Burger King in Maidstone

I ordered through the Burger King app and the food was lovely, hot and fresh Went into the store today( 27th May) and staff showed me how to place order on the kiosk with my bk app Very helpful staff, great management Thank you 🙂😃😃 Went in again today,( 7th June) great service as always Keep up the good work😄😊😊 5 stars as always🤗😀

Honestly, don’t waste your money. Food turned up late Stone cold and wrong paid extra for the loaded king fries description says they will be drenched in cheese. There’s absolutely none on them at all burger looks like it was kicked around a car park. Tried calling the restaurant several times, no one bother to answer the phone only ever have issues when ordering from Burger King order something from someone else much less drama

I order on uber my burger had a foreign object in it. I have complained to uber

Ate here 28/09/2024 ..the food was passable..I wouldn't say it was hot..but the thing that really annoyed me was it seemed like the staff really didn't want to be there..had my change slapped into my hand and it was obvious the girl would rather have been somewhere else on a Saturday evening.

My delivery never turned up. Was delivered to another address. This is not acceptable.

food was cold when it arrived. refunded half the amount by just eat. Just eat has been abysmal recently with delivery times. couriers not asking for the code.

Food arrived hot. Yeah! Good size portions. Much better than some of the more expensive burger suppliers.

Food was cold plus they didn’t put our fries in for both orders!

Food arrived cold, apart from the cold drinks which were warm. With tgw wrong items sent.

the food was cold. The bottles of drink were all luke warm. the boxes of fries were half full, if that and the two whoppers that were ordered with extra bacon and cheese did not have these in.

Food was prepared wrong and cold.

Was good however we ordered the frozen fantas and they came under half full

Ordered Double Whopper, Chicken Royale, Chicken nuggets, Halloumi fries and regular fries. The burgers, nuggets and regular fries were ok, the Halloumi fries were soggy, not good

This branch will consistently get orders wrong, missing items from orders or getting customisation options wrong. Speaking with anyone at the store often results in little effort to rectify the issues. Staff are disinterested, despite a polite approach when contacting them. 9 times out of 10, something will be wrong. when they get it right, it's Burger King you can enjoy. just sad it so rarely goes right.

The new slush tango drink is lovely! We are in and it's clean and tidy in this place and staff are lovely, the only problem is the toilets were out of use but the food and drinks were great ! 👍😄

Delivery was put through at 14:04pm with an expected arrival time of 30mins. The delivery turned up over 1hr late, The time just kept being increased, The delivery driver was in the restaurant for over 25mins of that time. I phoned the restaurant

90 minute wait and everything was cold

20:30, ordered food. Sat down to wait for it. Chair soaking wet so am I now. "Why are all the chairs so wet?" "We've stopped serving sit down food". Seriously? This is how you do it? Why not just put the chairs on the tables? Onions rings soggy and cold, fries missing from order. Useless, don't go

I think the driver must have got lost as he was heading further and further away from me. The estimated delivery time just kept getting longer. Unfortunately when it got here it was cold, the chips were cold and over cooked and went straight in the bin. The burger was slightly warmer and tasted fine but overall not great.

Order arrived…one of the burgers had a bite mark taken out of it!!! Had to throw away

I haven’t been to Burger King in a long time and as you do go up to the till and the lady Lauren was very nice and polite and helpful to me because I wanted to use the app for the offer and inform me on how to use the self checkout I didn’t do it right so I order couple time and she put them all together .

I use this Burger King as my go too cheat day. Never lets me down. Food is always on point………..delicious

Firstly the delivery driver went to the wrong house up the road when specific instructions were left on the order. The main issue was only One burger was in the order when two were ordered & paid for!! It's a liberty that you have to pay up front for a short order!

Shane and his team were fantastic when my family and I visited today. Shane was very helpful and talked me through the menu to help me get the best value for my order. My son was very happy with his Burger King crown.

Came in for brunch today. Restaurant was clean. Manageress was friendly and chatty. Food was fresh and hot and delicious.

Found spit and hair in two of the burgers, I will add pictures when home, I was at counter when I was being starred at by 2 guy that works behind in food prep area witch I had to ask if he was ok then he laughed once he see the bag pasted to me the bag and I only check wot I had for the kids as needed to rush for bus once on bus I discovered the contaminated food. This is a joke and I will be post as many places as I can £36 down the drain because you of it staff. Your head office will be get the complaint and images and if they need to point out the man I will be happy to arrange a visit to identify the worker who has been spitting in food

Came to Maidstone on a Saturday afternoon. Decided to go to Burger King as majority of other places were busy. The place was boiling hot inside, no air con. One drinks machine had no ice while the other machine just tasted like syrup. I had to refill and change my drink 3 times to get it tasting okay. The onion rings here are the worst thing I’ve ever tasted. I’m not sure what happened but they were not nice at all. Wasted £9 on a meal just for the burger to be the only decent thing.

Yes, one of the 3 meals we ordered from Buger king was delicious. However since the other two never showed up I can't talk about them.

Ordered vegan nuggets meal and a vegan royale - did not receive the latter. Tried phoning Burger King Maidstone and it just tells me the mailbox is full and no more messages can be left. Also an absolute ballache to try and contact JustEat. It shouldn’t be this difficult? Like I get it, mistakes happen but come on guys how am I supposed to contact someone when things go wrong?

So, this morning I got a breakfast king meal from @BurgerKingUK in Maidstone.. there’s holes in my burger and when I bit into this it tasted mouldy as well as the egg looking like it has mould in it. After eating it all I’ve felt is sick and had a horrible stomach ache . I’m disgusted and want to share this to spread how disgusting Burger King really is..

I’m honestly surprised with this site, we used to use this site regularly but after the last experience I refuse to go there again. We usually use the app when ordering as it makes it easier and you get some decent deals. With the economy everyone needs a good deal every now and then. Wednesday you get a free whopper when you spend over £3 when you click and collect. Great deal if only the app would actually work. I tried multiple times to get the app to work and on the 10th time I asked up the counter for some help. They told me to go to customer services…excuse me? Can’t they just help and put it through on the till and I’ll pay at the till? Nope! So I went back to my table and sat with my family before I went up to the counter and asked for the two gentleman’s names. Their names are on their badges so why can’t I just ask so that when I contact customer services they know that I did actually speak to the managers. Then they refused saying that because the app has ‘nothing to do with them’ they won’t give me their names. I said that I was going to mention their names so that customer services might actually be able to do something about this issue, or if infact there is some way around this issue those guys am an be training how to go about this issue in the future. Instead one guy just walked away and the other just stood their leaning with his arms crossed still refusing to give me a name. Iv contacted customer services now but I still can not believe the attitude of a staff member in a customer service role. Safe to say that the Burger King brand is really sub-par to pretty much every other brand.

My water was not with my order. Chips and burger cold but due to distance ?? Won't order again

the fish was lovely I enjoyed it but the downfall is the chips they ain't as they used to be aka fluffy and crispy anymore they are more undercooked 😔
