Burger Dudes in Windsor and Maidenhead

Shockingly bad. See photo. This the quality you can expect from this restaurant. Do not order from here. That picture is thier idea of a cheese and bacon burger. No bacon. No cheese. No salad. And a bite taken out for good measure.

Ordered food from this place. Time for delivery kept changing. After 2 hours stil no food and the status had changed to delivered. Quite outrageous to have a service charge fee when none was provided. Contacted just eat for a refund. Do not recommend nor will I use again.

Really poor service. Advised of 30 -45 min wait. After 2 hours status changed to delivered, which it wasnt. Really appalling specially as there is a service charge incurred with no service provided. Will not use again.

The courier did not deliver the food... i saw the courier was no where near my location when he delivery status updated to "delivered"... i challenged it and requested a refund however just-eat refusing to refund the expenses favouring the courier...

We didn't receive our order when it said it was delivered still waiting

They changed their menu and removed my favourite item.

Ordered a "Double Cheese & Bacon Burger", got a single burger instead. Wouldn't be so upset if it wasn't for the fact that this is the third time it's happened

Ordered 3 burgers and some sides. Got two of the wrong burgers, 1 completely missing including its chips and was told I could only request refund no other options. Shocking service.

Could tell food was of good quality and some decent flavours. However, food was fairly cold when it got to us. It was a shame as the food itself tasted pretty good and I suspect it would have been brilliant had it been hot and a little fresher.

Maybe not restaurant fault, Just Eat courier told me he was given 2 deliveries. Ours arrived over an hour after I ordered and cold. Very poor, given the cost of the food.

Driver called and muttered something and put the phone down. Left food IN THE WRONG BUILDING. Absolutely appalling. I want this either escalated or called back NOW.

Food tasted very good even though it was luke warm although not necessarily the restaurants fault. Packaging was very good too

Miss are film at the cinema as they took so long the good mist of been ready 10mins before the driver even got their lost me 20£ good good but delivery was absolutely shocking

Still the best burgers in Maidenhead but unfortunately i ordered the Churros for the first time and it was missing from my order. Ok you can get a refund but i wanted the Churros not a refund.

Best burger in Maidenhead!!!! The sides and fries are great as well. Don't believe the negative reviews, I never had a bad meal here.

Waited over an hour and a half due to driver shortages and wasn't able to cancel without being charged for the food. When the food arrived 2 hours after ordering one of the burgers was wrong - beef not chicken and all of the food was stone cold and pretty much inedible. No option was given to cancel and refund despite the long wait. Very disappointed.

2 hours 20 minutes to deliver and it arrived cold. I demand a full refund.

I had the filthy animal and it was delicious. Cooked perfectly with the right amount of extra fillings and sauce. Ordered churros for dessert which were a bit of a let down as they were hard. They didn’t taste very fresh. Overall the burger was excellent and I’d order again.

Food was late ,couldn't get a driver, fair enough. Food eventually got here stone cold. Most ended up in bin. Shame as these guys are normally good

Food quality was good but due to lateness of the delivery the fries and onion rings were cold and the burgers were only just warm. A shame as if it had been hot it would have been really nice.

Wow, the best burger I have had from a takeaway. Proper sized beef patties that taste like a burger, chips are amazing too, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside and proper sized. Price and was great too.. First time I have used the Dudes, and will definitely be using them again and will be highly recommending them to my friends.

Tried somewhere new today and was very impressed with how quickly the food came and the quality of the food! Will definitely be ordering again in the future!

First and last time ordering. Firstly the price.. you think charging people this much the food would be fantastic.. but far from it. The burger came well over cooked as was the pre cooked bacon they threw in.. oh where was the onion rings I ordered? Absolutely terrible. And I mean terrible. You can tell this place won't be here long. With the food quality and service.. they charge 2.50 a burger and just set up shop in slough High Street. I gave my burger to my dog, he even turned his nose up at it..

