Burger King in City of London, Westminster

Mi esposa y yo fuimos a este BK esperando un tren de vuelta a casa. Este BK es como uno esperaría de una estación de tren BK. Uso de los servicios electrónicos y "relativamente" comida rápida. La comida parecía cocinada y no estábamos enfermos después, así que una buena señal. Nada excepcional pero tampoco nada desagradable. ¡Es lo que es! Un par de opciones en la estación, y este era el que parecía tener una oferta decente!

Dadas las picaduras de queso de chile congelado dos veces seguidas y luego solicitó un reembolso los gerentes me respondieron que quería un reembolso y cito “vete a la mierda con tu madre” peor servicio al cliente que he visto en toda mi vida!

Servicio lento, malo y se olvidaron de dar un par de artículos que había pagado y tuve que apresurarse a un tren ya que son tanooooo lento que no tuve tiempo de comprobar! Muy molesto, es como si te estuvieran robando.

Este Burger King horario de apertura 8 am lunes - domingo pero siempre tarde nunca abre a tiempo , esta una estación de tren que la gente viaja necesita para obtener el desayuno. Espero que la oficina central haga algo al respecto. Gracias

This is our third year of using the trains from warwick parkway to Marylebone for the football, but STILL this place is USELESS! No customer service, no sense of urgency (when, believe it or not, in a train station, you’re usually catching a train!!!) miserable staff. It just hasn’t ever got better!! If there was another fast food chain, we would use that, but unfortunately this is the only one and when it’s late and you’re on a very tight schedule, due to the timetable of the trains, this is all that’s available! Wish there was something else that was accessible as anything would be better than this.

Firstly, one of he two machines to place order wasn’t working. Secondly, no one from the staff was at the counter to take orders. Finally after having waited almost 10 minutes for a machine to become free, I was able to place an order. The order included two plant based items and three chicken ones. I was made to wait 15 minutes. Since I had a train to catch, I enquired about the status of my order. That’s when one of the staff hesitantly comes to listen to me. I was informed that the plant based items were not in stock. I had already paid around £45 for the entire order and now after making me wait for 15 minutes, am informed of this. Since I was now running short of time due to the staffs unresponsive nature, I said not to bother finding the alternative/substitute for the plant based items and asked for the refund for the amount. That’s when they staff says the manager will need to do that. The manger wasn’t bothered about the customers predicament and comes as if she’s strolling in the park. The refund could not be processed despite me having used the same card that I used to pay the order. I reminded her that i will miss my train due to their unfriendly and inefficient behavior. To which she replies that it’s the only option to get credit. I asked her to write on the receipt that a refund is due. She reluctantly did that. The only time I will visit this store ever now will only be to claim the credit for the items that they never gave me even after taking the order and payment for it. This branch of Burger Kind is the best example of how fast food could be SLOW FAST FOOD. WORST SERVICE EVER !

We ordered a chicken burger meal and a vegan bean burger meal and got two chicken burger meals. Not too good when you’ve been a vegetarian for over 28 years.

He usado este lugar dos veces y nunca lo volveré a hacer. La primera vez, esperé tanto tiempo por mi captura en el océano, estaba convencido de que estaban esperando que alguien la trajera del mar. También estaban contentos de servir papas fritas que habían estado sentadas allí durante un tiempo y eran miserables cuando pedí unas más frescas. En mi segunda visita. Me sirvieron aros de cebolla muy cocidos y cuando pedí un reemplazo, reemplazaron algunos de la parte superior y dejaron los no comestibles en la parte inferior. La única característica positiva fue que la hamburguesa halloumi estaba deliciosa. No volveré a usar esa rama en particular

馬里波恩火車站內美式連鎖漢堡包店。店鋪座位不多，主要是外帶為主。上火車前外帶了芝士漢堡套餐。微烤的漢堡配鬆軟麵包，平宜外帶不錯的選擇。

This Burger King is one often used by friends and I before catching our train back home after football visits to London. It was closed for sometime towards the end of last season. I can't say it was missed! However thought I would try it again instead of my "Pasty Meal". Service was so slow I decided to try something else as I had a train to catch. My friend persevered ! Only to be served with damp bendy fries and a lukewarm burger.

Guys here on the counter who cannot speak English, guys here who are serving in strict order, even if products are available to complete the order - the entire situation is pathetic - service dreadful. This branch is totally dysfunctional !!!

This is supposed to be fast food, its an absolute farce. Food is great when it comes, but its a station and if you are in a rush.... Needs a strong manager!

Fresh from a visit to winter wonderland we looked forward to the train ride home munching on a well earned dose of junk food from the only option available to us at 9pm at Marylebone station. The order of a bacon king for my 11 yr old repeated “without cheese” appeared to have been received as the receipt indicated as much. Very frustratingly it was only once we boarded our overland train that the burger builder had completely ignored the instructions on the order details and plundered the cheese slices in all the same!! That will teach us for plying our veins with needless cholesterol, should have gone for the fruit salad at M & S.

Fairly standard. The seating at the front was a bit cramped. I went to take a 3rd sip from my drink and it had vanished and I still have no idea where it went.

Burger King is a great place to stop for drinks, Burger and Fries while leaving or arriving at the Marylebone train and Tube station. The service was good, Coffee hot ,Burger was lukewarm, Fries were typical American fast food style, overall ok if in a hurry.

北東部への列車の発着駅であるメリルボーン駅にあるあるバーガーキング。駅はかなり小さい方ですぐにわかります。イートインコー ナーなく販売のみです。

It does what it says on packet, grabbed a quick meal before boarding the train home, not to busy, fresh meal, reasonable price.

Great Burger King restaurant, friendly, polite and helpful staff, speedy service and excellent food.

Didn’t fancy a sandwich on my late train home so had a burger for the first time for ages. Burger ok. Fries not so. Tea was tea! Filled a corner, no more, no less.

Popped in for breakfast. The branch is one of the various eateries on the station concourse. You can eat in or take away. I paid £3.49 for a coffee - which was very, very good - a sausage and egg muffin, as well as a portion of hash browns - which, unlike other places, are small morsels to pop in your mouth in one, rather than to bite into. The service was functionary.
