Well we decided to give this place a try and upon entry it was very quiet inside however couldn't help but notice how dirty all the tables were. We placed our order and decided to sit down however the tables were really off putting! Filthy! We had to ask a member of staff to clean table. Food was slow to arrive but eventually we were served cold food! The whopper bun was stale and the patty was Stone cold!!! The staff here all seem very disinterested and disorganised. I would never return here and I recommend people avoid! Dirty and poor service.

Can't comment on the food, as after 20 minutes it hadn't been served. The 'restaurant' was both cold and tables not cleaned, and there were no hot drinks. There were very few cold drinks either, and the self serve machine wasn't refilled. Utter waste of time

Absolutely rank! Toilets out of order, horrible smell. Everything is broken, light unit hanging broken in the fridge, the coke machine actually jerking back and forth making a shocking noise. Food when we finally did get it around 20 mins despite no-one else being in there was rubbish! The bun was so dry it fell apart m, flavourless mush of a burger, next to no salad or sauce.

While I was here they got 6 orders wrong and every person was waiting at least 25mins for there food I’ve been here for 25 mins and still haven’t got my food there is currently 4 members of staff and roughly 10 customers all who have been here the same time as I have it’s and absolute shambles

I went to this Burger King at Meridian about a year ago - at the time I assumed that the freezing cold temperature in the dining area and lack of other customers might be covid related. I was wrong! Visiting again a couple of weeks ago (Feb '23), it was just as bad in those respects and worse than imaginable in others. The food was cold, the place filthy - not an ambassador for the Burger King brand at all - the staff were less than helpful and worst of all was the site of rats running around outside. Add to this that their prices are higher than other BK's in the region and you have all the ingredients for a place never to return to.

This place was terrible when I visited it some years ago. I risked it yesterday and I wish I hadn't. Terrible service, dirty restaurant area, dirty toilets, disgusting food. Nothing has changed and no improvements have been made. The management clearly don't care that the place has had so many negative feedback. Please avoid!

I was in the queue for 25 minutes with only one person in front of me. I avoided the drive thru as it’s unbelievably slow. They were so disorganised and when an annoyed customer started beeping his horn at the drive through, a staff member swore at them and proceeded to tell The guy who was preparing his food to spit in it. I could not believe my ears and immediately called him out on it. He said he was just joking but was he?!?!? I told him It was unacceptable and I had to leave! NEVER AGAIN!!! Wish I’d taken his name so I report to the council. He had longish hair, tall, slim build. Will never go There it was filthy and they were all sweating and touching their hair non stop.

Used to be good when it first opened, but is now poorly managed. Nearly an hour to wait for food in drive thru. Team member refused to read back order at order point. On getting home we found that two meals that we'd ordered as large had been made as regular, one item was incorrect, and the chilli bites were almost empty of filling, and we'd been charged for two extra drinks that we had not ordered and not received. We had ordered Coke but when we got to the counter they had run out, this caused a further delay of 5 minutes while they made coffees for us (slowly). A number of menu items out of stock.

Order a meal through Uber eat and after waiting over an hour the food arrived cold greasy and no sauce with the nuggets tried to call and the number doesn’t connect obviously because they know it rubbish and don’t want to answer the complaints

I ordered a bacon halloumi burger at the drive thru and confirmed it at the pay window yet I still get one without bacon. I ordered the kids cheeseburger and hamburger meals and they gave us regular meals. They squashed everything together in one bag which makes it very difficult for a family to eat in the car. The chips were stale and luke warm. The portions are pathetic. No redeeming qualities. Avoid this branch, they have no idea what they are doing.

We took our 2 young grandsons yesterday. The place was not overly busy but seemed short of staff. Tables were not cleared and we had to wipe down a table ourselves with napkins. Waste bins were overflowing. Service was very slow and our order (and others we noticed) were coming out incorrect. Whilst waiting for our food a customer reported to staff that there was dog mess on the floor which needed to be cleared. This was not cleared whilst we were there and several people walked out as did we after quickly finishing our food. Will not be going again.

The place was empty, which should perhaps have been a warning, however as we waited forever for our food, I was looking forward to something freshly cooked and piping hot. Sadly, we got the opposite. I didn’t even know fries could taste so stale, and everything was barely warm. The place was dirty, staff couldn’t care less and the toilets were so bad I walked in and straight back out. I won’t be going there again, that’s for sure.

