Fast delivery and everything was hit.

Delivery was 25 mins later than first quoted and food was cold and needed reheating

absolutely brilliant service tonight, great food, great quality, slight hick up with the dough but contacted me to rectify this even three in a freebie. 10/10 would deffo recommend!

2 hours late. When arrived cold. Contacted the restaurant was told that the order had been stolen. Not good enough

Food was too expensive for portion size and arrived late and only just warm. I feel ripped off frankly

Pizza could have more cheese on more like a tomato pizza than a margarita

pizza and cheesy bites were cold. ordered extra mozzarella. pizza was so well done, no cheese at all was evident

very cold and dry... pepperoni was burnt and the cheesy bites had no cheese in them.

Highly recommend, and would like to thank lynne and Stephanie who work there for going all out to ensure my children (with autism and adhd) had a fantastic dining experience. Seated quickly in a quiet area , checked on many times to ensure if we needed any thing at all which was so very kind. The food was amazing and a personal thank you to the pizza chefs for making a special pizza ( garlic mushroom and extra cheesy 🧀) as its our favourite (for our fussy eaters ) it was one of the best dining experience I could of asked for and will most definitely be going many more times ,

Had a great time food was amazing and service was warm, welcoming and always respective and the inside felt comfortable and relaxing.

Crispy but fluffy on the inside for the base and the flavour was unreal! Delicious be back again x

The food is very tasty and the staff is very good.

Everything was brilliant today. The staff were excellent, the buffet was amazing. Plenty of choice and constantly being topped up as was the salad bar.

Ordered the deal with sharing pizza and 2 sides on arriving the pizza was stone cold, and missing a side, I decided to contact the Castleford restaurant where I got the order from and spoke to Richard who was very impolite and wasn’t willing to help

Cold undercooked barely any sauce

Delivery was fine, quality was great but our order was completely incorrect. 2 different pizzas arrived and put us out of pocket. Went through the correct channels to ask for a partial refund and they have us going in circles. Won’t be repeating.

Added: thank you for the restaurant for the help in cancelling parking charge. Children are wanting to go back for the endless ice cream and I probably will agree to take them.. Very dissapointed with service,I was constantly prompted to use online ordering and I do not go out to eat at venue to get multiple prompts to do it via screen.Staff were not busy and chatting in groups and still we were prompted to use online ordering by several of them. Also staff member allocated to us was shy and quiet, the place was cold which made food go colf fast and to top it up we also got issued a PCN after overtsaying parking (and we just lost the appeal) apparently there is an option to extend parking using tablet service which I was never offerred nor seen signs for it . We dined for 71 minutes which is not unreasonable. We went there as a treat after a busy day out eith children and it has just made the day worse by poor service and a PCN. Also it is card only at restaurant, if you can call a place restaurant when they insist on placing orders via phone. I regret going there.

We had the buffet and got a deal with the kids to eat free. The app ordering was a little confusing, but with a little help from the staff, we got what we came for and had a nice meal and chat . No cash is accepted at this restaurant, just so you know. All good and the food was always fresh and ready out all the time we were there.

Staff were friendly, service wasn’t the fastest but food was great nonetheless. My only issue is i have since received a parking fine as i wasn’t aware you was only allowed to use the car park for 30 minutes. I have been told by the car park company that i was supposed to extend my stay by an additional 30 minutes in the restaurant using a tablet which i wasn’t made aware of which by any staff which has now cost me an additional £60 on top of my meal. I do feel let down by this as you’re expected to be in and out within 60 minutes which is unrealistic. Unfortunately this has most likely put me off ever coming back as i do not wish to be getting rushed if i ever go to eat there

On time however my food was very cold and had to be reheated so quality not as good as if it was delivered hot and fresh

Called in at lunchtime with my partner, both ordered the buffet which was great, plenty of choice on the day. Quite enjoy the varying flavours of Pepsi offered in Pizza Hut. Service was prompt and we were satisfied all round.

The food was horrendous for what we paid it was cold and looked terrible will never order from pizza hut again!! Quality 0 star but had to put 1 to submit absolutely shocking!!

We had a great lunch/dinner here. Food was really nice and hot. My daughter ordered the chocolate brownie and the staff offered to have it warmed up for her, they were so friendly and Shannon went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. I even used my blue light discount as well. Sometimes when you use a discount in places they talk to you differently, but that wasn’t the case here at all. I would definitely recommend this Pizza Hut. Glad I booked here in 2 weeks time for a birthday meal. Fab service.

