to go back. Food was great too.

The deals make it really good value for money. Love the food, the pizza is so good. The staff were friendly, gave the place a good vibe, you know you're going to be treated well here. Definitely going again!

Saw the delivery driver put my order in the stay warm bag once he got to the house from the backseat my food was cold when it got to me

If Shannon L isn't running this place soon, she should be, she could. Her customer service is some of the best I have experienced, she is helpful, informative, friendly, not intrusive whilst being incredibly attentive. She sorted us a great deal based on what we wanted and saved me an applie pie cookie as they were limited stock due to popularity and it was so worth it!!! She even stayed and chatted to my dad who can talk the ears of a donkey, and she was absolutely lovely about it too!

My wife and I dropped in for dinner as the drive back to home in all the heavy rain was a chance to get a bit of relief from driving. We had a vegan and a ham and mushroom pan pizzas. They were both really well cooked and had a good depth of toppings. Very happy with the food. Service was excellent and ended up having a great chat with the staff about food, life music and gigs. We stayed an extra hour because of this and discussed many things with roasted garlic being a must try!.... lol. You had to be there!!.. 😉 Next time will be back and include our son when he's home from Uni life. Great place, food good and staff really polite and engaging. Thanks guys.

I have been in today and the pizza I ordered was cooked really well. However, I had absolutely amazing customer service from a man named Charlie who advised me and worked efficiently . Charlie made me feel very welcome where I haven't been felt made welcome at all from the Wakefield pizza hut. Charlie has changed my perspective on these pizza chains for sure. I will definitely be coming back to see the lovely staff, nice food and not to forget, the good deals you can find on the menu. Thanks guys.

As a family we have been many times to this Pizza Hut. Always a good experience. We tend to go mid afternoon so avoiding any busy periods. The staff are always nice, the food is good. Usually some kind of deal on otherwise it can work out expensive.

We came on a Wednesday dinner time and the 2 front of house staff were so friendly, pizzas were hot and fresh too 😁

Wasted our time to wait as too many people were waiting and then we were told its card only. not a chance, never ever come back to this place. I will not be made to pay with card anymore. KEEP CASH ALIVE !

initially supposed to come between 16:35-16:50 and actually came at 17:52. Courier dropped my bottle of Pepsi on the floor and the food was cold when arrived.

Highly recommend, and would like to thank lynne and Stephanie who work there for going all out to ensure my children (with ads and adhd) had a fantastic dining experience. Seated quickly in a quiet area , checked on many times to ensure if we needed any thing at all which was so very kind. The food was amazing and a personal thank you to the pizza chefs for making a special pizza ( garlic mushroom and extra cheesy 🧀) as its our favourite (for our fussy eaters ) it was one of the best dining experience I could of asked for and will most definitely be going many more times ,

Worst pizza we've ever had burnt, hardly any tomatoe base sauce so was extremely dry and to top it off came cold waste of 40 quid

Fantastic customer service from manager Shannon for our collection today. We wanted to pay by gift card and struggled to do this online. The deal we wanted was online only but she honoured it when we rang to place our order. The food was excellent value for money, was fresh and delicious. Would definitely order from Pizza Hut Castleford again.

Amazing service today, came in and was greeted at the door by who I’m guessing was the manager on shift. Took is to our table and helped us order as the website wasn’t working on our phones. Food came out in a timely manner and was delicious, salad bar was fresh and the desserts also came out very quickly too. Thanks guys !

Disappointed with Pizzas, both pizzas were all over on the box, the pizza triangle holders did not keep them together. I understand a thin pizza is thin but how thin they actually are is tad ridiculous. Barely no cheese or sauce base on cheese pizza, no bbq sauce on bbq pizza or if there was there wasn't much. Chicken bites were cold. When you spend £40 on two pizzas and a side you expect better.

Service - When we walked through the door the lady didn’t even say hello, she just straight away told us that we needed to come back in 30 minutes until the walk ins were available when we had a booking already and that question wasn’t even asked. The food and drinks were appropriately 10 minutes until it arrived at our table which was brilliant. Food: Salad bar - The salad bar was filthy, food, crumbs stains and cross contamination between the foods which went unnoticed from the staff team. Starter - The starter was delivered the same time as the main and the food really wasn’t up to standard. They sold this meal as the Cheesy garlic bites with bacon, and it was a big stuck together ball of garlicky dough. Main - The pizza was overly greasy to the point that it was dripping off the food and onto the plate, I really was not satisfied.