This place needs to be closed down, there's never more than 3 people in there and not surprised it is so umwelcoming, dirty, and so cold, it felt like the aircon was on and no heat. When I went during the summer the staff looked like they didn't want to be there, they will try to shortchange you as your receipt dissapears into the kitchen and you need to ask for it to check your change, can understand why people avoid using this place.

Hi there I would avoid this place at all cost got my food wrong a second time. Thay always look lost with no one to hold there hand. I'm not driving back this time just calling it a day. Big shame because I love there bacon just ordered the big king ment to have 8 on but not a single piece just some burger source with some jalapeno. Not wasting my fuel ever again

This place needs to be shut down!! The place is freezing cold when you walk in. We placed our order and then was told 10 minutes later they have no big buns for our whopper burgers. This was 1pm on a Sunday!! The food took 25 minutes to be done and then we got it it was cold. This is suppose to be a fast food place!! Never ever will we visit here again. Save your money and go somewhere else. SHOCKING!!

They need to install some heating as it’s absolutely Baltic - the food was cold too. They missed item off the order so had to queue again so by the time I got back to my seat the food which was only tepid to begin with was now completely cold. Outside the restaurant was littered with rubbish and the tables were dirty. The self service drinks machine wasn’t working either. I saw a car drive through the drive thru and was ignored so he drove off without food (lucky guy).....The minimal staff were not very welcoming at all either, no smile, no thank you - nothing. I won’t be going back again.

We were 3 friends to the burger king where we received the worst service since the employer girl who attended us and the manager too, was disrespectful of the way they spoke to us, we had to go to drivetrue 2 times for lack of incompetence of the two people who attended us and we loose on voucher because of that incompetence, it took about 20 minutes to place two orders, we will never came back again for sure, if I could I would give 0 stars

My wife and I called in at 11.15am 8 Mar 2019. There were no customers in the place but there were at least three tables that were very dirty and one that hadn't been cleaned. It was absolutely freezing - so much that the two staff - the cook and the server - were wearing coats.

The restaurant was freezing on a cold January evening. The tables were covered in rubbish and the bins were full. Our meal was nice and arrived promptly but we had to chase up for milk and napkins. Unfortunately the glacial temperature cooled the food down really quickly. We asked about the heating. Apparently they've had none for 2 years!!

Went there today as husband strangely for him fancied a burger, he knows I love Burger King so off I went to Meridian our local branch, at 1.30 pm there were only 2 staff serving, one for counter clients and one for drive through, four groups of people were ahead of me and one man had had his order taken and was waiting for his family's food, five minutes passed and he stood waiting for his food, his drinks were brought and he took them over, another three or four minutes passed, I asked him how long he'd waited, he said about ten minutes. The girl brought his food but turned back, he asked what she was waiting for, some chilli cheese dippers, so he said give me the rest so I can give my kids their food and I'll come back. The girl called that the dippers were ready and put them in the heated cabinet, his lady came back and the girl continued getting the next order ready. I called and said they've come for the food but she ignored me, then she passed the lady her bag of food. The man in front of me had had enough now and walked out, I gave it another five minutes and walked out shouting that the restaurant was crap! Very poor example of a fine food chain!

Rainy Saturday drive out because were feeling too lazy for much else other than fast food. Won't make that mistake again with this place. FAST it was not. People were reversing out of the drive thru it was taking so long. When asked what the hold up was were told they were short staffed. Lacking two of the food items from the menu that we requested. Burgers were POOR. Luke warm, slimey. Just really unappealing. Won't be going again.

Mi novio y yo venía ayer, sólo quería una bebida, había una enorme cola que es chocante teniendo en cuenta que este sitio es normalmente como un pueblo fantasma, sólo había una chica que sirve tanto a la recepción y la drive thru, que condujo luego a mi novio y caída como hubiera probablemente murieron esperando en esa cola. He visitado este Burger King mucho debido al hecho de que sólo cerca de mí y cada vez que he visitado me reciben atención al cliente extremadamente pobres que creo que es chocante, ya que soy gerente de retail y esa es la clave de una buena oferta de negocios. Incluso el director de este lugar no tiene ni idea de lo que él está haciendo o cómo hablar a la gente. La cocina y el comedor el aspecto desordenado y sucio. Y como para mi visita unas semanas atrás fui testigo de un miembro de su personal acabado y caminar de regreso a la cocina sin lavar las manos, lo cual me pareció bastante realmente repugnante. No normalmente pizarra pero visitas regulares y consistentes decepción llevó a una mala crítica.

