Burger King in Maidstone

Absolutely loved it😻 Gr8 place👍 Gr8 atmosphere👍 Really nice and friendly staff. Very helpful indeed! 🍔🍟 quality and quantity can't complain at all. Was decent and really delicious😋 💯 % recommend to everyone to go and visit if you're in maidstone town. Only down side is there's only one burger king in maidstone☹ would be nice if they had a drive thru🚘 Overall it's a 8.5 out of 10 for me😊

Items from order missing 4 small ice cream tubs

Food was dry and cold and nuggets overcooked

Had issues with the ordering as wrong house number come up on order even after i changed it on app 3 times. Messaged courier and he was very helpful and came to the right house. THANK YOU! A1 FANTASTIC

Food is actually pretty good for a fast food burger place. Main issue though is the early closing times. It seems that Burger King has taken a decision to shut really early mid week possibly because of the reputation this road has in the evenings.

My food never arrived! Yet says delivered and it’s a virtual assistant. I have been waiting for 2 hours!! Isn’t a code required to deliver the food? Pls refund me!

The food was late, cold, crushed, soggy, in a ripped bag and just awful.

Food was freezing cold and o my half portion of chips.

Delivery Time kept going up even though it said it was prepping my order food was stone cold when it arrived so hadn’t been made fresh and clearly been sitting for over two hours

Love Burger King food but more often than not orders are delivered with items missing.

This time I did receive the extra patty that I paid for but there was no lettuce in the vegan royale and the fries were cold.

I ordered early and I asked for delivery to be at 5:40, but my order was delivered at 6:05.

Cheese chilli bites where mostly empty because they were cooked on too high heat and all the filling came out. Has happened before it’s rare normally burger kings is great

My meal arrived squashed and the bag ripped and cold , not enjoyable a lot of money for what was received.

The food was great, standard Burger King but tasted good. The delivery was dreadful, down to Just Eat not BK. Took an hour to assign a driver before they could even cook the food. Kinda takes the fast out of fast food!

The only thing to criticise is the burger bun itself..it just disintegrates before you can finish! Other than that, yummy yummy! 😉x

totally chit service as per usual got my order freezing cold my expected delivery changed 3times and was stuck on preparing your order upto the point of my order being delivered I told the driver to tell justeat about this problem coz its like this for months I do not recommend this company to anyone I've given 1 star because you can't give 0 stars

Ordered my food at 5.30ish, for ASAP delivery. The delivery time was originally 6.15 to 6.30 but it soon changed to 7.15 to 7.30, then I called the restaurant to cancel it and was told my food was cooked and they were waiting for a delivery rider, but they couldn't cancel it and told me to contact Just Eat. I tried doing that but it's impossible. My food has just arrived and it's stone cold because its been sitting around for over an hour. Won't be using Just Eat again, deleting the app.

There’s absolutely none on them at all burger looks like it was kicked around a car park. Ate here 28/09/2024 ..the food was passable..I wouldn't say it was hot..but the thing that really annoyed me was it seemed like the staff really didn't want to be there..had my change slapped into my hand and it was obvious the girl would rather have been somewhere else on a Saturday evening.
