Burger King in Arun

Absolutely appalled to see a young girl left by herself with a massive queue of customers gone 11pm trying to do everything whilst being abused by customers losing their tempers with the wait. Managers obviously hiding away and leaving her on the front line to take the slack from their badly managed operation. Tamara should be given the managers wages and the management should have theirs deducted. Burger King, where is your duty of care for your poor young staff?

We had a few trips to Burger King during our stay this week. Never needed to wait too long for food as the staff were on the ball the whole time. Very good service and the staff were helpful fun and professional. Ella and Owen were particularly good on Thursday evening bringing smiles and laughs to the customers as they waited for their food. Definitely recommend this as a go to eatery when visiting Butlins.

Good was hot and served quickish. Wasn’t the best but definitely wouldn’t the worst Burger King we have been too. The tables and floor were clean, and enough setting.

The server struggled to speak or understand English and totally messed up my order. The burger was good but the bun was very dry and the fries were excellent. Will not visit again.
