This place is filthy. Not only the toilets, but the restaurant. Everything is sticky and looks so grimy. I can only imagine the kitchen is of a similar, horrendous standard. I will be reporting to the Food Standards Agency immediately.

This restaurant is always below par when it comes to customer service and waiting times. I sat at the collection window of the drive through for 20 mins waiting for my order. Whilst I was waiting I could see at least 5 members of staff, all if whom it seemed had taken sedatives before work because they all moved in what I can only describe as slow motion. I watched one staff member struggling to use tongs and dropping patties on the floor, and another staff member wandering aimlessly around as if there was nothing to do, when in fact, they had about 20 orders to prepare. As someone who used to single handedly run a kitchen, it's clear to me that this place needs proper management in place of the children who currently run it.

Absolute chaos. Waited 28 minutes for 3 meals. Everyone was unhappy and had been waiting for ages. Finally received our food - I told the staff how long I was waiting which made two members of staff laugh. Received my food with no chips and missing sides. Returned to the store and the manager helped and was pleasant. To be honest I felt sorry for him all his staff clearly do not want to be there and certainly need some training regarding speed and customer service.

I like Burger King, expensive but probably ok for occasional treat. HOWEVER, BE WARNED! Just like another reviewer here, I also have been sent a PARKING FINE! I was eating in the restaurant, spending money and was there for only 54 minutes. The fine says only 30 minutes are allowed! THIRTY MINUTES! McDonald's allow 90 minutes which is enough and anyone will realise that 30 minutes is just NOT long enough. By the time you queued up, and waiting for your food 20 minutes are already gone! It is my opinion that this is a calculated and deliberate scam as they know the majority of eat in customers will be longer than 30 minutes. Absolutely disgusting, I HAVE LITERALLY BEEN ROBBED!

They have sent us a parking charge too. Its an absolute disgrace. We spent 51 minutes. My partner and two under 4s that needed toilet. I didn't notice any signs and even if I did wouldn't have read them as we were using the restaraunt. Its tantamount to entrapment.

I’ve been frequenting this Burger King location for a while. While we’re aware that Burger King tends to be pricey, the rationing of condiments is quite frustrating. Ordering them on the digital screen can be unreliable, so I suggest bringing mini bottles, especially if you have kids. It’s unfortunate, but it’s a workaround. Additionally, the restroom requires a code from the receipt, making it inconvenient to use without leaving your food unattended or getting cold. The open kitchen area might be unsettling for vegetarians, vegans, or those avoiding pork or beef, as hygiene practices seem lax. Ordering here can be challenging; requests like no ice in drinks might be ignored. Staff sometimes react poorly if you ask for a drink without ice. It’s not ideal, but they seem to be following certain directives. Hopefully, Burger King addresses these issues.

I have a young baby so sometimes I have to eat on the go (otherwise I don’t get to eat at all!) and I need to be able to use the drive through so that I don’t have to wake a sleeping baby to lift out of car to order a burger as I can’t leave my baby alone in the car. But 90% of the time when I go there they have put cones across the drive-through area even though they are open so I have to abandon the visit which is very frustrating for a restaurant who’s USP is that it’s a drive through! Also on the rare occasion that I do get to order they always seem to mess the order up. Missing items, generally. It’s such a shame as it’s in a prime location but they can’t see to sort themselves out.

On arrival at 4.20pm on Sunday to get my son’s some chips after football practise l, we were met with a closed drive thru. No trouble. I parked up and I went inside & ordered from the kiosk. My number was called. I got back into my car to discover that my large chips had been exchanged for a handful of chips which was even too small for a ‘small portion’ ! Seriously every time I visit this branch they forget something!! This order was so simple. ‘Large chips’. How could anyone get that wrong!? And the guy who dealt with me practically chucked the rectified bag of chips at me & didn’t say ‘sorry’, instead he turned on his heels in disgust like the error was my fault! Burger king’s HQ is just as culpable for being negligent as this branch has been consistently terrible since opening.

Admittedly I visited this outlet and bought 8 meals (which cost £69!) and maybe this is the reason why the staff were overwhelmed, as they forgot a burger and 1x drink; leaving 2 people disappointed when we realised once we got home. This is not the 1st time this outlet has forgotten something - in fact this is the 3rd time one of my family has been without a burger for dinner. I keep returning as it is conveniently located on the A21 where we pass after we collected the children from their after school clubs. I don’t know why I think it will get better as it doesn’t.

I stopped off off.com the way back from Gatwick airport with two guests who were staying with me and wanted to eat at Burger King because there was only one in Paris and they like the idea of trying it out. Although staff were friendly and helpful, the food was horrible... Only one (disabled) toilet which of course loads of people were using even though they weren't customers, because it's on the a21 and of course it was in a disgusting condition...

I went to the drive through and ordered a whopper meal. I had been driving for 2 hours and was excited about the meal. I then unfortunately drove 35 mins before opening the burger, I should’ve checked there and then. To my disappointment and disgust, instead of lettuce they had filled the burger with a pile of rocket/ arugula drowned in mayonnaise. It was disgusting. I would’ve driven back for a refund but it didn’t seem worth the 30 odd minute drive back.

Really bad they got our whole order wrong and when we complained they were really not apologetic at all .Initially we thought it was one burger they got wrong so only complained about that one but turned out they got everything minus one burger wrong. We asked for two chicken burgers with lettuce and cheese but no sauce , we specifically said no sauce by the time we realised it was too late they were now closed. The food was also not hot and we wanted milkshakes with our order however they wouldn't do them even though there was half hour till closing time when we first arrived and the lady on the intercom gave some half hearted excuse. Very disappointing and considering the price you would expect a lot more ! Also it's very confusing because all the lights are on for the restaurant bit / takeaway but only the drive thru is open after a certain time maybe they should turn off the lights and have a sign near drive through saying drive thru only.

My son has worked here for trial shift, Absolutely appalling work conditions, The Team leader that was meant to train my son, LEFT and left my son with team members that not meant to train him, food preparation in tacobell is Disgusting, manager is never at this branch. Also, when signing forms for entering the job, the team leader was on his phone the whole time. Clearly, the tacobell company doesn't care about professionalism, My son left after the trial shift and never gone back.

This restaurant uses Just Eat as its agent. I ordered a £60 meal on a quiet Thursday night. I had 3 calls from a female over a 90 minute period to say that the food would arrive within 10 minutes. It never arrived. At the time of the last call it was nearly 2 hours overdue. There is no excuse for rank incompetence. Thank you also to Just Eat for their reckless recruitment of sloppy restaurants.