I have visited this branch of BK on four occasions and have left without the correct food on all 34 times!The first time I visited I ordered through the drive thru and when I got home my order was missing several items. The second time I visited I wanted to order dessert but was told there ice cream machine was not working and they had no idea when it would be fixed.The third time I visited I wanted to order the special pina colada drink that I had just seen on the TV and I was advised they have no idea what drink it was....The fourth and final time I visited I wanted to order the "Chicken King Burger" which was advertised in branch on their window! I was advised they had no idea what the "Chicken King Burger" was and then suggested they do not serve it any more. This is the worst BK I've ever been to and will never return! The staff are terrible!!

2nd Time, same experience. Staff are rude, no apologies for delay and not even a smile. The staff are really badly trained and whoever manages this store should be dismissed. Sign at the speaker box said cash payments only, so several cars had to wait in line before they could pull out. The warning should be at the beginning of the drive through. 'What drinks with your meal?' we have no smoothies, no milkshakes, and no hot drinks, got water though. As i say similar experience before so i will never go back to this one.

Visited with my friend before Christmas, acceptable food but a very rude woman behind the till. Firstly she told us that was no latte available after she'd taken our order and we'd paid. My friend then asked for her money back as the drink wasn't available, she then threw the coins at us and we then realised she hadn't given us enough change. When we mentioned this, she then threw the remaining coins at us in which some landed on the floor. She then continued to give us attitude when we then asked for some napkins and mayonnaise! We then went to sit down but had to search for a clean table as they were all quite dirty! Won't be visiting there anytime soon!!

Take out , only to be greeted with noise so loud from a kids party, I couldn't even hear myself think, and you could see everyone including the staff getting irate about this party of wild kids, we ordered food , only to find they didn't have the basics like pepper ??? The food was at best warm!!! Then when we tried the order pudding we were told they had ran out of ALL PUDDINGS and only had smoothies left ?? This was on a Saturday night 6.30pm, to top it off the attitude of the counter staff was so poor , zero eye contact and the presence of a sloth!!!! I live almost next door to this branch and have had take out from there quite often. I much prefer BK to McDs as I believe the quality of the meat is superior. HOWEVER... This branch is unbelievable. I have 50% success rate in getting what I have ordered. Most recently I have had a double Angus burger that had one Angus burger and one standard burger in it, 6 chilli cheese bites that looked and tasted unbelievably like chicken nuggets (they were), a Double Whopper with cheese and bacon but no cheese and bacon, and a Big King burger that had two kids burgers in it. HOW HARD IS IT TO GET A SIMPLE ORDER RIGHT??? Nigh on impossible at this place.

We hadn't been Burger King in years and having just got back from hols with kids we thought we would try.We ordered all our meals which all arrived wrong. I took the food back to the counter and politely informed staff of the error but was told I had been given what I ordered. I complained but the server still insisted that it must be my error and another server arrived at the counter with raised voice saying it was my error. We decided to leave and asked for a refund and customer complaints procedure together with staff names. Her response was shocking and quite honestly I have never received such poor customer service in the UK. One staff said I could complain to the president but it didnt matter to her and she then gave me a cash refund and walked off abruptly.After waiting 40 minutes for the manager who was apparently on the phone she finally approached me in very aggressive manor and with no apology and said I had received the refund and should leave now or she will call security to remove me.We left and had no choice but to take the kids to McDonalds.I complained to Burger King head office but their response was simply to pass onto the regional manager. To date I have heard nothing further. I write this revue with hope that these individuals are not allowed to treat other customers like this in future which is especially made worse when you have children who are hungry and tired.

Visted on a Sunday around 5.30pm, not too busy. Asked if I could order at the counter and was told no so ordered using the screen, then saw a staff member finish their shift and order with that same staff member at the desk. After placing my order using the screen, I asked the staff member to please add lots of sweetcorn to me order "please pile it on". I feel this was ignored. Food generally OK but would have preferred the better service that is usually delivered when ordering at the counter.