We came in as a family of 5 for a birthday. We ordered 5 sides and 4 pizzas. The restaurant had about 20 people inside. The service was very slow, although there were a lot of staff. After ordering we were offered the salad bar, however it was about 20 mins later we were given our glasses for the drinks refill machine. The first pizza came quick, then there was about 5 mins between the next pizza coming out and a further 10mins for the last two. One side came with the last pizza, two more came 10 mins later, and the last two came after we had all finished eating the pizzas. For a restaurant meal we would all like to eat together. It seems the restaurant prioritise the delivery drivers over seated customers. The delivery drivers also love to park all over the place and block the disabled parking. We will not be going back, which is a shame as the Pizzas are excellent.

Great food as always, staff were super friendly. Bit disappointed the individual meal is priced at £19.99 but you can't actually get one for that price as it's £1 extra for any base so a little bit of false advertising there.

All you can eat buffet however had to wait for pizza's to be cooked salad bar needed topping up. Drinks machine had to be topped up with soda and staff were told on a few occasions about it but this did get resolved eventually.

Trusty Pizza Hut buffet. Good value and the staff were great. Very engaging and chatting about your day, had a discussion about the Leeds match, predicting 2-2 draw and penalties.

Daniel A served me as I ordered a takeout, he was really friendly and helpful as he suggested a deal that suited our needs and even saved us some money. He was really great and the food was made really quickly. I even got the door held open for me as I went out to the car with our pizzas. Really fantastic experience!!

The afternoon buffet was lovely. Good to enjoy the salad bar selection alongside a wide selection of pizza per slice. The front of staff service were polite, friendly and helpful. Thankyou for making it a relaxing and good lunchtime dining experience for me and my daughter. Will definitely return.

Never collected from Restaurant and never delivered! App updates saying Courier at Restaurant when wasn’t and had to be order remade and collected ourselves!

Standard pizza hut fayre. Service was friendly but the old place is looking a bit frayed around the edges these days...

Tell you the size of pizza, then it came 37% smaller, and too expensive, £15.99 for small or £28.99 for sharing, and that's takeaway price. You can get 2 good steak meals in a restaurant for that money, lets be honest, its only bread with a few vegetables and grated cheese👎

Tall Irish worker was very chatty and attentive. Great value for money on the £10 buffet managed 20+ slices between 2 of us can’t complain. Lovely woman with dark hair came and checked on us (said on the receipt lynn so I am assuming that is her name). Yummy would recommend the buffet

£25 for a 13” cheese pizza! What day light robbery! Not been here in a very long time and the kids fancied pizza but no way would I come back Pizza Hut ever again what a rip off! Don’t mind paying for good food but it’s not exactly a Michelin pizza it’s just cheese!

The food was cold and the honey pepperoni pizza didn’t have any honey on it and the other pizza was way to thin it was ripping as it was picked up it was so thin

Just not the same as before covid. You still have to order with an app. The salad bar has no variety. Went for the buffet and spent more time queueing because the pizzas were not being made quick enough to supply the demand.

Expected more from Pizza Hut but felt very let down service was good but food not so, salad bar not great and very noisy with kids won’t be going again which is a shame as I used to love their pizzas.

Had the buffet around midday. Selection of pizzas was dire and tasteless, food was cold also. Salad bar looked pathetic with ridiculous looking plastic bowls that toddlers use. I can't believe this place is still going. The only decent part of the experience were the staff who were friendly and helpful. I will never eat at pizza hut again. Total rip off.

I ordered share for four+ and share for one+ today and I have never been so disappointed in my life. I paid over £50, the pizza came cold. I chose a thin dough, but I didn't think that the ingredients would be put on a thin dough in such a way that it would fall down when lifted. very little cheese. I felt like I was eating only dough... the chips were ok, but the garlic bread was cold and unbaked. I do not recommend.

the food was well cooked although the chicken bites were very dry , the pizzas seamed to be well covered but such a hefty price for 9" pizzas the only reason we still buy from here is the fact the wife has coeliac disease if other pizza shops could offer these we'd never return 😔

The pizza was clap cold and the pizza base didn’t taste fresh as it was as stiff as cardboard. If you told me this pizza was prepared yesterday, I’d believe you.

Expensive for pizza and zero thrills, better slice of pizza can easily found at half the price.