The food was reasonably tasty, especially the chicken wings, however it all arrived cold over half an hour later that the latest time given when ordering. I wouldn't order again sadly. For the price I paid, even with a 20% discount, it was not worth it. Disappointing

For a burger place, this food is properly packaged and arrived warm enough to eat. Burger was very meaty and tasty and chips were great. Only downside to the order was think the side slaw was missed Delivery wasn't the best though drivers usually struggle even with the extra instructions

Honestly one of the best burgers I've had. Chips were fantastic as well, I will admit the bun was a bit too soft and soggy by the time it got delivered but taste was amazing. Will definitely order again.

Ordered 3 burger meals and sides and paid £45, received only 1 burger meal! Was told there was nothing that they can do, they didn't know who the delivery driver was and to request a refund. Not run professional and not a very well run business.

Burgers were amazing, but the churros were rock hard and tasted like a Yorkshire pudding.

Best burger in Berkshire. I had the filthy animal. The patty was juicy and perfectly cooked. The pulled pork makes your mouth water and the salad crunchy and fresh. Chips are some of the best I've had as well, crunchy outside, soft and light inside. They even season those too. Dont hesitate to try this place. From order to delivery was not much more than 20 minutes.

we assume it was all cold due to how long it took just eat to get a driver to the store, once reheated it was as good as reheated food can be.

Brilliant food actually came host unlike some other places delivery was quick and the gentleman that delivered the food was really kind and got it here quickly

The predicted time on the order was incorrect, as shown on the website. The earlier time would not have been achievable and then it was corrected to the time at which the driver delivered. No complaints about how long it took to prepare and deliver the food.

How can you get it so wrong? I order 3 things and ALL of them were incorrect, my double burger was a single, my nachos were chicken wings, my normal fries were curly fries. The food was nice but your incompetent for such a simple order will make buy somewhere else.

The burgers were really good, the chip portion was very small, maybe I got a childs portion by mistake. Overall good food but quite expensive considering I was still hungry afterwards.

Taco shells were cold, straight out of a packet. Perfectly edible but feel they should have been heated first.

Burger and chips were pretty decent, although the salad was weird and coleslaw was missing which is disappointing. Shouldn’t advertise if if you’re not going to supply it. Expected more for the price.

Our order arrived ahead of the time and still warm! We opted for The Big Double which we are loving. Everything part of the burger was cooked well including the bacon (not incinerated). The burger is a generous size and arrives in a handy box.

First time ordering from Burger Dudes - burgers didn't come with coleslaw as advertised, I ordered cheese and paid extra for this on my burger but this wasn't added, and the top of my husbands burger was missing. Also food was cold so thoroughly disappointing.

Aweful! Side missing, chips were not twice cooked as stated on menu. Couldn’t contact the restaurant to complain. They had an answer machine service, but nobody rang us back!

working my way through the menu and just tried the "NOTORIOUS P.I.G.", man that is a big and tasty burger!

My first order and I must say its was a good experience. Delivery was super quick. Now for the food review I went for the double burger with twisty fries. Food temperature was good. The actual beef burger itself i do think was lacking a bit of flavour and also was a tad on the dryer side if it was more moist would have been better. Chips were nice, were crispy as chips should be and weren't soggy. Is it worth the price unfortunately I don't think it is almost double the price of some other takeaways and you don't get a drink. I was expecting it to be better if I'm honest especially as its focused on burgers with a limited menu you just expect the quality to be a bit better. Would I order again ? .. yes I would but wouldn't be my first choice. I hope the feedback helps. Thank you.

The food was slightly overcooked to what i would prefer as in the bacon on the burgers to be able to taste the burnt parts and chips slightly overcooked. The packaging was nice but burgers were not wrapped just put into the box like they were meaning they split about and having the food physically soaking into the box. Delivery was amazing early, and restaurant service is N/A. Overall the meals dont come with drinks despite being soo highly priced, too expensive for food that other restaurants can do.

Absolutely amazing, if you want a proper Burger you must try these. Great taste, great size and great quality. I cant recommend enough.

Burgers were dry and tough, bland with no seasoning. The chicken wings were the toughest and driest chicken wings I have ever had ! The curly fries were nice ! The buffalo sauce was open and all over the bag and burger box. The only person to enjoy this food was the foxes !! An absolute waste of £20