All the wait staff were genuinely polite, kind and accommodating (parking, allergies and making us aware of any deals currently on). We were greeted with a smile straight away and seated - was pleasure to be served by them. Food was perfect and super tasty - the food also came out promptly and was it nice to be checked in on between courses (asking if we were ready for the next one to come out). 10/10 would eat at this location again.The only reason I make no mention of a server in particular is due to being checked in on my multiple employees through my meal and the service being incredible by each and very one of them 😁

Overpriced pizza with very little topping. Sides were terrible. The last time I will get food from here.

Came in to collect a large takeaway order and the waiter was absolutely lovely and so helpful ! Helped me take everything out to the car and was very polite, 10/10 service .

Food, service and atmosphere all incredible. Danny our server was amazing, couldn't have done enough for us and made us feel really welcome! Courtney in the kitchen made the most delicious pizzas. Tonight we ordered a Meat feast, Fries & Onion rings at a cost of £30.00 Bear in mind we`re 0.4 miles away from the Restaurant, currently right now as I'm typing this review I'm eating cold Pizza, cold chips & cold onions rings, since Covid and the greed to make more money, the quality of service and food has nose dived. Outstanding service Pizza Hut! NOT!

The service was excellent. The buffet was really good, so was the chips. The pizza on offer was wide if you picked the buffet option Drinks fountain was nice, comes with all pepsi-co products, so if you wanted sprite, you are only getting 7-up Ice cream factory was messy, the smarties would not come out of the lid, however this may be more of a design issue. 4/5

We go every new years eve with kids, and we always enjoy it, only thing is this time ice cream factory wasn't working the lad filled it up and still wasn't dispensing, left it 20 mins still not working so we left, shame as kids were looking forward to it, but didn't like staying longer after food as was busy

The Pizza Hut in Castleford is outstanding. We have to mention Dan the general manager he was amazing . Without Dan this place wouldn’t be the same. Overall would definitely recommend to come here .

food was over a hour late then when it did arrive it was freezing cold the pizza had been thrown all around the box making all the toppings go everywhere will definitely not be ordering from here again I would like a full refund or a full remake.

I'm a disabled lady who has difficulty in walking and being unsteady on my feet, so therefore I've a disabled sticker on my door & bearing in mind I use a crutch. When the courier arrived at my door he offered me his bag for me to take the items out it would have needed two hands to do this. As to how I would have achieved that I don't know, plus I never received a bag to put my items in to carry them back from my front door to my living room and the food was cold. Not happy 😖

In nearly all the other restaurants around Junction 32 & Xscape the service levels have gone really down hill. Here is very different with friendly, happy and very helpful staff. Really makes a difference and makes you want to go back. Food was great too.

If Shannon L isn't running this place soon, she should be, she could. Her customer service is some of the best I have experienced, she is helpful, informative, friendly, not intrusive whilst being incredibly attentive. She sorted us a great deal based on what we wanted and saved me an applie pie cookie as they were limited stock due to popularity and it was so worth it!!! She even stayed and chatted to my dad who can talk the ears of a donkey, and she was absolutely lovely about it too!

My wife and I dropped in for dinner as the drive back to home in all the heavy rain was a chance to get a bit of relief from driving. We had a vegan and a ham and mushroom pan pizzas. They were both really well cooked and had a good depth of toppings. Very happy with the food. Service was excellent and ended up having a great chat with the staff about food, life music and gigs. We stayed an extra hour because of this and discussed many things with roasted garlic being a must try!.... lol. You had to be there!!.. 😉 Next time will be back and include our son when he's home from Uni life. Great place, food good and staff really polite and engaging. Thanks guys.

As a family we have been many times to this Pizza Hut. Always a good experience. We tend to go mid afternoon so avoiding any busy periods. The staff are always nice, the food is good. Usually some kind of deal on otherwise it can work out expensive.

I have been in today and the pizza I ordered was cooked really well. However, I had absolutely amazing customer service from a man named Charlie who advised me and worked efficiently . Charlie made me feel very welcome where I haven't been felt made welcome at all from the Wakefield pizza hut. Charlie has changed my perspective on these pizza chains for sure. I will definitely be coming back to see the lovely staff, nice food and not to forget, the good deals you can find on the menu. Thanks guys.

initially supposed to come between 16:35-16:50 and actually came at 17:52. Courier dropped my bottle of Pepsi on the floor and the food was cold when arrived.

Worst pizza we've ever had burnt, hardly any tomatoe base sauce so was extremely dry and to top it off came cold waste of 40 quid
